Abstract

本发明提供了一种抗菌防螨整理剂及其制备方法,所述整理剂包括:抗菌防螨微胶囊、分散剂、乳化剂、粘合剂、交联剂和水,其中所述抗菌防螨微胶囊的囊芯包括:苦楝油、十一碳烯酸甘油酯和基础油。所述抗菌防螨整理剂的制备方法是将抗菌防螨微胶囊、乳化剂、粘合剂、交联剂和水混合,在1000~1500rpm下搅拌混合均匀即得。本发明将抗菌防螨剂混合后制成抗菌防螨微胶囊,不仅可以提高抗菌防螨效果的耐久性,还可以提高印楝素和十一碳烯酸单甘油酯的耐气候稳定性,保证抗菌防螨效果;同时也避免抗菌防螨剂直接与人体皮肤接触,提升了安全级别。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织品治理技术领域,具体涉及一种抗菌防螨整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们对生活品质要求的越来越高,对纺织品的要求也随之提高。近年来,在纺织领域,更多功能性的纺织品也是层出不穷,人们对功能纺织品的接受程度也越来越高,市场容量不断增大,逐渐成为纺织行业新的增长点。
螨虫是一种寄生各类家居用品中的寄生虫,如沙发、床垫、被褥、毛绒玩具等,身体大小通常在0.5mm左右,种类众多,以人类的汗液、分泌物、脱落的皮屑喂食。螨虫的尸体、分泌物和排泄物都是可致病的过敏源,现有的调查研究表明,97%的成年人会因螨虫感染而致病。常见的疾病包括喘、鼻炎、皮炎、体癣等。
床上用品诸如套件、被褥等是螨虫最喜爱的蜗居巢穴,它们主要以人体的代谢物和分泌物为食,大量的寄生在床上用品中,不仅会带来多种传染性疾病,如哮喘、皮炎等,还会严重影响人们的睡眠质量,破坏人类的睡眠环境。
此外,被窝湿热的环境极易产生各类细菌,包括螨虫自身,其尸体和排泄物都是极易产生细菌的细菌源,这些细菌的存在不仅会影响人们的睡眠质量,严重的还会伤害人类身体健康,带来严重的后果。
随着螨虫和细菌所造成的问题的日趋严重,关于防螨抑菌的研究也越来越多,尤其是在防螨抑菌整理剂方面。使用的主要物质都是通过人工合成而来,毒性大,严重损害人体健康,不宜长期使用,尤其是婴幼儿;同时将大多助剂直接整理到面料上,不仅会导致各类化学物质直接接触人体皮肤,安全性能无法得到保障,同时也对助剂的稳定性也提出了更高的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种抗菌防螨整理剂及其制备方法,经本发明所得抗菌防螨整理剂整理后的面料具有较好的防螨抑菌效果。
一种抗菌防螨整理剂,以重量份计包括:抗菌防螨微胶囊10~20份,分散剂3~5份,乳化剂1~3份,粘合剂1~3份,交联剂2~4份,水65~85份。
进一步地,所述抗菌防螨微胶囊为缓释型微胶囊,粒径范围为1~100μm。
进一步地,所述抗菌防螨微胶囊的囊芯以质量百分比计包括:苦楝油10%~15%,十一碳烯酸甘油酯3%~5%,基础油80%~87%。
进一步地,所述基础油为玫瑰果油、葡萄籽油、橄榄油、小麦胚芽油、荷荷巴油、酪梨油、坚果油中一种或两种的混合物。
进一步地,所述抗菌防螨微胶囊的囊壁材料为明胶、阿拉伯胶或壳聚糖中的一种。
进一步地,所述分散剂为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠火焦磷酸钠中的一种。
进一步地,所述乳化剂为司盘-60、司盘-80、丙二醇脂肪酸酯或单硬脂酸甘油酯中的一种。
进一步地,所述粘合剂为水性聚氨酯、聚丙烯酸脂类或脂肪酸类中的一种。
进一步地,所述交联剂为戊二醛、乙二醛、1,3-二氯-2-丙醇、乙二醇二缩水甘油醚或聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚中的一种。
所述抗菌防螨整理剂的制备方法,将抗菌防螨微胶囊、乳化剂、粘合剂、交联剂和水混合,在1000~1500rpm下搅拌混合均匀即得。
苦楝素是一种提取自印楝的种子、叶、树皮等部位的浓缩精油,又称苦楝油,是一种天然的驱螨杀螨剂。苦楝油如其他类精油一样,可通过压榨发或有机溶剂萃取法制得。印楝素类化合物与昆虫体内的类固醇和甾类化合物等激素类物质的结构非常相似因而害虫不易区分它们是体内固有的还是外界强加的所以它们既能够进入害虫体内干扰害虫的整个生命过程从而杀死害虫又不易引起害虫对其产生抗药性这类化合物与脊椎动物的激素类物质的结构差异很大所以它们能杀死害虫又对人畜无毒。
十一碳烯酸单甘油酯是一种纯天然植物提取物,具有较好抗菌防霉效果,能抗各类真菌和霉菌,同时还具有一定防腐性能,具有光谱高效的抗菌性,是一种优质的天然抗菌抑菌药物。
目前的抗菌防螨面料大多都是以人工合成助剂为主,且大多相对独立,而大多数螨虫的自身带有很多细菌,并且在螨虫整个生命活动中都会带来大量的细菌,包括螨虫的尸体、粪便和分泌物中,因此单独的抗菌防螨无法实现真正持久抗菌防螨效果。
本发明将苦楝素和十一碳烯酸单甘油酯组合使用来实现抗菌防螨的效果,在抑制螨虫的同时,还可以抑制以螨虫为细菌源所引起的细菌滋生,从而在减少抗菌防螨药物用量的情况下,实现真正的抗菌防螨,为消费者提供一种清洁的面料。本发明将抗菌防螨剂混合后制成抗菌防螨微胶囊,不仅可以提高抗菌防螨效果的耐久性,还可以提高印楝素和十一碳烯酸单甘油酯的耐气候稳定性,保证抗菌防螨效果;同时也避免抗菌防螨剂直接与人体皮肤接触,提升了安全级别。

实施例1
一种抗菌防螨整理剂,以重量份计包括:
抗菌防螨微胶囊:3份;
六偏磷酸钠:3份;
司盘-60:4份;
水性聚氨酯:6份;
戊二醛:2份;
水:85份。
抗菌防螨微胶囊配方:
囊芯:苦楝油:10%,十一碳烯酸甘油酯:3%,橄榄油:87%;
壁材:明胶。
将乳化剂司盘-60加入水中,充分混合后,加入抗菌防螨微胶囊并充分搅拌,然后再加入分散剂六偏磷酸钠、粘合剂水性聚氨酯、交联剂戊二醛,混合后加入到转速为1000rpm的搅拌机中搅拌均匀,即得抗菌防螨助剂。
实施例2
一种抗菌防螨整理剂,以重量份计包括:
抗菌防螨微胶囊:5份;
三聚磷酸钠:4份;
司盘-80:7份;
聚丙烯酸酯:10份;
1,3-二氯-2-丙醇:4份;
水:85份。
抗菌防螨微胶囊配方:
囊芯:苦楝油:12%,十一碳烯酸甘油酯:4%,橄榄油:84%;
壁材:明胶。
将乳化剂司盘-60加入水中,充分混合后,加入抗菌防螨微胶囊并充分搅拌,然后再加入分散剂三聚磷酸钠、粘合剂聚丙烯酸酯、交联剂1,3-二氯-2-丙醇,混合后加入到转速为1300rpm的搅拌机中搅拌均匀,即得抗菌防螨助剂。
实施例3
一种抗菌防螨整理剂,以重量份计包括:
抗菌防螨微胶囊:8份;
焦磷酸钠:5份;
单硬脂酸甘油酯:10份;
脂肪酸类粘合剂:15份;
聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚:6份;
水:56份。
抗菌防螨微胶囊配方:
囊芯:苦楝油:15%,十一碳烯酸甘油酯:5%,橄榄油:80%;
壁材:壳聚糖。
将乳化剂单硬脂酸甘油酯加入水中,充分混合后,加入抗菌防螨微胶囊并充分搅拌,然后再加入分散剂焦磷酸钠、粘合剂脂肪酸类粘合剂、交联剂聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚,混合后加入到转速为1500rpm的搅拌机中搅拌均匀,即得抗菌防螨助剂。
对照例1
与实施例1的区别在于:抗菌防螨微胶囊中不加入苦楝油。
对照例2
与实施例2的区别在于:抗菌防螨微胶囊中不加入十一碳烯酸甘油酯。
对照例3
对实施3的区别在于:抗菌防螨助剂中不加入抗菌防螨微胶囊。
将上述抗菌防螨助剂整理到全棉磨毛面料上,规格为32s*21/133*60,助剂的用量为45g/L,烘干温度为150~160℃。
分别测试实施例和对照例中整理后的全棉磨毛面料的防螨和抑菌性能,参考的标准包括:面料的防螨性能试验方法标准依据“FZT01100-2008纺织品防螨性能评价”执行;采用ATCCNO.6538、ATCCNO.8739、标准方法测试实施例和对照例面料的抑菌率;
由上表的测试结果可知:经本发明所得抗菌防螨整理剂整理后的面料具有较好的防螨抑菌效果。天然防螨药物印楝素具有较好的螨虫驱避效果,十一碳烯酸甘油酯作为天然的抗菌药物也具有较好的抑菌性能,苦楝油的防螨作用可进一步提升十一碳烯酸甘油酯抗菌效果,原因可能是避免了以螨虫为细菌源的各类细菌的产生。

1.一种抗菌防螨整理剂,其特征在于:以重量份计包括:抗菌防螨微胶囊10~20份,分散剂3~5份,乳化剂1~3份,粘合剂1~3份,交联剂2~4份,水65~85份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防螨整理剂,其特征在于:所述抗菌防螨微胶囊为缓释型微胶囊,粒径范围为1~100μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防螨整理剂,其特征在于:所述抗菌防螨微胶囊的囊芯以质量百分比计包括:苦楝油10%~15%,十一碳烯酸甘油酯3%~5%,基础油80%~87%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防螨整理剂,其特征在于:所述基础油为玫瑰果油、葡萄籽油、橄榄油、小麦胚芽油、荷荷巴油、酪梨油、坚果油中一种或两种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防螨整理剂,其特征在于:所述抗菌防螨微胶囊的囊壁材料为明胶、阿拉伯胶或壳聚糖中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防螨整理剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠火焦磷酸钠中的一种。
