The essence disclosed by the invention can solve the problems of dark, yellow, rough and lusterless skin after staying up all night, has an obvious whitening and repairing function, and also has the functions of moisturizing and preventing dry skin.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, and particularly relates to coenzyme Q10 essence water for moisturizing, whitening and promoting repair and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin is the natural coat of human body and is generally divided into three major parts, namely epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissue from outside to inside, and the epidermis is further divided into a cuticle layer, a stratum lucidum layer, a stratum granulosum layer, a acanthosphere layer and a stratum basale layer. The stratum corneum, the outermost layer of the skin, plays an important role in the integrity of the skin barrier function. A sebum membrane is formed on the horny layer, and is a semitransparent milky membrane formed by emulsifying sebum, sweat and epidermal cell secretion, and free fatty acid, lactate, urea and uric acid in the sebum membrane are natural moisturizing factors and play a role in moisturizing the skin. The stratum corneum and sebaceous membrane prevent the loss of water from the skin. Under normal conditions, the water content of the stratum corneum should be about 10%, and below this level, the skin is lack of water; skin dryness, which is a phenomenon that people feel uncomfortable, occurs when the skin lacks moisture. The symptoms mainly include tight skin, dry and desquamation of individual parts, and itching of the whole body after bathing. The important reasons for dry skin include aging, climate change, sleep deficiency, fatigue, overheating bath water, strong alkalinity of washing products, etc. The main causes of xerosis cutis are impaired keratinocyte proliferation and differentiation, reduced lipid content and reduced hydration, mainly occurring in the epidermis layer, while the dermis layer and subcutaneous tissues are not affected. Skin dryness is mainly caused by alterations in the structure of the stratum corneum of the epidermis and by disturbances in the skin barrier function. The normal stratum corneum has a water content of 15% to 20%, and when the water content in the stratum corneum falls below 10%, the skin becomes rough, causing skin discomfort and a dry appearance.
The intact epidermal barrier, which is similar to the architectural "brick wall structure" and consists of two functional components, is important to maintain the integrity and moisture content of normal skin appearance: (1) a cellular protein matrix consisting of interconnected lamellar keratinocytes and the outermost keratinocytes (corresponding to bricks), (2) intercellular lipids (corresponding to stucco). Maintaining and ensuring proper functioning of the two components, ensuring skin integrity, water balance, hydration and exfoliation of aged keratin. Damage to either component of the epidermis leads to increased transepidermal water loss, leading to xeroderma, manifesting as dry skin, desquamation, roughness, fine fissures, and itching, with normal stratum corneum water content of 20% to 35% and below 10% with marked xeroderma. The keratinocyte and natural moisturizing factor are used, the keratinocyte is constantly and regularly renewed, and can penetrate through all layers from the lowest layer to be finally shed, when the moisture is sufficient, the undegraded desmosomes are stripped, and the keratinocyte on the surface is separated and shed. Unlike normal skin, dry skin exhibits retention of keratinocyte desmosomes in the normally exfoliated stratum corneum, resulting in a rapid exfoliation of thin flakes or scale-like keratinocytes that can be visibly seen, which is not detectable in single cell exfoliation. The function of the epidermal barrier is damaged, the body has an automatic repair function, the repair function is called as the physiological repair of the epidermal barrier, if a self-balance signal connected with the function of repairing the epidermal barrier is started, the self-repair action of the epidermal barrier can be started through the synthesis of grease, the recovery process is long, and the damage degree, the age of a patient and the overall health condition of the patient need to be seen.
Therefore, it is very desirable to develop a skin care product having moisturizing, whitening and repair-promoting effects.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide coenzyme Q10 essence lotion for moisturizing, whitening and promoting repair and a preparation method thereof.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a coenzyme Q10 essence lotion for moisturizing, whitening and promoting repair comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
coenzyme Q10 is a fat-soluble component synthesized in vivo, which plays a crucial role in cellular energy production, and in the skin, coenzyme Q10 is present not only in living cells but also in skin surface lipids, which are part of the stratum corneum, forming the outermost barrier of the skin. Skin surface lipids consist of a mixture of sebum secreted by sebaceous glands and lipids mainly derived from keratinocytes. Because of their location on the skin surface, skin surface lipids are often exposed to ultraviolet radiation, air pollution, chemical oxidants and microbial contamination. Studies have shown that skin surface lipid coenzyme Q10 levels decrease with age and also after in vitro uv irradiation. The structural changes of the stratum corneum are the main cause of skin dryness, and the main components of the stratum corneum are structural proteins, intercellular lipids, natural moisturizing factors and enzyme systems. The barrier function of the skin and the hydration of the stratum corneum are largely dependent on the levels of lipids and natural moisturizing factors in the stratum corneum. Research shows that after the skin is treated by the external liniment containing the coenzyme Q10, the content of the coenzyme Q10 in skin surface lipid is obviously improved, and the content of the coenzyme Q10 in the skin surface lipid cannot be improved by taking a large amount of the coenzyme Q10 orally. This demonstrates that coenzyme Q10 supplementation by external preparations can directly counteract the short-term environmental stress-induced and age-related coenzyme Q10 deficiency on the skin surface. In particular, young people with normal coenzyme Q10 values may benefit because spontaneously occurring external oxidative stress may be neutralized rapidly by coenzyme Q10. Coenzyme Q10 supplementation is also a significant benefit in the elderly population where skin is already aging. Therefore, it is advantageous to use a coenzyme Q10 containing formulation to protect the outermost skin layer for any age of skin. Studies on coenzyme Q10 also indicate that topically applied Q10 on the skin can penetrate the skin, be metabolically converted, exert an antioxidant effect and can maintain cellular energy levels. These effects are not only beneficial to the elderly suffering from Q10 deficiency, but also may supplement the Q10 levels that are lost over time. People of all ages can be treated with the formula containing Q10 on a regular basis to more effectively combat short-term damage due to uv radiation and stress, and to promote long-term anti-aging effects on the skin.
Niacinamide, also known as VB3, is an important member of the vitamin family. History of studies on nicotinamide: the first discovery by Girish Parsad Mathur et al, uk, as early as 1974: 1-5% of nicotinic acid and 1-4% of sunscreen are compounded into a cream system, so that the effect of whitening skin is achieved. The action mechanism is as follows: nicotinic acid activates cyclic 3,5 nucleotide phosphodiesterase, which cleaves 3, 5-cyclic adenosine, which stimulates melanocyte hormone, to adenine-5-monophosphate, thereby reducing melanin production. The whitening efficacy of niacinamide is consistently recognized by authorities in the dermatology community. The whitening mechanism of niacinamide mainly comprises the following aspects: the metabolism is accelerated, and the exfoliation of melanocytes containing melanin is promoted. Skin cells require sufficient energy to perform daily physiological functions such as: the production of new cells, the synthesis of collagen, the production of fats and proteins, the synthesis of DNA, etc. Aging often causes the decline of cell activity energy, which results in slow cell renewal, hyperpigmentation, decreased skin hydration, uneven cutin, etc. Nicotinamide is directly taken up by the cells due to its small size. Nicotinamide can keep skin energy balance, recover cell energy, and accelerate collagen synthesis, thereby avoiding melanin hyperpigmentation caused by low oil content and thin cuticle of skin. Moreover, niacinamide promotes the exfoliation of melanin-containing keratinocytes by accelerating skin turnover. And (II) the melanin produced is acted on, and the transfer of the melanin to the surface layer cells is reduced. Since only melanin is transferred to keratinocytes, the skin appears dark. Nicotinamide acts on the produced melanin and effectively inhibits the transfer of about 35-40% of the melanin from melanocytes to keratinocytes, thereby reducing excessive pigmentation. Clinical tests prove that the area and the number of brown spots on the skin can be obviously reduced by using the moisturizer containing the nicotinamide, and the lightening of the color of the spots can be distinguished by naked eyes. This is the most important reason for niacinamide as whitening. And (III) the synthesis of epidermal layer proteins is promoted, and the skin texture is improved. Nicotinamide can promote the synthesis of epidermal protein, enhance the self defense capability of skin and increase the moisture content of skin. Thus, niacinamide is also widely used in anti-aging products.

The essence water prepared in examples 1 to 14 and comparative examples 1 to 4 was used for moisture retention and anti-wrinkle and anti-aging tests.
Wherein, the moisture retention experimental data is the experimental data detected by an Antsci-skin-sp skin tester, 14 subjects are found, and women with the age of 25-35 years are all found. Prior to the test subjects required the arm to be cleaned on the flexor side with a uniform mild cleanser and drawn 5X 5cm on the left arm2In a square experimental area of the size, 0.05g of the essence water of examples 1 to 14 and comparative examples 1 to 4 was applied to the experimental part of the subject, and the subject examined each experimental part with an Antsci-skin-sp skin tester every 20min in a constant environment and repeated 5 times, respectively, to obtain an average value, and the experimental results are as follows:
the anti-wrinkle and anti-aging experimental data are sensory experimental data of a user and are divided into 1-10 grades, the higher the grade number is, the more obvious the improvement effect is, the grade 1 is no improvement, the grade 2-3 is not obvious in improvement, and the grade 4-6 is general in improvement; 7-8, the improvement is good; 9-10 of the composition is improved obviously. The results of the experiment are as follows:
from the above experimental results, it can be seen that the effect of the essence containing coenzyme Q10, nicotinamide and hexapeptide is more excellent than that of the essence containing only one or two of the coenzyme Q10, nicotinamide and hexapeptide, which is mainly the result of the combined action of coenzyme Q10, nicotinamide and hexapeptide. Wherein, the nicotinamide can reduce the water loss of the skin when being externally used, reduce the secretion of sebum and enhance the barrier function of the skin; meanwhile, the cohesiveness and the thickness of the stratum corneum can be increased, and the maturity of the stratum corneum is increased. The nicotinamide and coenzyme Q10 are applied together, so that the skin water retention effect is stronger. Nicotinamide also has a pigmentation-reducing effect, which is associated with the inhibition of melanosome transfer from melanocytes to keratinocytes, and at the same time, nicotinamide also inhibits the expression of melanin, one of the important pathways for the inhibition of melanin synthesis is its effect on the transport of substances in melanocytes, nicotinamide has a regulatory effect on calcium pumps, the expression of the cellular motor protein Dynein and the movement of melanosomes in melanocytes, and a certain concentration of nicotinamide accelerates the movement rate of melanosomes in melanocytes. In addition, nicotinamide also has anti-inflammatory effect, and can inhibit a series of proinflammatory factors, such as interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha), interleukin-1 beta (IL-1 beta), interleukin-8 (IL-8) and the like. Meanwhile, nicotinamide can reduce the activity of desquamation enzyme, reduce the activity of trypsin-like enzyme and fibrinolysin which affect inflammation, and reduce the infiltration of mononuclear cells and phagocyte. Nicotinamide also inhibits prostaglandin E2(PGE2) and reduces the production of Nitric Oxide (NO) and Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS). However, in an in vitro cell experiment, nicotinamide was found not to affect the secretion of interleukin-8 (IL-8) by Keratinocytes (KC). When the cell is irradiated by ultraviolet, the cell self-repair function can be stimulated, a large amount of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) is consumed in the process, tests prove that nicotinamide can reduce the consumption of ATP in the cell and provide energy for cell repair, and meanwhile, nicotinamide is a component of coenzyme I (NAD) and coenzyme II (NADP) and can influence the normal respiration and metabolism of the cell.
The invention combines coenzyme Q10, nicotinamide and hexapeptide for use, greatly improves the effect of any one of the coenzyme Q10, the nicotinamide and the hexapeptide when used alone, and obtains the essence lotion which can keep moisture for a long time and has the effects of resisting wrinkles and resisting aging. And 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, ceramide, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, betaine, magnesium gluconate, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, D-panthenol, vitamin B6, caprylyl hydroximic acid and other substances are added, and the added parts by mass are controlled to prepare the essence water which has good moisturizing and whitening effects on the skin and can promote the physiological repair of the skin. The added vitamin B6 is an indispensable substance for human bodies, participates in various metabolic reactions, is used in combination with other substances of the invention, and can accelerate the absorption of the skin while helping the metabolism of the skin; the disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate has the effect of oxidation resistance, so that the oxidation resistance of the skin can be further enhanced, and the anti-aging capability is improved; and the caprylyl hydroximic acid has the effects of resisting and inhibiting bacteria, so that the long-term use of the essence water is ensured without destroying the activity of substances in the essence water. In addition, the allantoin, the PCA sodium and the sodium hyaluronate are added in a certain amount, so that the effects of wrinkle resistance and aging resistance of the essence are further enhanced.
According to the invention, by controlling the substances added with the essence water and the related proportion, the essence water has long-acting skin moisturizing and whitening effects on dry skin, and can particularly improve the problems of dark, yellow, rough, dull and the like of the skin after staying up all night; meanwhile, the skin physiological state can be repaired, and the wrinkled skin can be helped to recover the youthful and beautiful appearance.
The above-described embodiments are preferred implementations of the present invention, and the present invention may be implemented in other ways without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
