Description

Application method for preparing marigold culture medium by utilizing tannery sludge compost
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of landscaping, and particularly relates to a cultivation medium which is prepared by using tannery sludge compost and perlite as main components and is suitable for marigold growth.
Background
China is a major greenhouse gardening country in the world, and the culture area of greenhouse gardening in China is 2.5 × 10 according to incomplete statistics6hm2Above, the soilless culture area is only 2 × 103hm2On the left and right, the proportion is very low, so the development of the soilless culture of China has a large space, and a large amount of safe, high-quality and convenient-to-use solid culture substrates are needed. However, the price of the main raw material turf for soilless culture is increased year by year, and the grass carbon has the defects of stable performance and low priceThe easily obtained substrate is the bottleneck limiting the development scale of the soilless culture in China. With the development of industry and agriculture in China, a large amount of organic waste is generated, most of the organic waste is not utilized and is randomly discharged into the natural environment, so that the environment is polluted, and organic resources are wasted. Many researches indicate that organic wastes such as livestock and poultry manure rotten clinker, coconut shells, sawdust, vinasse, mushroom residues, carbonized rice hulls, straws, corncobs, traditional Chinese medicine wastes and the like show certain advantages in the aspect of utilization of culture mediums. The tannery sludge has reduced toxicity after composting and decomposition, and has a great prospect in the aspect of utilization of culture medium.
Marigold is widely planted in China as a plant of the Compositae, has high ornamental value and is popular with the people in China. The application prospect of the tannery sludge compost as the marigold matrix is worthy of being explored.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to explore a method for preparing a soilless culture substrate by utilizing tannery sludge compost, further apply the method as a growth substrate of marigold, and provide guiding significance for resource utilization of tannery sludge and cultivation of marigold.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention uses tannery sludge compost and perlite to mix and prepare the soilless culture substrate, and the technical scheme is as follows:
a soilless culture substrate prepared by utilizing tannery sludge compost is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by volume: 40-60 parts of tannery sludge compost and 40-60 parts of perlite.
The tannery sludge compost is a product obtained by aerobic composting and harmlessness of tannery sludge, the organic matter content is more than 20%, the pH value is 7.0-7.5, and the tannery sludge compost mainly has the effects of improving the substrate fertility and providing nutrient substances.
The perlite is agricultural perlite, has good water retention performance, can hold more than 40 percent of water, is in a porous structure, plays a role in maintaining water-gas exchange, reducing volume weight and maintaining the stability of a matrix, and can promote the growth of plant roots.
The volume weight of the tanning sludge compost soilless culture substrate is 0.2-0.4g/cm3
The total porosity of the tannery sludge compost soilless culture substrate is 60-80%, and the tannery sludge compost soilless culture substrate contains about 20-30% of air and water.
The invention further provides a cultivation method of applying the tanning sludge compost soilless culture substrate to marigold, and the growth response of marigold is observed through a large number of cultivation tests, and the method comprises the following specific steps:
(1) 40-60 parts of tannery sludge compost and 40-60 parts of perlite are mixed into a matrix according to the volume parts and placed in a flowerpot;
(2) seedling marigold seeds in a plug seedling way for one week;
(3) transplanting the marigold seedlings after seedling cultivation into a flowerpot with a prepared matrix;
(4) observing the growth vigor and the flowering time of the marigold.
And (3) mixing turf, perlite and vermiculite as a plug seedling substrate, putting the plug seedling substrate into a 5 × 10 plastic plug, spraying plant seeds, covering a layer of vermiculite, watering, and placing the plug seedling substrate in a germination accelerating room for seedling.
Preferably, the environment of the germination accelerating room is at a temperature of 20-25 ℃ and a humidity of 70-80%.
And (3) selecting plant seedlings with basically consistent growth vigor, transferring the plant seedlings into the prepared tannery sludge compost substrate, and watering the substrate thoroughly.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention provides a simple and easy preparation method of a marigold soilless culture substrate, which utilizes tannery sludge compost as a main raw material, solves the problem of going out of tannery sludge, realizes resource utilization, simultaneously meets the requirement problem of the culture substrate, and has certain environmental and economic benefits.
