Abstract
本发明提供一种棉麻织物抗菌防螨整理剂,按重量份数配比包括:抗菌防螨母粒15‑30份、丁香酚和/或异丁香酚0.1‑1份、氧化锌1‑5份、分散剂3‑5份,乳化剂1‑3份,粘合剂1‑3份,表面处理剂0.1‑1份。本发明的抗菌防螨聚酯纤维使用性能好,抗菌防螨效果良好,应用范围广,可纺性高,特别是在耐久性和耐水洗方面有明显的优势,且本发明的抗菌防螨聚酯纤维的制备方法,操作简单,易于工业化。选用从植物中提取的低毒环保、对人畜无害,且具有很强杀菌、杀螨和驱螨作用的丁香酚或异丁香酚天然产物作为本发明的有机防螨剂,克服了现有的有机防螨剂如阿维菌素、伊维菌素等高毒性的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及抗菌防螨整理剂。
背景技术
随着人们对生活品质要求的越来越高,对纺织品的要求也随之提高。近年来,在纺织领域,更多功能性的纺织品也是层出不穷,人们对功能纺织品的接受程度也越来越高,市场容量不断增大,逐渐成为纺织行业新的增长点。
螨虫是一种寄生各类家居用品中的寄生虫,如沙发、床垫、被褥、毛绒玩具等,身体大小通常在0.5mm左右,种类众多,以人类的汗液、分泌物、脱落的皮屑喂食。螨虫的尸体、分泌物和排泄物都是可致病的过敏源,现有的调查研究表明,97%的成年人会因螨虫感染而致病。常见的疾病包括喘、鼻炎、皮炎、体癣等。
床上用品诸如套件、被褥等是螨虫最喜爱的蜗居巢穴,它们主要以人体的代谢物和分泌物为食,大量的寄生在床上用品中,不仅会带来多种传染性疾病,如哮喘、皮炎等,还会严重影响人们的睡眠质量,破坏人类的睡眠环境。
此外,被窝湿热的环境极易产生各类细菌,包括螨虫自身,其尸体和排泄物都是极易产生细菌的细菌源,这些细菌的存在不仅会影响人们的睡眠质量,严重的还会伤害人类身体健康,带来严重的后果。
随着螨虫和细菌所造成的问题的日趋严重,关于防螨抑菌的研究也越来越多,尤其是在防螨抑菌整理剂方面。使用的主要物质都是通过人工合成而来,毒性大,严重损害人体健康,不宜长期使用,尤其是婴幼儿;同时将大多助剂直接整理到面料上,不仅会导致各类化学物质直接接触人体皮肤,安全性能无法得到保障,同时也对助剂的稳定性也提出了更高的要求。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种棉麻织物抗菌防螨整理剂,经本发明所得抗菌防螨整理剂整理后的面料具有较好的防螨抑菌效果。
为实现上述目的及其他相关目的,本发明提供一种棉麻织物抗菌防螨整理剂,按重量份数配比包括:抗菌防螨母粒15-30份、丁香酚和/或异丁香酚0.1-1份、氧化锌1-5份、分散剂3-5份,乳化剂1-3份,粘合剂1-3份,表面处理剂0.1-1份。
优选地,所述抗菌防螨母粒的原料按照重量份数配比包括:抗菌防螨粉体6-20份,铝酸酯偶联剂1-3份,硬酯酸1-3份,三[2.4-二叔丁基苯基]亚磷酸酯0.05-1份和四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯0.05-1份。
优选地,所述纳米抗菌防螨粉体粒径为200-300纳米。
优选地,所述抗菌防螨粉体包括以重量份数配备的苦楝油15-20份,十一碳烯酸甘油酯4-5份,基础油90-100份。
优选地,所述基础油为玫瑰果油、葡萄籽油、橄榄油、小麦胚芽油、荷荷巴油、酪梨油、坚果油中一种或两种的混合物。
优选地,所述分散剂为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠火焦磷酸钠中的一种。
优选地,所述乳化剂为司盘-60、司盘-80、丙二醇脂肪酸酯或单硬脂酸甘油酯中的一种。
优选地,所述的表面处理剂选自硅烷偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、铝钛偶联剂、硬脂酸、硬脂酸盐、二氧化钛、二氧化硅中的一种或一种以上。
如上所述,本发明的一种棉麻织物抗菌防螨整理剂,具有以下有益效果:本发明的抗菌防螨聚酯纤维使用性能好,抗菌防螨效果良好,应用范围广,可纺性高,特别是在耐久性和耐水洗方面有明显的优势,且本发明的抗菌防螨聚酯纤维的制备方法,操作简单,易于工业化。选用从植物中提取的低毒环保、对人畜无害,且具有很强杀菌、杀螨和驱螨作用的丁香酚或异丁香酚天然产物作为本发明的有机防螨剂,克服了现有的有机防螨剂如阿维菌素、伊维菌素等高毒性的问题。

实施例1:
一种棉麻织物抗菌防螨整理剂,按重量份数配比包括:抗菌防螨母粒15份、丁香酚0.1份、氧化锌1份、分散剂3份,乳化剂1份,粘合剂1份,表面处理剂0.1份。
在本实施例中,所述抗菌防螨母粒的原料按照重量份数配比包括:抗菌防螨粉体6份,铝酸酯偶联剂1份,硬酯酸1份,三[2.4-二叔丁基苯基]亚磷酸酯0.05份和四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯0.05份。
在本实施例中,所述纳米抗菌防螨粉体粒径为200纳米。
在本实施例中,抗菌防螨粉体包括以重量份数配备的苦楝油15份,十一碳烯酸甘油酯4份,基础油90份。
在本实施例中,所述基础油为玫瑰果油、葡萄籽油。
在本实施例中,所述分散剂为三聚磷酸钠。
在本实施例中,所述乳化剂为司盘-60。
在本实施例中,所述的表面处理剂选自硅烷偶联剂。
实施例2:一种棉麻织物抗菌防螨整理剂,按重量份数配比包括:抗菌防螨母粒30份、异丁香酚1份、氧化锌5份、分散剂5份,乳化剂3份,粘合剂3份,表面处理剂1份。
在本实施例中,所述抗菌防螨母粒的原料按照重量份数配比包括:抗菌防螨粉体20份,铝酸酯偶联剂3份,硬酯酸3份,三[2.4-二叔丁基苯基]亚磷酸酯1份和四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯1份。
在本实施例中,所述纳米抗菌防螨粉体粒径为300纳米。
在本实施例中,抗菌防螨粉体包括以重量份数配备的苦楝油20份,十一碳烯酸甘油酯5份,基础油100份。
在本实施例中,所述基础油为酪梨油、坚果油两种的混合物。
在本实施例中,所述分散剂为六偏磷酸钠火焦磷酸钠。
在本实施例中,所述乳化剂为司盘-80。
在本实施例中,所述的表面处理剂选自铝钛偶联剂、硬脂酸。
实施例3:一种棉麻织物抗菌防螨整理剂,按重量份数配比包括:抗菌防螨母粒20份、丁香酚和/或异丁香酚0.5份、氧化锌3份、分散剂4份,乳化剂2份,粘合剂2份,表面处理剂0.5份。
在本实施例中,所述抗菌防螨母粒的原料按照重量份数配比包括:抗菌防螨粉体15份,铝酸酯偶联剂2份,硬酯酸2份,三[2.4-二叔丁基苯基]亚磷酸酯0.1份和四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯0.3份。
在本实施例中,所述纳米抗菌防螨粉体粒径为260纳米。
在本实施例中,抗菌防螨粉体包括以重量份数配备的苦楝油18份,十一碳烯酸甘油酯4.5份,基础油95份。
在本实施例中,所述基础油为小麦胚芽油、荷荷巴油。
在本实施例中,所述分散剂为三聚磷酸钠。
在本实施例中,所述乳化剂为丙二醇脂肪酸酯或单硬脂酸甘油酯。
在本实施例中,所述的表面处理剂为钛酸酯偶联剂。
苦楝素是一种提取自印楝的种子、叶、树皮等部位的浓缩精油,又称苦楝油,是一种天然的驱螨杀螨剂。苦楝油如其他类精油一样,可通过压榨发或有机溶剂萃取法制得。印楝素类化合物与昆虫体内的类固醇和甾类化合物等激素类物质的结构非常相似因而害虫不易区分它们是体内固有的还是外界强加的所以它们既能够进入害虫体内干扰害虫的整个生命过程从而杀死害虫又不易引起害虫对其产生抗药性这类化合物与脊椎动物的激素类物质的结构差异很大所以它们能杀死害虫又对人畜无毒。
十一碳烯酸单甘油酯是一种纯天然植物提取物,具有较好抗菌防霉效果,能抗各类真菌和霉菌,同时还具有一定防腐性能,具有光谱高效的抗菌性,是一种优质的天然抗菌抑菌药物。
丁香酚或异丁香酚是一种从植物中提取的天然产物,具有很强的杀菌效果,也具有很强的杀螨和驱螨的作用。在本发明中,通过丁香酚和/或异丁香酚与氧化锌的复配,利用丁香酚和/或异丁香酚与氧化锌间的化学相互作用,显著提高丁香酚和/或异丁香酚的热稳定性;利用丁香酚和/或异丁香酚与氧化锌间的协同作用,显著提高其抗菌防螨效果;利用表面处理剂对丁香酚和/或异丁香酚与氧化锌的复配抗菌防螨粉体进行表面包覆,一方面提高复配抗菌防螨粉体在聚合物中的分散性,另一方面赋予其缓释特性,显著提高所制备纤维的抗菌防螨效果的持久性能。经测试表明,采用此制备方法制得的抗菌防螨纤维即使在水洗50次后,仍然能够保持优良的抗菌防螨性能。
分别测试实施例和对照例中整理后的全棉磨毛面料的防螨和抑菌性能,参考的标准包括:面料的防螨性能试验方法标准依据“FZT01100-2008纺织品防螨性能评价”执行;采用ATCCNO.6538、ATCCNO.8739、标准方法测试实施例和对照例面料的抑菌率;
由上表的测试结果可知:经本发明所得抗菌防螨整理剂整理后的面料具有较好的防螨抑菌效果。
综上所述,本发明提供一种棉麻织物抗菌防螨整理剂,本发明的抗菌防螨聚酯纤维使用性能好,抗菌防螨效果良好,应用范围广,可纺性高,特别是在耐久性和耐水洗方面有明显的优势,且本发明的抗菌防螨聚酯纤维的制备方法,操作简单,易于工业化。选用从植物中提取的低毒环保、对人畜无害,且具有很强杀菌、杀螨和驱螨作用的丁香酚或异丁香酚天然产物作为本发明的有机防螨剂,克服了现有的有机防螨剂如阿维菌素、伊维菌素等高毒性的问题。所以,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。

Claims (8)
1.一种棉麻织物抗菌防螨整理剂,其特征在于:按重量份数配比包括:抗菌防螨母粒15-30份、丁香酚和/或异丁香酚0.1-1份、氧化锌1-5份、分散剂3-5份,乳化剂1-3份,粘合剂1-3份,表面处理剂0.1-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉麻织物抗菌防螨整理剂,其特征在于:所述抗菌防螨母粒的原料按照重量份数配比包括:抗菌防螨粉体6-20份,铝酸酯偶联剂1-3份,硬酯酸1-3份,三[2.4-二叔丁基苯基]亚磷酸酯0.05-1份和四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯0.05-1份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种棉麻织物抗菌防螨整理剂,其特征在于:所述纳米抗菌防螨粉体粒径为200-300纳米。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种棉麻织物抗菌防螨整理剂,其特征在于:所述抗菌防螨粉体包括以重量份数配备的苦楝油15-20份,十一碳烯酸甘油酯4-5份,基础油90-100份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉麻织物抗菌防螨整理剂,其特征在于:所述基础油为玫瑰果油、葡萄籽油、橄榄油、小麦胚芽油、荷荷巴油、酪梨油、坚果油中一种或两种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉麻织物抗菌防螨整理剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠火焦磷酸钠中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉麻织物抗菌防螨整理剂,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为司盘-60、司盘-80、丙二醇脂肪酸酯或单硬脂酸甘油酯中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉麻织物抗菌防螨整理剂,其特征在于:所述的表面处理剂选自硅烷偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂、钛酸酯偶联剂、铝钛偶联剂、硬脂酸、硬脂酸盐、二氧化钛、二氧化硅中的一种或一种以上。
