本发明涉及一种负离子内衣面料及其制备工艺，所述负离子内衣面料包括以下重量份数的原料：锦纶70‑80，氨纶10‑20，硅藻粉2‑3，电气石1‑2，柔软剂0.5‑1，分散剂0.5‑1，微晶纤维素0.5‑1。本发明的负离子内衣面料具有很好的舒适性，负离子发生量高，安全舒适；工艺步骤简单，制作出的负离子内衣面料具有良好的耐磨性以及抗菌效果，进而增加穿着时的舒适度；成品率高，并且还能够通过浸泡面料增加服装本身的保健性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种负离子内衣面料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
在日常生活中服装已经是必不可少的生活用品，而面料是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一，面料不仅可以影响服装的风格和特性，而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。
随着科技的不断发展，负离子面料产品也被不断制造出来，而面料释放的负离子对人体有诸多功效，如细胞活化、促进新陈代谢、净化血液等。现有可释放负离子的面料质量参差不齐，面料表面不够柔顺光滑，直接与皮肤接触会影响穿着舒适度，而且制备工艺复杂。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种负离子内衣面料及其制备工艺。
本发明的负离子内衣面料，包括以下重量份数的原料：锦纶70-80，氨纶10-20，硅藻粉2-3，电气石1-2，柔软剂0.5-1，分散剂0.5-1，微晶纤维素0.5-1。
本发明的负离子内衣面料的制备工艺，包括以下步骤：
1)按照规定比例关系称取锦纶、氨纶在溶剂中进行清洗，清洗过程中对溶液进行搅拌处理，清洗完成后将锦纶、氨纶放置在干燥室内进行干燥处理；
2)将经过干燥处理的锦纶、氨纶投入至热熔装置进行热熔处理，热熔加工过程中采取间歇搅拌，最终得到混合体；
3)将步骤2)中得到的混合体利用纺丝装置进行加工，纺丝过程中对加工的丝线进行回收，并缠绕在卷辊上进行收集；
4)将卷辊上缠绕的丝线放置在由硅藻粉、电气石、柔软剂、分散剂和微晶纤维素构成的助剂中进行浸泡，浸泡过程中对溶液进行搅拌，并对浸泡容器中加压处理，浸泡30-40分钟后取出卷辊；
5)将卷辊转移至干燥室的内部进行干燥处理，干燥处理为在60-80℃的环境下加以供风机进行干燥；
6)将干燥之后的丝线利用编织机进行编织，进而将丝线编织成为负离子内衣面料；
7)对步骤6)得到的负离子内衣面料进行检测并打包入库。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果为：本发明
1、所制备的负离子内衣面料具有很好的舒适性，负离子发生量高，安全舒适；
2、工艺步骤简单，制作出的负离子内衣面料具有良好的耐磨性以及抗菌效果，进而增加穿着时的舒适度。
3、通过合理的制作工艺，不仅使得面料在生产的过程中加工工艺简单，并且成品率高，并且还能够通过浸泡面料增加服装本身的保健性能。

下面结合实施例，对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明，但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种负离子内衣面料，包括以下重量千克的原料：锦纶80，氨纶15，硅藻粉2，电气石1，柔软剂0.5，分散剂0.5，微晶纤维素1。
本发明的负离子内衣面料的制备工艺，包括以下步骤：
1)按照规定比例关系称取锦纶、氨纶在溶剂中进行清洗，清洗过程中对溶液进行搅拌处理，清洗完成后将锦纶、氨纶放置在干燥室内进行干燥处理；
2)将经过干燥处理的锦纶、氨纶投入至热熔装置进行热熔处理，热熔加工过程中采取间歇搅拌，最终得到混合体；
3)将步骤2)中得到的混合体利用纺丝装置进行加工，纺丝过程中对加工的丝线进行回收，并缠绕在卷辊上进行收集；

一种负离子内衣面料，包括以下重量千克的原料：锦纶77，氨纶18，硅藻粉2，电气石1，柔软剂1，分散剂0.5，微晶纤维素0.5。
本实施例所述的负离子内衣面料的制备工艺同实施例1。
对实施1至3中的产品在相同的条件下进行负离子发生量、远红外性能检测，得到结果入下表：

由实验数据可知，通过此方法生产出的负离子内衣面料的负离子发生量优越于市场上普通产品的性能，进而该负离子内衣面料具有较高的使用价值。
