本发明公开了锦灯笼宿萼醇提物在制备糖尿病药物中的应用,包括如下步骤:(一)其组份按重量份数包括如下成分:锦灯笼宿萼醇提液1‑3份、玄参15‑20份、益智仁12‑22份、人参5‑8份、枸杞子25‑40份、蜂胶8‑10份、乌术粉6‑12份、茯苓7‑15份、怀山药8‑10份;(二)制备方法:S1、首先将玄参、益智仁和茯苓分别进行熬制出汁,并进行收集;S2、将上述步骤熬制的药汁进行过滤,然后加入乌术粉和枸杞子进行搅拌均匀。通过采用本发明制备的降糖膏,能够有效的降低使用者的血糖量,并且能够促进胰岛素的分泌和体内脂肪代谢,更好的保证使用者的身体健康,并且本发明采用中草药,副作用小,利用开水冲服即可,简单方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健品技术领域,具体为锦灯笼宿萼醇提物在制备糖尿病药物中的应用。
背景技术
糖尿病是一组因胰岛素绝对或相对分泌不足和胰岛素利用障碍引起的碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪代谢紊乱性疾病,以高血糖为主要标志。它主要包括1型糖尿病和2型糖尿病。糖尿病在临床上典型的症状表现为“三多一少”,即多饮、多尿、多食和体重下降,以及血糖高、尿液中含有葡萄糖等。若糖尿病的病程过久则会引起多系统损害,导致眼、肾、神经、心脏、血管等组织器官的慢性进行性病变、功能减退及衰竭,病情严重或应激时可引起急性严重代谢紊乱。糖尿病是一种严重的内分泌疾病,其对人体健康的危害仅次于肿瘤和脑血管疾病。随着人们生活水平质量的提高以及对生活饮食习惯的不重视,糖尿病的发病率也在逐年上升。中药因其治疗糖尿病的副作用较小,所以近年来成为了学者们的研究热点。
锦灯笼中的化学成分具有降血糖的活性,所以对锦灯笼降血糖作用有效成分的研究越来越深入。根据前人的药理研究,锦灯笼中的甾体类成分与多糖类成分能够显著地降低血糖并减少患者摄水量。此外,阿魏酸和绿原酸也可以降低血糖,促进胰岛素的分泌和体内脂肪代谢。所以在临床应用中,锦灯笼也可通过配伍其它药物组成复方对糖尿病进行治疗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供锦灯笼宿萼醇提物在制备糖尿病药物中的应用,具备降糖的优点,解决了上述背景提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:锦灯笼宿萼醇提物在制备糖尿病药物中的应用,包括如下步骤:
(一)其组份按重量份数包括如下成分:
锦灯笼宿萼醇提液 1-3份
玄参 15-20份
益智仁 12-22份
人参 5-8份
枸杞子 25-40份
蜂胶 8-10份
乌术粉 6-12份
茯苓 7-15份
怀山药 8-10份;
(二)制备方法:
S1、首先将玄参、益智仁和茯苓分别进行熬制出汁,并进行收集;
S2、将上述步骤熬制的药汁进行过滤,然后加入乌术粉和枸杞子进行搅拌均匀;
S3、将人参进行烘干,研磨成粉,然后将怀山药研磨成粉末,然后加入上述步骤的混合物中;
S4、将上述步骤的混合物中加入锦灯笼宿萼醇提液和蜂胶进行搅拌成膏状物,然后进行封罐,然后进行低温消毒;
S5、使用时,取出适量膏药,然后开水冲服即可。
优选的,所述步骤一中在熬制的时候,三碗水熬成一碗水,并在熬制之前对药材进行煎服。
优选的,所述步骤二中在对药汁进行过滤的时候利用离心机对药汁进行离心过滤,在过滤之前需进行初步的过滤。
优选的,所述步骤三中在对人参烘干的时候采用低温烘干,怀山药烘干时采用高温烘干。
优选的,所述步骤四中在搅拌的时候温度控制在40-60℃,且搅拌速率控制在800-1000r/min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
通过采用本发明制备的降糖膏,能够有效的降低使用者的血糖量,并且能够促进胰岛素的分泌和体内脂肪代谢,更好的保证使用者的身体健康,并且本发明采用中草药,副作用小,利用开水冲服即可,简单方便。

实施例五:
在实施例四中,再加上下述工序:

1.锦灯笼宿萼醇提物在制备糖尿病药物中的应用,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(一)其组份按重量份数包括如下成分:
锦灯笼宿萼醇提液 1-3份
玄参 15-20份
益智仁 12-22份
人参 5-8份
枸杞子 25-40份
蜂胶 8-10份
乌术粉 6-12份
茯苓 7-15份
怀山药 8-10份;
(二)制备方法:
S1、首先将玄参、益智仁和茯苓分别进行熬制出汁,并进行收集;
S2、将上述步骤熬制的药汁进行过滤,然后加入乌术粉和枸杞子进行搅拌均匀;
S3、将人参进行烘干,研磨成粉,然后将怀山药研磨成粉末,然后加入上述步骤的混合物中;
S4、将上述步骤的混合物中加入锦灯笼宿萼醇提液和蜂胶进行搅拌成膏状物,然后进行封罐,然后进行低温消毒;
S5、使用时,取出适量膏药,然后开水冲服即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锦灯笼宿萼醇提物在制备糖尿病药物中的应用,其特征在于:所述步骤一中在熬制的时候,三碗水熬成一碗水,并在熬制之前对药材进行煎服。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锦灯笼宿萼醇提物在制备糖尿病药物中的应用,其特征在于:所述步骤二中在对药汁进行过滤的时候利用离心机对药汁进行离心过滤,在过滤之前需进行初步的过滤。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锦灯笼宿萼醇提物在制备糖尿病药物中的应用,其特征在于:所述步骤三中在对人参烘干的时候采用低温烘干,怀山药烘干时采用高温烘干。
