Abstract

本发明提供了一种可回收可降解取代PE纸张淋膜的高分子乳液,所述高分子乳液包括下列重量份的原料:水46.7‑58.3份、乳化剂1.5‑2.5份、丙烯酸酯25‑30份、聚有机酸乙烯酯15‑20份、聚硅氧烷0.2‑0.8份。现有PE淋膜透气性差,且由于PE是聚乙烯,常温下是固体,涂膜施工时需加热热熔后挤塑覆膜涂膜,造成施工繁琐,降解困难,并影响纸浆的再造。本发明的高分子乳液淋膜可降解,方便纸浆的再造和再利用,且透气性好,涂膜施工方便,原材料来源广泛,价格合适。

一种可回收可降解取代PE纸张淋膜的高分子乳液
技术领域
本发明涉及一种丙烯酸酯乳液,特别是涉及一种可回收可降解取代PE纸张淋膜的高分子乳液。
背景技术
纸作为包装材料,多以纸杯、纸碗、包装纸形式存在,如汉堡包鸡肉卷包装纸、肯德基全家桶等,但为避免纸本身被油污所损坏,需要有纸表面铺设食品接触级纸张淋膜。传统纸张淋膜是PE聚乙烯材料,传防水防油性能好,热封性能能,缺点是施工工艺繁琐,需要用流延机将塑料粒子涂覆在纸张上。此外PE聚乙烯材料不可降解,回收也不可纸浆再造,对环境造成严重的污染,且PE淋膜透气性不好,影响食物口感,热封温度高,能源损耗大。而PLA淋膜虽可降解,但缺点是价格昂贵,成本压力大,所以在纸张涂层领域没有推广开。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种可回收可降解取代PE纸张淋膜的高分子乳液,在具有降解功能的同时,仍能具有良好的防水防油性能。
本发明提供了一种可回收可降解取代PE纸张淋膜的高分子乳液,所述高分子乳液包括下列重量份的原料:水46.7-58.3份、乳化剂1.5-2.5份、丙烯酸酯25-30份、聚有机酸乙烯酯15-20份、聚硅氧烷0.2-0.8份。
进一步地,所述乳化剂为烷基硫酸盐中的一种或多种。
更进一步地,所述烷基硫酸盐为K-12十二烷基硫酸钠。
进一步地,所述丙烯酸酯为丙烯酸酯乳液。
进一步地,所述聚有机酸乙烯酯为聚醋酸乙烯酯。
进一步地,所述聚硅氧烷为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
进一步地,所述高分子乳液制备方法如下:
将水、乳化剂、丙烯酸酯混合,并升温至60-90℃,缓慢加入聚有机酸乙烯酯,加入控制为40-80分钟,高速分散并保温40-80分钟,降温,过滤出料,得到高分子乳液。
更进一步地,所述降温至45℃以下。
现有PE淋膜透气性差,且由于PE是聚乙烯,常温下是固体,涂膜施工时需加热热熔后挤塑覆膜涂膜,造成施工繁琐,降解困难,并影响纸浆的再造。本发明的高分子乳液淋膜可降解,方便纸浆的再造和再利用,且透气性好,涂膜施工方便,原材料来源广泛,价格合适。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。

本发明各实施例的制备方法如下:
四口反应烧瓶里加入水,乳化剂,以及丙烯酸酯乳液,升温至80℃,然后缓慢加入聚醋酸乙烯酯,加入时长60分钟,高速分散,使得聚醋酸乙烯酯在高温溶解后被乳化剂乳化均匀分散在水中。聚醋酸乙烯酯加完后保温60分钟,降温至40℃过滤出料即得成品。
将本发明实施例1所得高分子乳液在纸张表面进行淋膜涂覆,并对所得高分子膜进行测试,结果如下:

本发明实施例2与实施例1相比,通过采用更多的聚醋酸乙烯酯,有效提高热封效果,降低渗水情况。而本发明实施例2与实施例3相比,通过采用更高含量的丙烯酸酯乳液,提高淋膜本身的耐水性。本发明实施例2与实施例4相比,通过采用更高含量的聚二甲基硅氧烷,可有效达到耐油防粘连的效果。

1.一种可回收可降解取代PE纸张淋膜的高分子乳液,其特征在于,所述高分子乳液包括下列重量份的原料:水46.7-58.3份、乳化剂1.5-2.5份、丙烯酸酯25-30份、聚有机酸乙烯酯15-20份、聚硅氧烷0.2-0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种可回收可降解取代PE纸张淋膜的高分子乳液,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为烷基硫酸盐中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种可回收可降解取代PE纸张淋膜的高分子乳液,其特征在于,所述烷基硫酸盐为K-12十二烷基硫酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种可回收可降解取代PE纸张淋膜的高分子乳液,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸酯为丙烯酸酯乳液。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种可回收可降解取代PE纸张淋膜的高分子乳液,其特征在于,所述聚有机酸乙烯酯为聚醋酸乙烯酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种可回收可降解取代PE纸张淋膜的高分子乳液,其特征在于,所述聚硅氧烷为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种可回收可降解取代PE纸张淋膜的高分子乳液,其特征在于,所述高分子乳液制备方法如下:
