技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料的合成制备领域,尤其涉及一种基于竹焦油聚氨酯水性油墨用连接料制备方法。
背景技术
随着国民环保意识的增强,限制VOC排放量的法律法规的制定,以及石油能源的紧张,我国油墨行业向以水性油墨为代表的低污染环保方向发展。水性油墨是油墨工业的重要组成部分,由于它与人们的健康生活息息相关,因此,发展水性油墨尤为重要。水性油墨的连接料主要有:水性醇酸树脂、水性环氧树脂、水性聚酯树脂、水性丙烯酯树脂和水性聚氨酯等。水性聚氨酯的高性能和低VOC含量使其成为发展最快的水性油墨连接料品种之一。制备水性聚氨酯大多以聚酯或聚醚多元酵为主要原料,这类原料主要来自石化资源,且价格昂贵。
当今石油供应的减少以及世界各地工业界和政府对环境的关注,凸显了开发新水性油墨连接料的必要性,该连接料的目的是在聚合物的组成中使用可再生原料,而不是传统的石油化学原料,并减少对环境的影响。竹子是一种多年生木质植物,隶属于竹科,是最重要的森林资源之一,因为它的生长速度快于地球上任何其他木本植物。竹焦油显示出较高的羟值(超过200mg KOH/g),并且其主要有机成分是酚衍生物,例如2,2,6-二甲氧基苯酚,苯酚和2-甲氧基苯酚等。气相色谱-质谱联用分析还发现,毛竹焦油相对于竹焦油总有机化合物的相对酚含量为71%。另外,一些类似于木质素的大分子网络(愈创木基和丁香基单元)也保留在竹焦油中。因此,竹焦油可以作为天然的芳香族多元醇。它显示出用作酚醛树脂,聚氨酯(PU)和碳纤维的原料的巨大潜力。
发明内容
本发明目的在于利用环保可再生的竹焦油替代部分多元醇,与二元异氰酸酯得到预聚物,并通过亲水扩链、交联改性制备水性聚氨酯。产品具有优异的耐磨、耐冲击、耐水、热稳定性,在水性油墨、粘合剂领域具有较大的应用前景。
本发明采用如下技术方案:一种基于竹焦油聚氨酯水性油墨用连接料制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将1.1-1.2重量份扩链剂分散至3重量份去离子水中混合成4.1-4.2重量份扩链剂溶液;将8.0-8.5重量份聚合多元醇、8.0-8.5重量份竹焦油和0.14重量份交联改性剂混匀得多元醇混合液,并在容器中抽真空除水分。
2)反应器中加入16-17重量份脂肪族异氰酸酯、7-7.6重量份溶剂、0.15重量份紫外线吸收剂、加热至90度,通氮,抽真空,除去原料中的水分,加入1.6-1.7重量份亲水扩链剂搅拌至完全分散好。
3)降温至60度,加入0.01重量份催化剂,将多元醇混合液在1小时内连续加入至反应器中,加完后升温至80度并保温,直至预聚物的NCO含量达4.8%左右。
4)将预聚物降温至60度左右,加入1.2-1.3重量份中和剂迅速混合均匀,中和过程是放热,反应器中温度会略有上升,高速搅拌条件下加入53.5-50.6重量份去离子水,混合搅拌5分钟。
5)保持高速搅拌条件下,将4.1-4.2重量份扩链剂溶液在5分钟内加入反应器中,加完后继续搅拌30分钟。
6)将反应器温度升至70度加热2小时除去残留的异氰酸酯,降温至45度以下加入0.1重量份消泡剂、0.1重量份防腐剂、0.1重量份润湿剂,搅拌10分钟后过滤出料即可。
进一步地,所述脂肪族异氰酸酯由异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯或二环己甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种按任意比例混合组成。
进一步地,所述催化剂由辛酸亚锡或二月桂酯二丁基锡中的一种或两种按任意比例混合组成。

进一步地,所述紫外线吸收剂为Tinuvin 900、溶剂为N-甲基吡咯烷酮、亲水扩链剂为二羟甲基丙酸、交联改性剂为三羟甲基烷、中和剂为二乙氨基乙醇、扩链剂为乙二胺、消泡剂为BYK024、防腐剂为科莱恩15HS,润湿剂为氰特化工OT-75。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明利用可再生资源竹木资源提取的多羟基竹焦油代替部分石化生产的聚合多元醇制备水性聚氨酯,所得水性聚氨酯涂层有良好的附着力、耐水性、硬度和力学性能,增加了可再生资源的应用,具有重要的社会意义。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明的制备方法进行详细阐述。
实施例一 总量=100kg
1)将1.1公斤乙二胺分散至3公斤去离子水中混合成4.1公斤乙二胺溶液;将8.0公斤聚酯二元醇、8.0公斤竹焦油和0.14公斤三羟甲基烷混匀得多元醇混合液,并在容器中抽真空除水分。
2)反应器中加入16公斤异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、7-公斤N-甲基吡咯烷酮、0.15公斤Tinuvin 900、加热至90度,通氮,抽真空,除去原料中的水分,加入1.6公斤二羟甲基丙酸搅拌至完全分散好。
3)降温至60度,加入0.01公斤二月桂酯二丁基锡,将多元醇混合液在1小时内连续加入至反应器中,加完后升温至80度并保温,直至预聚物的NCO含量达4.8%左右。
4)将预聚物降温至60度左右,加入1.2公斤中和剂迅速混合均匀,中和过程是放热,反应器中温度会略有上升,高速搅拌条件下加入53.5公斤去离子水,混合搅拌5分钟。
5)保持高速搅拌条件下,将4.1公斤乙二胺溶液在5分钟内加入反应器中,加完后继续搅拌30分钟。
6)将反应器温度升至70度加热2小时除去残留的异氰酸酯,降温至45度以下加入0.1公斤BYK024、0.1公斤15HS、0.1公斤OT-75,搅拌10分钟后过滤出料即可。

3)降温至60度,加入0.01公斤二月桂酯二丁基锡,将多元醇混合液在1小时内连续加入至反应器中,加完后升温至80度并保温,直至预聚物的NCO含量达4.8%左右。

2)反应器中加入12公斤异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、5公斤二环己甲烷二异氰酸酯、7.6公斤N-甲基吡咯烷酮、0.15公斤Tinuvin 900、加热至90度,通氮,抽真空,除去原料中的水分,加入1.7公斤二羟甲基丙酸搅拌至完全分散好。
3)降温至60度,加入0.01公斤辛酸亚锡,将多元醇混合液在1小时内连续加入至反应器中,加完后升温至80度并保温,直至预聚物的NCO含量达4.8%左右。
4)将预聚物降温至60度左右,加入1.3公斤中和剂(二乙氨基乙醇)迅速混合均匀,中和过程是放热,反应器中温度会略有上升,高速搅拌条件下加入50.6公斤去离子水,混合搅拌5分钟。
5)保持高速搅拌条件下,将4.2公斤乙二胺溶液在5分钟内加入反应器中,加完后继续搅拌30分钟。
6)将反应器温度升至70度加热2小时除去残留的异氰酸酯,降温至45度以下加入0.1公斤BYK024、0.1公斤15HS、0.1公斤OT-75,搅拌10分钟后过滤出料即可。
将实施例1-3按如下方法进行性能测试:1)物理指标:外观,透明或乳白色;固含,≥35%;2)粘度(23℃):20至30mPa.s;3)硬度:≥HB(铅笔硬度);4)附着力:(GB/T 9286-1998);5)耐水性:(涂膜吸水后的泛白性,水滴试验)。硬度、附着力、耐水性测试时将实施例1-3乳液进行如下复配后涂布测试:实施例乳液90克,去离子水3克,OT-75 0.9克,NIPACIDECI 15HS 0.8克,Tego Dispers分散剂1.1克,流平剂0.1克,打磨助剂硬脂酸锌2.7克,成膜助剂乙二醇丁醚1.4克,增稠剂WT-105A适量。

由上表可以看出,本发明实施例1-3配制的产品具有良好的附着力、耐水性和较高的硬度。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其他不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法把所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引申出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种基于竹焦油聚氨酯水性油墨用连接料制备方法,其特征在于:用环保可再生的竹焦油替代部分多元醇,通过异氰酸酯与多元醇反应得到预聚物,然后降温中和,加入去离子水分散,最后在高速搅拌条件下加入扩链剂扩链过滤即得水性聚氨酯(PUD)。具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将1.1-1.2重量份的扩链剂与3重量份的去离子水配制成扩链剂溶液,将8.0-8.5重量份竹焦油、8.0-8.5重量份聚合多元醇、0.14重量份交联改性剂组成多元醇混合液。
(2)将16-17重量份脂肪族异氰酸酯和0.15重量份紫外线吸收剂加入到7-7.6重量份的溶剂中,去除水分后加入1.6-1.7重量份亲水扩链剂并分散均匀。
(3)在步骤2得到的分散液中加入0.01重量份的催化剂,并在1小时内连续加入步骤1配制得到的多元醇混合液进行聚合反应,直至预聚物的NCO含量达4.8%左右。
(4)将预聚物降温,加入1.2-1.3重量份的中和剂混合均匀,然后加入50.6-53.5去离子水混合均匀,再加入步骤1配制的扩链剂溶液进行反应。反应30分钟后,升温加热去除残留的脂肪族异氰酸酯,再降温加入0.1重量份消泡剂、0.1重量份防腐剂、0.1重量份润湿剂获得水性聚氨酯(PUD)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的竹焦油聚氨酯水性油墨用连接料制备方法,其特征在于,所述的脂肪族异氰酸酯由异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯或二环己甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种按任意比例混合组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的竹焦油聚氨酯水性油墨用连接料制备方法,其特征在于,所述的催化剂由辛酸亚锡或二月桂酯二丁基锡中的一种或两种按任意比例混合组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的竹焦油聚氨酯水性油墨用连接料制备方法,其特征在于,所述的聚合多元醇为聚酯二元醇(MW=1000)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的竹焦油聚氨酯水性油墨用连接料制备方法,其特征在于,所述紫外线吸收剂为Tinuvin 900、溶剂为N-甲基吡咯烷酮、亲水扩链剂为二羟甲基丙酸、交联改性剂为三羟甲基烷、中和剂为二乙氨基乙醇、扩链剂为乙二胺、消泡剂为BYK024、防腐剂为科莱恩15HS,润湿剂为氰特化工OT-75。
