The peanut root-knot nematode larvae invade the root tips of the peanuts to form irregular root knots, settle and take food, stimulate the proliferation of root cells, continuously damage the root tips of new roots, enable secondary roots to be agglomerated, and make nutrient absorption difficult, so that diseased plants grow slowly or are withered and not grown.
How to efficiently prevent and treat peanut root-knot nematodes is a technical problem which troubles researchers for a long time. At present, the chemical substances for preventing and controlling the peanut root-knot nematode mainly comprise fosthiazate, carbofuran, fenamiphos, thiofenamiphos and the like, but the poisoning effect of the chemical substances on the peanut root-knot nematode is not ideal, and the drug resistance of the peanut root-knot nematode to the drugs is larger.
Ethylicin is a high-efficiency broad-spectrum bactericide, has growth regulating effect and is an important raw material of compound bactericide pesticides; the fosthiazate is an organophosphorus pesticide and can inhibit the synthesis of nematode acetylcholinesterase. Although the research on compounding ethylicin and fosthiazate is related at present, the prevention and treatment effect obtained by compounding ethylicin and fosthiazate is not ideal.

Peanut fields with serious harm of peanut root-knot nematodes and uniform physicochemical properties are used as test fields. The experimental plot was divided into 8 blocks by random averaging and used as test group 1-4, control group 1-3 and blank control group.
