s2, screening: after coating, the coated seeds are sieved (depending on the seed size) to remove the sticking and clumps.
S3, air drying: and spreading the screened coated seeds uniformly, placing the coated seeds in a dry and ventilated environment for 24 hours to ensure that the seeds are dried and stored after drying.
The functions of the raw materials are as follows:

Compared with bactericide, it can also prevent plant diseases and insect pests. The single microbial agent, namely the bacillus mycoides, can effectively improve the disease resistance, cold resistance and drought resistance of plants, increase nutrients in soil, improve the soil structure, improve the utilization rate of chemical fertilizers, promote organic matters in the soil to be decomposed into humus and stimulate the growth of the plants.
The carbon powder is used as an inert protective agent for protecting thalli in the microbial agent and reducing the influence of other factors which are not beneficial to the survival of the thalli in the environment so as to fully play a role.
The porous silicon powder agent is also called silicon-based porous material, has better physical characteristics, air permeability and water absorption for common fillers such as kaolin and talcum powder, and can provide better germination conditions for seeds. The porous material should have a high strength relative to the continuous medium material so that the seeds are not easily broken, have a high permeability so that water can be absorbed, and allow the coating material to sufficiently act on the seeds.
The coloring agent with warning color is used in the coating process to obviously avoid the rodents eating the seeds.
The glume, the inner and outer palea surfaces of the seeds are rough and have rough awns and a plurality of veins, and although the grass seeds of the elymus nutans sold in the market are subjected to awn breaking treatment, short awns and rough surfaces remain after the awn breaking treatment, and the phenomena of seed leakage and uneven sowing occur when mechanical sowing is carried out. Seed soaking experiment
The germination effect of the elymus nutans seeds before coating is checked by soaking the elymus nutans seeds in different solutions, the seeds soaked in the solutions (300 mg/L) of gibberellin, salicylic acid and indoleacetic acid serving as growth regulators and the seeds soaked in distilled water are respectively arranged, the soaking time of the elymus nutans seeds is 24 hours, the elymus nutans seeds are respectively placed in a constant-temperature incubator after being soaked, the temperature is set to be 20 ℃, and the germination rate is calculated by using the first day of germination.
TABLE 1 germination rates for different seed soaking conditions
Figure 510015DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
As seen from Table 1, the germination rate of seeds soaked with the growth regulator is significantly higher than that of non-soaked seeds, and higher than that of distilled water soaked seeds. From the first day of germination initiation, the non-soaked seeds did not yet germinate, both the distilled water-soaked seeds and the growth regulator-soaked seeds germinated and the germination rate of the growth regulator-soaked seeds was 33.5% higher than that of the distilled water-soaked seeds, and was higher than that of the distilled water and far exceeded that of the non-soaked seeds in the following germination days. The salicylic acid plays an important role in the growth and development and stress resistance of plants, and the effect of the salicylic acid on improving the stress resistance of seeds in high-altitude and low-temperature areas of Qinghai-Tibet plateau is more obvious.
Seed coating agents with different components are subjected to germination experiments
Two layers of filter paper are padded in the culture dish and are slightly wetted by water, the coated seeds (50 grains) are placed in the culture dish, the culture dish is placed in a constant-temperature incubator, the temperature is set to be 20 ℃, so that the germination of the seeds is observed, the germination rate is calculated, and the calculation is started by the first day of germination.
TABLE 2 germination percentage for coating agent combinations of six different ingredients
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE003
The best germination results were obtained from germination experiments in example 3, followed by examples 2 and 5; the micro-fertilizer and the compound fertilizer added in the examples 4 and 6 enable the content of the coating agent to be excessive, have a slight effect of inhibiting the initial germination of the coated seeds, but provide sufficient nutrients for the growth of seedlings in the seedling stage of the plants, and ensure the growth of the seedlings in a severe ecological environment.
