本发明涉及摩擦卡合元件的温度推测装置。
背景技术
在日本特开2018-204768中,记载有推测变速器所具备的摩擦卡合元件的温度的装置。
发明内容
在具备多个这样的摩擦卡合元件的情况下,期望精度良好地推测关于各个摩擦卡合元件的温度。
本发明涉及应用于具备具有通过液压进行动作的多个摩擦卡合元件的变速器的车辆,推测所述变速器变速时的所述摩擦卡合元件的温度的装置。本发明的方案具备执行装置和存储装置。所述存储装置构成为存储规定映射的映射数据,所述映射包括热量变量和变速变量作为输入变量、且包括所述温度作为输出变量,所述热量变量是表示在所述变速器变速过程中由所述摩擦卡合元件产生的热量的变量,所述变速变量表示在所述变速器变速时被卡合的所述摩擦卡合元件。所述执行装置构成为执行:获取所述输入变量的值的获取处理和通过将由所述获取处理获取到的所述输入变量的值输入到所述映射而计算所述输出变量的值的计算处理。
根据所述方案的摩擦卡合元件的温度推测装置,将在变速过程中由摩擦卡合元件产生的热量作为输入变量,将该输入变量输入到由映射数据规定的映射,从而计算摩擦卡合元件的温度。在此,摩擦卡合元件的热容量各不相同。另外,摩擦卡合元件利用工作油等冷却,但摩擦卡合元件的冷却效果各不相同。因而,表示发热量与摩擦卡合元件的温度变化的关系的温度特性针对各个摩擦卡合元件的每个摩擦卡合元件而不同。因而,使表示在变速器的变速时被卡合的摩擦卡合元件的变速变量包含于输入变量。因此,在考虑各个摩擦卡合元件的温度特性的基础上计算上述输出变量,关于各个摩擦卡合元件,温度的推测精度提高。
在上述方案的温度推测装置中,作为所述输入变量,也可以包括时间变量,该时间变量是表示变速间隔的变量,该变速间隔是从作为所述温度的计算对象的所述摩擦卡合元件的前次卡合开始定时至本次卡合开始定时为止的时间。
摩擦卡合元件在从卡合开始起至卡合完成为止的期间其温度上升,另一方面,在卡合完成之后,通过基于工作油实现的冷却等其温度下降,最终收敛于一定的温度。在此,在通过反复进行变速,从而上述变速间隔变短的情况下,有时在卡合完成后的摩擦卡合元件的温度下降过程中再次开始卡合。在该情况下,与变速间隔长而从摩擦卡合元件的温度收敛于一定的温度的状态起开始卡合的情况相比,卡合开始时间点下的摩擦卡合元件的温度高,所以变速时的摩擦卡合元件的温度也变高。当这样上述变速间隔不同时,卡合开始时间点下的摩擦卡合元件的温度不同,所以变速时的摩擦卡合元件的温度也不同。因而,根据上述结构的温度推测装置,作为上述输入变量而包括表示变速间隔的时间变量,所以考虑变速间隔对卡合开始时间点的摩擦卡合元件的温度造成的影响来计算摩擦卡合元件的温度。因而,与作为输入变量而不包括上述时间变量的情况相比,能够以更高精度计算该温度。
在上述方案的温度推测装置中,所述热量变量也可以包括速度变量和液压变量。在此,所述速度变量可以是表示在所述变速器变速过程中在所述摩擦卡合元件中相互相对旋转的构件的相对转速的变量。所述液压变量可以是表示在所述变速器变速过程中提供给所述摩擦卡合元件的液压的变量。
在摩擦卡合元件中相互相对旋转的构件的相对转速越高,则摩擦卡合元件的发热量越多。另外,在变速过程中提供给摩擦卡合元件的液压越高,则摩擦卡合元件的发热量越多。因而,根据上述结构的温度推测装置,将表示与在变速过程中由摩擦卡合元件产生的热量相关的上述相对转速的速度变量、表示上述液压的液压变量作为热量变量,输入到由映射数据规定的映射,从而计算摩擦卡合元件的温度。因此,能够精度良好地推测摩擦卡合元件的温度。
在上述结构的温度推测装置中,所述热量变量也可以包括油温变量,该油温变量是表示提供给所述摩擦卡合元件的工作油的温度的变量。
当工作油的温度发生变化时,摩擦卡合元件的环境温度、基于工作油实现的冷却效果发生变化,所以摩擦卡合元件的发热量发生变化。因而,根据上述结构的温度推测装置,作为热量变量而包括上述油温变量,所以考虑工作油的温度对上述发热量造成的影响,计算摩擦卡合元件的温度。因而,与作为热量变量而不包括上述油温变量的情况相比,能够以更高精度计算该温度。
在上述结构的温度推测装置中,也可以提供给所述摩擦卡合元件的液压以所述车辆的原动机的输出转矩越大则压力越高的方式变更,并且所述热量变量包括转矩变量,该转矩变量是表示所述输出转矩的变量。
根据上述结构的温度推测装置,当原动机的输出转矩大时,例如在请求紧急加速那样的状况下,液压被提高,所以摩擦卡合元件从释放状态变为卡合状态为止的时间变短,由此变速所需的时间被缩短,能够进行迅速的变速。在此,在进行与这样的输出转矩相应的液压的可变设定的情况下,输出转矩的大小与摩擦卡合元件的发热量相关。关于这一点,在上述结构中,热量变量包含上述转矩变量,所以考虑输出转矩对上述发热量造成的影响来计算摩擦卡合元件的温度。因而,与热量变量不包含上述转矩变量的情况相比,能够以更高精度计算温度。
在上述结构的温度推测装置中,所述转矩变量既可以是应对所述车辆的驱动轮赋予的转矩的指令值,也可以是所述车辆的加速器操作量。

具体实施方式
以下,参照图1~图7,说明与本发明的推测摩擦卡合元件的热负荷的温度推测装置相关的实施方式。
如图1所示,车辆VC作为原动机而具备内燃机10以及第1电动发电机22以及第2电动发电机24。
动力分配装置20与内燃机10的曲轴12机械地连结。动力分配装置20对内燃机10、第1电动发电机22以及第2电动发电机24的动力进行分配。动力分配装置20具备行星齿轮机构,曲轴12与行星齿轮机构的行星架CR机械地连结,第1电动发电机22的旋转轴22a与太阳轮S机械地连结,第2电动发电机24的旋转轴24a和作为本实施方式的变速器的一个例子的自动变速器26的输入轴27in与齿圈R机械地连结。此外,第1逆变器23的输出电压被施加到第1电动发电机22的端子。另外,第2逆变器25的输出电压被施加到第2电动发电机24的端子。
自动变速器26是具备第1离合器C1、第2离合器C2、第1制动器B1、第2制动器B2这样的通过液压进行动作的多个摩擦卡合元件、多个行星齿轮机构以及单向离合器F1的多档式变速器。在自动变速器26中,通过第1离合器C1、第2离合器C2、第1制动器B1以及第2制动器B2的卡合状态以及释放状态的组合和基于单向离合器F1的旋转限制状态以及旋转容许状态的组合来切换变速档。此外,本实施方式的自动变速器26是前进有4档、后退有1档的变速器,但变速档数能够适当地变更。
上述摩擦卡合元件的基本构造大致相同,是公知的构造。即,在摩擦卡合元件中,交替地配置有相互相对旋转的第1板片以及第2板片,摩擦件粘贴于一个板片。而且,在未对摩擦卡合元件提供液压的情况下,第1板片以及第2板片分离,在这些第1板片以及第2板片之间的转矩传递被切断。
另一方面,当对摩擦卡合元件提供液压时,作为第1板片与第2板片之间的间隙的装配间隙PCtc被堵住,摩擦卡合元件成为即将开始卡合状态的状态、即被压紧的状态。当在该压紧完成之后,进一步提供液压时,第1板片以及第2板片开始卡合,从而第1板片以及第2板片的相对转速逐渐变小,摩擦卡合元件的转矩容量增大。然后,最终第1板片与第2板片之间的相对转速成为“0”,从而摩擦卡合元件成为完全卡合的状态。
驱动轮30与自动变速器26的输出轴27out机械地连结。另外,油泵32的从动轴32a与行星架CR机械地连结。油泵32是使油盘34内的油作为润滑油而在动力分配装置20中循环或者使该油作为工作油而供给到自动变速器26的泵。此外,从油泵32喷出的工作油由自动变速器26内的液压控制电路28调整其压力,例如被用作用于对上述摩擦卡合元件供给液压的工作油等。液压控制电路28具备多个电磁阀28a,是通过这些各电磁阀28a的通电来控制工作油的流动状态、工作油的液压的电路。
控制装置40将内燃机10作为控制对象,为了控制作为其控制量的转矩、排气成分比率等,对内燃机10的各种操作部进行操作。另外,控制装置40将第1电动发电机22作为控制对象,为了控制作为其控制量的转矩、转速等,对第1逆变器23进行操作。另外,控制装置40将第2电动发电机24作为控制对象,为了控制作为其控制量的转矩、转速等,对第2逆变器25进行操作。
控制装置40在控制上述控制量时,参照曲轴角传感器50的输出信号Scr、探测第1电动发电机22的旋转轴22a的旋转角的第1旋转角传感器52的输出信号Sm1、探测第2电动发电机24的旋转轴24a的旋转角的第2旋转角传感器54的输出信号Sm2。另外,控制装置40参照作为由油温传感器56检测的上述工作油的温度的油温Toil、由车速传感器58检测的车速SPD、作为由加速器传感器62检测的加速器踏板60的踩踏量的加速器操作量ACCP。
控制装置40具备CPU42、ROM44、作为能够电改写的非易失性存储器的存储装置46以及外围电路48,它们能够经由局域网49进行通信。在此,外围电路48包括生成规定内部的动作的时钟信号的电路、电源电路、复位电路等。控制装置40通过由CPU42执行存储于ROM44的程序,从而控制控制量。CPU42以及ROM44构成执行装置。
图2示出控制装置40执行的处理。图2所示的处理通过由CPU42例如以预定周期反复执行存储于ROM44的程序而实现。
驱动转矩设定处理M6是如下处理:将加速器操作量ACCP作为输入,在加速器操作量ACCP大的情况下,与加速器操作量ACCP小的情况相比,将应对驱动轮30赋予的转矩的指令值即驱动转矩指令值Trq*计算为大的值。
驱动力分配处理M8是如下处理:根据驱动转矩指令值Trq*,设定针对内燃机10的转矩指令值Trqe*、针对第1电动发电机22的转矩指令值Trqm1*以及针对第2电动发电机24的转矩指令值Trqm2*。与这些转矩指令值Trqe*、Trqm1*、Trqm2*相当的转矩由内燃机10、第1电动发电机22以及第2电动发电机24分别生成,从而对驱动轮30赋予的转矩是与驱动转矩指令值Trq*相当的值。
变速比指令值设定处理M10根据驱动转矩指令值Trq*以及车速SPD,设定作为自动变速器26的变速比的指令值的变速比指令值Vsft*和表示变速比的切换是升档还是降档的切换变量ΔVsft。因而,例如在变速比指令值Vsft*表示3挡、且切换变量ΔVsft是升档的情况下,表示变速的种类是从3挡向4挡的切换。该变速比指令值Vsft*以及切换变量ΔVsft成为表示在变速时被卡合的摩擦卡合元件的变速变量。
液压指令值设定处理M12在变速比切换时,根据驱动转矩指令值Trq*、油温Toil、变速比指令值Vsft*以及切换变量ΔVsft,计算由用于切换的电磁阀调整的液压的指令值的基准值即液压指令值P0*。该液压指令值设定处理M12通过在将驱动转矩指令值Trq*、变速比指令值Vsft*、切换变量ΔVsft以及油温Toil作为输入变量并将液压指令值P0*作为输出变量的映射数据预先存储于ROM44的状态下由CPU42对液压指令值P0*进行映射运算而实现。此外,在驱动转矩指令值Trq*大时,例如在请求紧急加速那样的状况下,提高液压,从而摩擦卡合元件从释放状态变为卡合状态为止的时间变短,由此变速所需的时间被缩短,能够进行迅速的变速。因而,在驱动转矩指令值Trq*大的情况下,与该驱动转矩指令值Trq*小的情况相比,被计算的液压指令值P0*的值被设为高的压力。进而,液压指令值设定处理M12通过用各种值校正液压指令值P0*,从而计算最终的液压指令值P*。
电流变换处理M18是将液压指令值P*变换为作为在电磁阀28a中流过的电流的指令值的电流指令值I*的处理。控制装置40在变速比指令值Vsft*的值发生变化的情况下,根据变速比指令值Vsft*以及切换变量ΔVsft,使与开始卡合的摩擦卡合元件对应的电磁阀28a的电流指令值I*变化,从而将摩擦卡合元件从释放状态切换到卡合状态。
本实施方式的控制装置40执行推测在变速时卡合的摩擦卡合元件的温度Tk的处理。以下,说明该推测处理。此外,执行以下的处理的控制装置40构成摩擦卡合元件的温度推测装置。
图3示出本实施方式的控制装置40执行的处理的次序。图3所示的处理通过由CPU42例如以预定周期反复执行存储于ROM44的程序而实现。此外,以下,通过在开头赋予“S”的数字来表达各处理的步骤编号。
在图3所示的一连串的处理中,CPU42首先判定是否处于变速过程中(S10)。然后,在判定为不处于变速过程中的情况下,CPU42临时结束本处理。
另一方面,在判定为处于变速过程中的情况下,CPU42执行获取各种值的获取处理(S20)。具体而言,获取变速间隔INT、相对转速Nr、液压指令值P*、油温Toil、加速器操作量ACCP、变速比指令值Vsft*以及切换变量ΔVsft。
如图4所示,变速间隔INT是作为温度Tk的计算对象的摩擦卡合元件、也就是说在本次的变速中被卡合的摩擦卡合元件的前次的卡合开始定时至本次的卡合开始定时的时间。
相对转速Nr是在自动变速器26的变速过程中在摩擦卡合元件中相互相对旋转的第1板片以及第2板片的相对转速,是输入轴转速Nin与“输出轴转速Nout×变速后的齿轮比”之差。此外,CPU42根据车速SPD来计算输出轴转速Nout。另外,作为“变速后的齿轮比”,代入变速比指令值Vsft*。
接下来,CPU42将在S20的处理中获取到的各值代入到向由存储于存储装置46的映射数据DM规定的映射的输入变量(S30)。
即,CPU42将变速间隔INT代入到输入变量x(1),将相对转速Nr代入到输入变量x(2),将液压指令值P*代入到输入变量x(3),将油温Toil代入到输入变量x(4),将加速器操作量ACCP代入到输入变量x(5),将变速比指令值Vsft*代入到输入变量x(6),将切换变量ΔVsft代入到输入变量x(7)。
在本实施方式中,输入变量x(1)是表示变速间隔INT的时间变量。输入变量x(2)是表示上述相对转速Nr的速度变量。输入变量x(3)是表示在自动变速器26的变速过程中提供给摩擦卡合元件的液压的液压变量。输入变量x(4)是表示提供给摩擦卡合元件的工作油的温度的油温变量。输入变量x(5)是表示车辆VC的上述原动机的输出转矩的转矩变量。此外,加速器操作量ACCP是与原动机的输出转矩相关的值,所以在本实施方式中,将加速器操作量ACCP用作转矩变量,但作为该转矩变量,也可以采用上述驱动转矩指令值Trq*。输入变量x(6)以及输入变量x(7)是表示在变速时被卡合的摩擦卡合元件的变速变量。此外,输入变量x(2)、输入变量x(3)、输入变量x(4)以及输入变量x(5)是表示在自动变速器26的变速过程中由摩擦卡合元件产生的热量的热量变量。
接下来,CPU42通过将输入变量x(1)、x(2)、x(3)、x(4)、x(5)、x(6)以及x(7)代入到上述映射,从而执行计算作为输出变量的温度Tk的计算处理(S40),暂时结束本处理。
在本实施方式中,作为映射而例示出函数近似器,详细而言,例示出中间层为一层的全连接正向传播型的神经网络。具体而言,通过由系数wFjk(j=1~m,k=0~7)规定的线性映射变换后的、通过S40的处理将值代入的输入变量x(1)~x(7)和作为偏置参数的x(0)的“m”个值分别被代入到激活函数f,从而确定中间层的节点的值。另外,通过由系数wS1j规定的线性映射分别变换中间层的节点的值而得到的值被代入到激活函数g,从而确定作为输出变量的温度Tk的值。此外,在本实施方式中,作为激活函数f,例示出双曲正切。另外,作为激活函数g,例示出ReLU函数。
上述映射数据DM是在安装于车辆VC以前使用规格与车辆VC相同的车辆或者具备内燃机10、第1电动发电机22、第2电动发电机24、动力分配装置20、自动变速器26以及油泵32的动力传递装置进行学习而得到的已学习模型。即,获取对动力传递装置的状态进行了各种设定时的输入变量,并且测量此时的温度Tk。这样生成训练数据,根据训练数据来学习映射数据DM。然后,关于作为输出变量的温度Tk,映射数据DM输出的值与训练数据的值之差为预定以下,从而当作学习完成,使作为该已学习模型的映射数据DM存储于存储装置46。
接下来,说明本实施方式的作用以及效果。
(i)在图5中,关于第1离合器C1、第2离合器C2、第1制动器B1以及第2制动器B2这样的各个摩擦卡合元件,示出表示在从开始卡合起至完成为止的期间产生的发热量Qs的大小与卡合过程中的摩擦卡合元件的上升温度ΔT的关系的温度特性。
如该图5所示,针对各个摩擦卡合元件的每个摩擦卡合元件而温度特性不同。这取决于摩擦卡合元件的热容量各不相同这一情况、另外摩擦卡合元件利用工作油等冷却但摩擦卡合元件的冷却效果各不相同这一情况等。
因而,在本实施方式中,将表示在变速过程中由摩擦卡合元件产生的热量的上述热量变量作为输入变量,将该输入变量输入到由映射数据DM规定的映射,从而计算摩擦卡合元件的温度Tk。然后,在该计算时,使表示在自动变速器26的变速时被卡合的摩擦卡合元件的变速变量、也就是说上述变速比指令值Vsft*以及上述切换变量ΔVsft包含于输入变量。因此,在考虑各个摩擦卡合元件的温度特性的基础上计算作为上述输出变量的温度Tk。因而,关于各个摩擦卡合元件,温度Tk的推测精度提高。
(ii)如图6A以及图6B所示,在时刻t1,开始向某个变速档n变速,从而当开始形成该变速档n的摩擦卡合元件卡合时,该摩擦卡合元件的温度Tk从卡合开始时间点的温度Ts起逐渐增大。然后,当在时刻t2卡合完成时,温度Tk上升了上述上升温度ΔT的量,成为变速完成时的温度Tf。
当在时刻t2卡合完成之后,温度Tk通过基于工作油的冷却等下降,最终收敛于一定的温度。然后,当在时刻t3开始向与变速档n不同的其它变速档的变速时,形成当前的变速档n的摩擦卡合元件被释放。之后,当在时刻t4,再次开始向变速档n的变速时,开始形成该变速档n的该摩擦卡合元件的卡合。
如图7所示,在通过在短的期间内反复进行这样的变速从而变速间隔INT变短的情况下,有时在卡合完成后的摩擦卡合元件的温度下降过程中(例如图7所示的时刻t5~时刻t6的期间等),再次开始该摩擦卡合元件的卡合。在该情况下,与如图6A以及图6B所示变速间隔INT长、从摩擦卡合元件的温度收敛于一定的温度的状态起再次开始卡合的情况相比,在时刻t6,从卡合开始时间点的摩擦卡合元件的温度Ts高的状态起开始卡合,所以变速时的摩擦卡合元件的温度也变高,变速完成时的温度Tf也变高。当这样变速间隔INT不同时,卡合开始时间点的摩擦卡合元件的温度Ts不同,所以变速时的摩擦卡合元件的温度Tk也不同。
关于这一点,在本实施方式中,在上述输入变量中包括表示变速间隔INT的时间变量,所以考虑变速间隔INT对卡合开始时间点的摩擦卡合元件的温度Ts造成的影响,计算摩擦卡合元件的温度Tk。因而,与在输入变量中不包括上述时间变量的情况相比,能够以更高精度计算该温度Tk。
(iii)在摩擦卡合元件中相互相对旋转的第1板片与第2板片的相对转速Nr越高,则摩擦卡合元件的发热量越多。另外,在变速过程中提供给摩擦卡合元件的液压越高,则摩擦卡合元件的发热量越多。因而,在本实施方式中,将表示与在变速过程中由摩擦卡合元件产生的热量相关的上述相对转速Nr的速度变量、用液压指令值P*表示的液压变量作为热量变量,输入到由映射数据DM规定的映射,从而计算摩擦卡合元件的温度Tk。因此,能够精度良好地推测摩擦卡合元件的温度Tk。
(iv)当工作油的温度发生变化时,摩擦卡合元件的环境温度、基于工作油的冷却效果发生变化,所以摩擦卡合元件的发热量发生变化。关于这一点,在本实施方式中,在上述热量变量中包括作为表示工作油的温度的油温变量的油温Toil,所以考虑工作油的温度对上述发热量造成的影响来计算温度Tk。因而,与在热量变量中不包括上述油温变量的情况相比,能够以更高精度计算温度Tk。
(v)在本实施方式中,进行与搭载于车辆VC的原动机的输出转矩相应的液压指令值P*的可变设定,但在进行与这样的输出转矩相应的液压的可变设定的情况下,输出转矩的大小与摩擦卡合元件的发热量相关。关于这一点,在本实施方式中在上述热量变量中包括作为表示车载原动机的输出转矩的转矩变量的加速器操作量ACCP,所以考虑输出转矩对发热量造成的影响来计算温度Tk。因而,与在热量变量中不包括上述转矩变量的情况相比,能够以更高精度计算温度Tk。
此外,上述实施方式能够以如下方式进行变更而实施。上述实施方式以及以下的变更例能够在技术上不矛盾的范围内相互组合实施。
在上述实施方式中,在变速过程中计算温度Tk。除此之外,在变速过程中获取上述输入变量的时间序列数据。然后,也可以在变速完成后将获取到的时间序列数据输入到映射,从而计算变速完成时的摩擦卡合元件的温度Tk。
也可以省略输入变量中的时间变量。另外,也可以将与摩擦卡合元件的温度相关的其它变量加入到输入变量。
也可以省略热量变量中的油温变量以及转矩变量中的至少一方。另外,也可以将与摩擦卡合元件的发热量相关的其它变量加入到热量变量。
上述映射的激活函数是例示,也可以采用其它函数。
作为神经网络,例示出中间层的数量为一层的神经网络,但也可以是中间层的数量为两层以上。
作为神经网络,例示出全连接正向传播型的神经网络,但不限于此。例如,作为神经网络,也可以采用递归连接型神经网络。
作为上述映射的函数近似器也可以是递归式。这相当于在上述神经网络中不具备中间层。
作为温度Tk的计算对象的摩擦卡合元件是用于形成自动变速器26的变速档的摩擦卡合元件,但也可以是其它摩擦卡合元件。例如,也可以是设置于转矩转换器的锁止离合器。另外,也可以是搭载于具备内燃机和电动发电机的车辆并切换从该内燃机向驱动轮的转矩传递状态的离合器。
车辆VC具备通信机。而且,车辆VC能够经由通信机以及外部网络而与外部的数据解析中心相互进行通信。数据解析中心具备CPU、ROM、存储装置以及通信机。而且,也可以使数据解析中心的CPU进行上述计算处理。在该情况下,与由车辆VC的CPU42执行上述计算处理的情况相比,能够减轻该CPU42的运算负荷。
作为执行装置,不限于具备CPU42和ROM44并执行软件处理。例如,也可以具备对在上述实施方式中进行了软件处理的部分中的至少一部分进行硬件处理的例如ASIC等专用的硬件电路。即,执行装置是以下的(a)~(c)中的任意结构即可。(a)具备依照程序而执行上述所有处理的处理装置和存储程序的ROM等程序储存装置。(b)具备依照程序而执行上述处理的一部分的处理装置以及程序储存装置和执行剩余的处理的专用的硬件电路。(c)具备执行上述所有处理的专用的硬件电路。在此,具备处理装置以及程序储存装置的软件执行装置、专用的硬件电路也可以是多个。
作为车辆VC,不限于串联/并联混合动力车。例如也可以是串联混合动力车、并联混合动力车。此外,作为车载原动机,也不限于具备内燃机和电动发电机。例如既可以是具备内燃机但不具备电动发电机的车辆,另外,例如也可以是具备电动发电机但不具备内燃机的车辆。

Claims (7)

1.一种摩擦卡合元件的温度推测装置,应用于具备具有通过液压进行动作的多个摩擦卡合元件的变速器的车辆,推测所述变速器变速时的所述摩擦卡合元件的温度,所述摩擦卡合元件的温度推测装置的特征在于,具备:
执行装置;以及
存储装置,
所述存储装置构成为存储规定映射的映射数据,
所述映射包括热量变量和变速变量作为输入变量、且包括所述温度作为输出变量,所述热量变量是表示在所述变速器变速过程中由所述摩擦卡合元件产生的热量的变量,所述变速变量表示在所述变速器变速时被卡合的所述摩擦卡合元件,而且,
所述执行装置构成为执行:获取所述输入变量的值的获取处理和通过将由所述获取处理获取到的所述输入变量的值输入到所述映射而计算所述输出变量的值的计算处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的摩擦卡合元件的温度推测装置,其特征在于,
所述输入变量包括时间变量,该时间变量是表示变速间隔的变量,该变速间隔是从作为所述温度的计算对象的所述摩擦卡合元件的前次卡合开始定时至本次卡合开始定时为止的时间。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的摩擦卡合元件的温度推测装置,其特征在于,
所述热量变量包括速度变量和液压变量,所述速度变量是表示在所述变速器变速过程中在所述摩擦卡合元件中相互相对旋转的构件的相对转速的变量,另外,所述液压变量是表示在所述变速器变速过程中提供给所述摩擦卡合元件的液压的变量。
4.根据权利要求3所述的摩擦卡合元件的温度推测装置,其特征在于,
所述热量变量包括油温变量,该油温变量是表示提供给所述摩擦卡合元件的工作油的温度的变量。
5.根据权利要求3或者4所述的摩擦卡合元件的温度推测装置,其特征在于,
提供给所述摩擦卡合元件的液压以所述车辆的原动机的输出转矩越大则压力越高的方式变更,而且,
所述热量变量包括转矩变量,该转矩变量是表示所述输出转矩的变量。
6.根据权利要求5所述的摩擦卡合元件的温度推测装置,其特征在于,
所述转矩变量是应对所述车辆的驱动轮赋予的转矩的指令值。
7.根据权利要求5所述的摩擦卡合元件的温度推测装置,其特征在于,
所述转矩变量是所述车辆的加速器操作量。
