技术领域
本发明涉及胶带技术领域,尤其指一种可滴酒精解粘的易拉胶带。
背景技术
为了提高物体之间粘贴的牢固效果,业内通常会采用高粘性的压敏胶带进行粘贴,而目前市面上普遍所用的高粘性压敏胶带在从被贴物表面移除时极易损伤被贴物,尤其当粘贴两面的被贴物弹性模量较大时,需要破坏高粘性压敏胶带本身才能实现胶带的移除,甚至非常容易损伤两面被贴物,最终不仅导致处理效率不佳,还会耗费较大的人力和物力,不利于产品返修时的拆解。
中国专利107129767公开了一种易拉胶带,经长时间粘接后,通过拉伸可以轻易移除胶带,拉伸过程中,由于使用层胶内部的内聚力远远大于胶和被贴合物的结合力,被贴合物的表面和胶面产生了相对位移导致失粘,但该胶带一方面结构较复杂且制作过程很繁琐,生产成本会比较高,另一方面由于移除胶带需要通过较强的拉伸力来实现,因此不太适用于一些精密的电子产品内部零件之间的贴合,因为移除胶带的过程中仍容易损伤被贴物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可滴酒精解粘的易拉胶带,可轻松移除并且在移除时能从很大程度上降低被贴物的损伤程度。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种可滴酒精解粘的易拉胶带,包括基膜,所述基膜的上表面和下表面分别涂覆有一层胶粘层,所述基膜采用SBS或SIS或两者的混合材料制成,所述基膜通过发泡形成多个贯穿性通孔或通过发泡形成粗糙的表面。
优选地,所述胶粘层采用橡胶或水性丙烯酸胶或不耐醇胶黏剂制成。
另外,本发明还提供一种可滴酒精解粘的易拉胶带,其包括基膜,所述基膜采用橡胶材料制成,所述基膜通过发泡形成多个贯穿性通孔。
在上述的两种可滴酒精解粘的易拉胶带中,作为优选地,所述基膜通过发泡剂发泡形成,所述发泡剂为AOC发泡剂或小苏打发泡剂或OBSH发泡剂,或者,所述发泡剂为化学发泡剂或通过加温分解的发泡剂。
或者优选地,所述基膜通过机械搅拌发泡并填充氮气形成。
除此之外,本发明还提供一种可滴酒精解粘的易拉胶带,包括基膜,所述基膜的上表面和下表面分别涂覆有一层胶粘层,所述基膜采用PET或其它常规材料制成,其中一层胶粘层或者两层胶粘层通过发泡形成多个贯穿性通孔。
本发明的有益效果在于:在该易拉胶带粘接物体之后,通过朝胶带滴酒精,酒精可通过基膜贯穿性通孔或者粗糙的表面渗入,使得胶带与被贴物之间分层或失粘,从而轻松实现胶带的移除,在很大程度上降低被贴物的损伤程度。

实施例1
如图1所示,一种可滴酒精解粘的易拉胶带,包括基膜1,基膜1的上表面和下表面分别涂覆有一层胶粘层2,基膜1采用SBS或SIS或两者的混合材料制成,基膜1通过发泡形成多个贯穿性通孔或通过发泡形成粗糙的表面。
其中,胶粘层2采用橡胶或水性丙烯酸胶或不耐醇胶黏剂制成。
作为优选的,基膜1通过发泡剂发泡形成,发泡剂为AOC发泡剂或小苏打发泡剂或OBSH发泡剂或化学发泡剂或通过加温分解的发泡剂;或者基膜1通过机械搅拌发泡并填充氮气形成。
上述实施方式提供的可滴酒精解粘的易拉胶带可用于粘接物品,本领域的技术人员应该知道,在使用之前,该胶带产品的两面胶粘层2上都可贴覆一层离型膜,待撕去离型膜之后即可用于粘接物品,当需要移除胶带时,可通过朝胶带滴酒精,使酒精通过基膜贯穿性通孔或者粗糙的表面渗入,从而让基膜与表面的胶粘层分层或失粘,进而轻松实现胶带的移除,在很大程度上降低被贴物的损伤程度。
本领域的技术人员应该知道,酒精可被例如水性丙烯酸胶内的亲水的羟基吸收结合,并且由于酒精没有内聚强度从而逐渐在胶带内扩散吸收开,进而导致胶带与被贴物之间的范德华力消失,使得分子间失去作用力,最终可让胶带在较短时间内降低粘着力效果甚至失效,从而可实现轻松移除胶带的目的,而胶带中的基膜1通过发泡形成的贯穿性通孔或粗糙表面进一步提升了酒精的渗入效果,使得胶带的移除变得更轻松了。
值得说明的是,本实施例中的基膜1选用的SBS材料是以苯乙烯、丁二烯为单体的三嵌段共聚物,兼有塑料和橡胶的特性,其可以和水、弱酸、碱等接触,具有优良的拉伸强度,表面摩擦系数大,低温性能好,电性能优良,加工性能好等特性,因此经过发泡处理后即便结构中具备很多贯穿性通孔,也仍能保持良好的自身性能,使胶带整体拥有足够的粘着强度的同时,还具有良好的缓冲性、抗冲击性能和段差填补性能。
实施例2
如图2所示,一种可滴酒精解粘的易拉胶带,包括基膜1,基膜1采用橡胶材料制成,基膜1通过发泡形成多个贯穿性通孔。
本实施例的易拉胶带在用于粘接物体时仅具备一层结构,由于该基膜1上具备多个贯穿性通孔,因此拆除过程中滴酒精时,酒精渗入后可更快速的实现胶带的失粘,达到轻松便捷移除胶带的效果。
另外,本实施例的发泡方式与实施例1相同,也可以采用发泡剂发泡或采用机械搅拌发泡并填充氮气形成。
本领域的技术人员应该知道,本实施例的基膜1所选用的材料可以是通过橡胶材料制成胶粘性黏结材料,其粘接力满足普通产品粘接需求即可,当然,在使用之前,该基膜1的两面也可贴覆离型膜以便于存储和运输,待使用时撕去两面离型膜即可。
实施例3
一种可滴酒精解粘的易拉胶带,包括基膜1,基膜1的上表面和下表面分别涂覆有一层胶粘层2,基膜1采用PET材料或其它常规基材制成,其中一层胶粘层2或者两层胶粘层2通过发泡形成多个贯穿性通孔。
本申请提供的可滴酒精解粘的易拉胶带可广泛应用于电子产品与工业产品,其具体应用方面例如可以是对电子产品内部电池的固定以及拆卸返修时方便进行移除。
