Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, and particularly relates to coenzyme Q10 high-efficiency moisturizing and wrinkle-soothing essence lotion and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin is the natural coat of human body and is generally divided into three major parts, namely epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissue from outside to inside, and the epidermis is further divided into a cuticle layer, a stratum lucidum layer, a stratum granulosum layer, a acanthosphere layer and a stratum basale layer. The stratum corneum, the outermost layer of the skin, plays an important role in the integrity of the skin barrier function. A sebum membrane is formed on the horny layer, and is a semitransparent milky membrane formed by emulsifying sebum, sweat and epidermal cell secretion, and free fatty acid, lactate, urea and uric acid in the sebum membrane are natural moisturizing factors and play a role in moisturizing the skin. The stratum corneum and sebaceous membrane prevent the loss of water from the skin. Under normal conditions, the water content of the stratum corneum should be about 10%, and below this level, the skin is lack of water; skin dryness, which is a phenomenon that people feel uncomfortable, occurs when the skin lacks moisture. The symptoms mainly include tight skin, dry and desquamation of individual parts, and itching of the whole body after bathing. The important reasons for dry skin include aging, climate change, sleep deficiency, fatigue, overheating bath water, strong alkalinity of washing products, etc. The main causes of xerosis cutis are impaired keratinocyte proliferation and differentiation, reduced lipid content and reduced hydration, mainly occurring in the epidermis layer, while the dermis layer and subcutaneous tissues are not affected. Skin dryness is mainly caused by alterations in the structure of the stratum corneum of the epidermis and by disturbances in the skin barrier function. The normal stratum corneum has a water content of 15% to 20%, and when the water content in the stratum corneum falls below 10%, the skin becomes rough, causing skin discomfort and a dry appearance.
The intact epidermal barrier, which is similar to the architectural "brick wall structure" and consists of two functional components, is important to maintain the integrity and moisture content of normal skin appearance: (1) a cellular protein matrix consisting of interconnected lamellar keratinocytes and the outermost keratinocytes (corresponding to bricks), (2) intercellular lipids (corresponding to stucco). Maintaining and ensuring proper functioning of the two components, ensuring skin integrity, water balance, hydration and exfoliation of aged keratin. Damage to either component of the epidermis leads to increased transepidermal water loss, leading to xeroderma, manifesting as dry skin, desquamation, roughness, fine fissures, and itching, with normal stratum corneum water content of 20% to 35% and below 10% with marked xeroderma. The keratinocyte and natural moisturizing factor are used, the keratinocyte is constantly and regularly renewed, and can penetrate through all layers from the lowest layer to be finally shed, when the moisture is sufficient, the undegraded desmosomes are stripped, and the keratinocyte on the surface is separated and shed. Unlike normal skin, dry skin exhibits retention of keratinocyte desmosomes in the normally exfoliated stratum corneum, resulting in a rapid exfoliation of thin flakes or scale-like keratinocytes that can be visibly seen, which is not detectable in single cell exfoliation. The function of the epidermal barrier is damaged, the body has an automatic repair function, the repair function is called as the physiological repair of the epidermal barrier, if a self-balance signal connected with the function of repairing the epidermal barrier is started, the self-repair action of the epidermal barrier can be started through the synthesis of grease, the recovery process is long, and the damage degree, the age of a patient and the overall health condition of the patient need to be seen.
Therefore, it is very desirable to develop skin care products with moisturizing and wrinkle-removing effects.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the coenzyme Q10 high-efficiency moisturizing and wrinkle-soothing essence lotion and the preparation method thereof.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the phase A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
the phase B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
the phase C comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
the phase D comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
coenzyme Q10 is a fat-soluble component synthesized in vivo, which plays a crucial role in cellular energy production, and in the skin, coenzyme Q10 is present not only in living cells but also in skin surface lipids, which are part of the stratum corneum, forming the outermost barrier of the skin. Skin surface lipids consist of a mixture of sebum secreted by sebaceous glands and lipids mainly derived from keratinocytes. Because of their location on the skin surface, skin surface lipids are often exposed to ultraviolet radiation, air pollution, chemical oxidants and microbial contamination. Studies have shown that skin surface lipid coenzyme Q10 levels decrease with age and also after in vitro uv irradiation. The structural changes of the stratum corneum are the main cause of skin dryness, and the main components of the stratum corneum are structural proteins, intercellular lipids, natural moisturizing factors and enzyme systems. The barrier function of the skin and the hydration of the stratum corneum are largely dependent on the levels of lipids and natural moisturizing factors in the stratum corneum. Research shows that after the skin is treated by the external liniment containing the coenzyme Q10, the content of the coenzyme Q10 in skin surface lipid is obviously improved, and the content of the coenzyme Q10 in the skin surface lipid cannot be improved by taking a large amount of the coenzyme Q10 orally. This demonstrates that coenzyme Q10 supplementation by external preparations can directly counteract the short-term environmental stress-induced and age-related coenzyme Q10 deficiency on the skin surface. In particular, young people with normal coenzyme Q10 values may benefit because spontaneously occurring external oxidative stress may be neutralized rapidly by coenzyme Q10. Coenzyme Q10 supplementation is also a significant benefit in the elderly population where skin is already aging. Therefore, it is advantageous to use a coenzyme Q10 containing formulation to protect the outermost skin layer for any age of skin. Studies on coenzyme Q10 also indicate that topically applied Q10 on the skin can penetrate the skin, be metabolically converted, exert an antioxidant effect and can maintain cellular energy levels. These effects are not only beneficial to the elderly suffering from Q10 deficiency, but also may supplement the Q10 levels that are lost over time. People of all ages can be treated with the formula containing Q10 on a regular basis to more effectively combat short-term damage due to uv radiation and stress, and to promote long-term anti-aging effects on the skin.
Palmitoyl hexapeptide-12 has similar substances capable of inhibiting nerve conduction, blocking conduction function between nerve muscles, avoiding excessive muscle contraction, preventing fine lines from forming, relieving muscle contraction force, relaxing muscles, reducing dynamic lines and eliminating fine lines; effectively reorganizes the elasticity of collagen, can increase the activity of elastin, relaxes the lines of the face, and smoothes wrinkles and improves laxity.
Palmitoyl tripeptide-5, consisting of amino acid chains, has the ability to penetrate the epidermis and deep into the dermis layer, stimulating collagen production and healthy tissue growth. Not only does it accelerate collagen synthesis in the skin, but early studies have shown that this peptide also has the ability to communicate with skin cells and prevent damage from toxins that permeate into skin cells.
The essence provided by the invention adopts coenzyme Q10, palmitoyl hexapeptide-12 and palmitoyl tripeptide-5 as main formulas, and supplements coenzyme Q10 lost in vivo, and palmitoyl hexapeptide-12 and palmitoyl tripeptide-5 can enhance cell activity, improve skin water content and promote synthesis of collagen, so that the aim of removing wrinkles is achieved. In addition, through various substances such as the water-locking magnet, the ceramide, the sodium hyaluronate, the lipoic acid and the like, and through reasonable compatibility of all the components, the moisture retention and the skin protection barrier function can be further improved, and the skin health can be maintained.

The essence of example 1 was subjected to a moisturizing test, a tyrosinase inhibitory activity test, and a DPPH radical scavenging rate test, respectively, and the test methods and results were as follows:
test one: human skin moisturizing experiment:
1. a detection instrument: an Antsci-skin-sp tester; indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity meters;
2. the experimental method comprises the following steps: 8 subjects, women between the ages of 25-35, were selected with the medial side of the left and right arm as the test area. Before the test, a testee needs to wash the bent side of the arm with a uniform mild detergent, draw 5 × 5cm2 square test areas with symmetrical positions on the left arm and the right arm, number each test area, take the right arm as a test area for smearing a moisturizing product, take the corresponding symmetrical area of the left arm as a blank control, sit still for 30min in a constant environment, then use an Antsci-skin-sp skin tester to test each test part, and repeat the test for 5 times respectively to obtain an average value. And then, lightly coating the solution of each humectant on each area in sequence, and uniformly coating. The test sample amount in each area is 0.05g, the test sample is applied for 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 hours and then detected at the parts respectively, m values are detected for each test area for 5 times in each time period, and the average value of the m values of 5 times in the time period is obtained. The whole research is carried out in an air-conditioned room with the temperature of 26-28 ℃ and the humidity of 38-40%. To better evaluate the data obtained, the concept of hydration was introduced, where the hydration of the site was determined by dividing the m-average value of each test by the m-average value of a blank without humectant applied, and when the hydration was greater than 1, it indicated that the skin moisture content increased after application of the test sample. When the hydration rate is less than 1, it means that the moisture content of the skin is reduced after the test sample is applied.
3. Results of the moisturizing experiment
And (2) test II: tyrosinase inhibitory activity assay
