Experimental results: as can be seen from Table 1, the mask liquid containing the mesona chinensis extract solution prepared by the invention has good antibacterial activity, and can obviously inhibit staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, bacillus thuringiensis and bacillus subtilis, wherein the antibacterial effect of example 1 is optimal. The antibacterial results of comparative examples 1 and 2 show that the lack of the selfheal extract and the kaempferia galangal extract can reduce the inhibition effect of the mask liquid on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, bacillus thuringiensis and bacillus subtilis, which shows that the selfheal extract, the honeysuckle extract, the mesona chinensis extract, the kaempferia galangal extract and the anemarrhena extract can exert synergistic antibacterial effect.
DPPH free radical scavenging ability test of mask liquid containing mesona chinensis extract
Test sample: examples 1-3, comparative examples 1 and 2 prepared a mask solution containing mesona chinensis benth extract as an experimental group, a vitamin C solution of 100. Mu.g/mL as a positive control group, and ultrapure water as a blank control group.
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing 4mg of DPPH solid medicine, adding 28mL of absolute ethyl alcohol to prepare a DPPH solution, weighing 5mg of vitamin C, adding 50mL of absolute ethyl alcohol to prepare a positive control group solution;
(2) 100 mu L of DPPH solution is added into a 96-well plate, 100 mu L of mask liquid containing mesona chinensis benth extract prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 is added into each experimental group, 100 mu L of prepared vitamin C solution is added into a positive control group, 100 mu L of ultrapure water is added into a blank control group, and 3 compound holes are formed in each group;
(3) Under the condition of light shielding, reacting for 30min at 25 ℃, then placing the reaction product in an enzyme-labeled instrument, setting the wavelength to 517nm, and measuring an OD value;
(4) Radical clearance calculation formula:

Experimental results: from the experimental results in table 2, it can be seen that the mask solutions prepared in examples 1-3 all have good antioxidant activity, can effectively remove DPPH free radicals, and the removal rate is superior to that of vitamin C. The selfheal extract and the kaempferia galanga extract are removed in comparative examples 1 and 2 respectively, so that the free radical scavenging capacity is reduced, wherein the reduction of comparative example 2 is particularly obvious, and the reduction is reduced by 25.88%. The results show that the selfheal extract and the kaempferia galanga extract play a synergistic role together with other extracts in the composition, and the free radical removal is completed together.
Tyrosinase inhibition capability test of mask liquid containing mesona chinensis benth extract
Test sample: examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 facial mask solutions containing mesona chinensis benth extract were prepared as experimental groups, vitamin C solution of 100. Mu.g/mL was used as positive control group, and ultrapure water was used as blank control group.
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
(1) Dissolving 5mg of tyrosinase in 50mL of PBS solution to prepare 0.5 mg/mL of solution for later use; preparing L-DOPA into 0.5 mM solution with PBS solution for later use;
(2) Sequentially adding 160 mu L of PBS buffer solution and 20 mu L of L-DOPA solution into a 96-well plate, uniformly mixing, then adding 10 mu L of the mask solution prepared in each example into an experimental group, adding 10 mu L of vitamin C solution into a positive control group, and adding 10 mu L of ultrapure water into a blank control group;
(3) 10. Mu.L of tyrosinase solution was added to each well, preincubated at 37℃for 30 minutes, then placed in an microplate reader to set a wavelength of 475nm, OD was measured, and inhibition was calculated.

Experimental results: as shown in the experimental results of Table 3, all of examples 1-3 had strong tyrosinase inhibitory activity, wherein the inhibition rate of example 1 reached 89.69%, which was higher than 85.91% of the positive control. Meanwhile, experiments show that the tyrosine inhibition rate of the mask liquid is not obviously reduced after the selfheal extracting solution is removed, and the tyrosine inhibition effect is obviously reduced after the kaempferia galangal extracting solution is removed. The results demonstrate that the kaempferia galanga extract, mesona chinensis extract, honeysuckle extract and rhizoma anemarrhenae extract together exert the main tyrosinase inhibitory activity in the inventive mask liquid.

Test sample: mask liquid containing mesona chinensis extract prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2.
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
(1) 50 healthy females are selected, the ages of which are 25-30, and are divided into 5 groups of 10 people each;
(2) Selecting a qualified patch tester, dripping 25 mu L of the mask liquid prepared in the examples 1-10 into the patch tester in a closed patch experiment mode, and sticking the mask liquid on the back of a subject by using a special adhesive tape;
(3) After 24 hours of application, the adhesive tape layer of the patch tester was removed, the skin appearance of the applied back was observed after 30 minutes, and the skin of the applied back was observed again after 12, 24, 36, 48 hours, and the results were recorded according to the skin reaction classification standard in the cosmetic hygiene Specification.

(2) After all subjects clean the face, the face mask soaked by the face mask liquid is lightly applied to the face, and the face mask is used for 3 times per week for 20min for 4 weeks;
(3) After 4 weeks of use, evaluating the moisturizing effect, the irritation, the smell, the comfort and the overall effect of the mask liquid containing the mesona chinensis benth extract;
(4) The evaluation method comprises the following steps:
(1) the water supplementing effect is 0-10 minutes, and the higher the score is, the better the representative effect is;
(2) the irritation is 0-10 minutes, and the higher the score is, the smaller the irritation is represented;
(3) the smell is 0-10 minutes, and the higher the score is, the more pleasant the smell is represented;
(4) the comfort is 0-10 minutes, and the higher the score is, the more comfortable the user is represented;
(5) the overall effect is evaluated according to 0-10 points, and the higher the point value is, the better the overall effect is represented;

The experimental method comprises the following steps:
(1) Diluting the mask liquid prepared in each example 1-3 and comparative example 1-2 to 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 mug/mL by using a DEME culture medium;
(2) Taking HaCaT cells in logarithmic growth phase, inoculating 1x104 cells per well into a 96-well plate, culturing at 37 ℃ under 5% CO2 for 24h, wherein the volume of each well is 100 mu L;
(3) Discarding cell plate supernatant, adding 100 mu L of the mask liquid prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 with different concentrations, and continuously culturing for 20 hours;
(4) mu.L MTT (5 mg/ml) was added to each well and the cell plates were incubated for an additional 4 hours;
(5) The cell plate supernatant was discarded, 100. Mu.L of DMSO was added to each well, the shaking was uniform, the wavelength was set at 570nm in an microplate reader, the OD was measured, and the cell viability was calculated.
Experimental results: as shown in FIG. 1, the mask solutions prepared in examples 1-3 exhibited proliferation promoting effect on HaCaT cells with increasing concentration, and cell viability remained substantially unchanged after the concentration was greater than 20 mg/mL. The embodiment shows that the mask liquid containing the mesona chinensis benth extract has the function of promoting the proliferation of HaCaT cells.

Claims (4)

1. The mask liquid containing the mesona chinensis benth extract is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of mesona chinensis benth extract, 6-10 parts of selfheal extract, 5-8 parts of honeysuckle extract, 8-9 parts of kaempferia galanga extract, 5-8 parts of rhizoma anemarrhenae extract, 3-4 parts of compound amino acid, 0.2-0.3 part of carboxymethyl glucan, 0.1-0.2 part of hyaluronic acid, 0.1-0.2 part of allantoin, 1-1.5 parts of propylene glycol, 1-1.5 parts of butanediol, 2-4 parts of glycerol, 0.1-0.2 part of phenoxyethanol and 70-80 parts of water;
the preparation method of the mesona chinensis benth extract comprises the following steps: pulverizing dried mesona chinensis benth, sieving with a 40-100 mesh sieve, adding 50% ethanol which is 20 times the weight of the coarse powder of the mesona chinensis benth, carrying out ultrasonic-assisted cold soaking for 2 hours, heating and reflux-extracting for 3 times, filtering, combining filtrates, concentrating under reduced pressure, loading the filtrate onto an AB-8 macroporous resin column, eluting sequentially according to water, 50% ethanol solution and 95% ethanol solution, collecting 50% eluting part, concentrating under reduced pressure, and recovering ethanol to obtain mesona chinensis benth extract;
the condition of ultrasonic auxiliary cold soaking is that ultrasonic power is 350W and temperature is 25 ℃;
the preparation method of the selfheal, honeysuckle, rhizoma kaempferiae and rhizoma anemarrhenae extracting solution comprises the following steps: pulverizing dried selfheal, honeysuckle, rhizoma kaempferiae and rhizoma anemarrhenae, sieving with a 40-100 mesh sieve, respectively adding extraction solvents, soaking for 8 hours, performing reflux extraction, removing insoluble substances, concentrating under reduced pressure, and recovering ethanol to obtain the extracting solutions of the selfheal, the honeysuckle, the rhizoma kaempferiae and the rhizoma anemarrhenae.

The mask liquid containing the mesona chinensis extracting solution according to claim 1, wherein the mask liquid containing the mesona chinensis extracting solution is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of mesona chinensis benth extract, 9 parts of selfheal extract, 5 parts of honeysuckle extract, 8 parts of kaempferia galangal extract, 5 parts of rhizoma anemarrhenae extract, 3 parts of compound amino acid, 0.2 part of carboxymethyl glucan, 0.1 part of hyaluronic acid, 0.1 part of allantoin, 1 part of propylene glycol, 1 part of butanediol, 2 parts of glycerol, 0.1 part of phenoxyethanol and 80 parts of water.
