when the movable cutter is placed on the upper portion of the square box of the movable cutter component conveying device by the movable cutter clamping device, the first air cylinder is controlled to drive the movable cutter to fall down, the movable cutter is placed in the middle of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, the two clamping plates are spread, the movable cutter is placed in the square box, the clamping plates are spread, the small springs are further compressed, the small springs generate larger reverse clamping force, the movable cutter is firmly clamped by the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, and the movable cutter is prevented from moving when other parts of the movable cutter component are assembled, so that the assembly performance is guaranteed.
And starting the second motor to enable the transmission support to move to the assembly station of the movable cutter component.
There is provided a method for conveying a moving blade by using the moving blade assembly conveying device, comprising: when the assembly of the movable cutter component is required, a first motor is started to drive a first clamping jaw and a second clamping jaw to rotate around the center of a first base as a circle center, a first cylinder is started to drive the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw to vertically move, a second cylinder is started to drive the clamping jaw to transversely move, and the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw are moved to the position above the movable cutter on the production line;
controlling a first air cylinder, slowly falling the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw to a position capable of clamping the movable knife, starting the first clamping air cylinder, and enabling the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw to be close to each other and clamp the movable knife; controlling the first cylinder, the second cylinder and the first motor to enable the movable cutter to be far away from a production line of the movable cutter and reach the upper part of an assembly station of the movable cutter component;
starting a second motor to enable the transmission support to move to an assembly station of the movable cutter;
when the movable cutter is placed on the upper portion of the square box of the movable cutter component conveying device by the movable cutter clamping device, the first air cylinder is controlled to drive the movable cutter to fall down, the movable cutter is placed in the middle of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, the two clamping plates are spread, the movable cutter is placed in the square box, the clamping plates are spread, the small springs are further compressed, the small springs generate larger reverse clamping force, the movable cutter is firmly clamped by the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, and the movable cutter is prevented from moving when other parts of the movable cutter component are assembled, so that the assembly performance is guaranteed.

In summary, the present invention relates to a moving blade assembly conveying apparatus and a conveying method, a moving blade holder extracting unit, and a moving blade member conveying unit. The movable cutter clamp taking unit is used for clamping movable cutters on the assembly line and placing the movable cutters into the movable cutter component conveying unit; the movable cutter part conveying unit clamps the movable cutter and clamps the movable cutter assembly in the movable cutter assembling process. The invention realizes automatic clamping of the movable knife of the molded case circuit breaker, and the conveying of the movable knife assembly and the streamline operation. The clamping plate is arranged, so that the movable cutter part can be clamped and fixed, and the whole movable cutter part can be conveniently assembled. The clamping seat device is arranged, so that temporary clamping of the centering spring can be realized, and the centering spring is prevented from falling in the assembly process.

the clamping component is used for clamping or releasing the movable knife and placing the movable knife in the accommodating component;
the moving blade component conveying unit (600) comprises a conveying assembly, a containing assembly and a centering spring clamping assembly;
the conveying assembly conveys the accommodating assembly through a conveying belt;
the accommodating assembly comprises an accommodating part and a clamping part; the holding part is used for holding the movable knife, and the clamping part is used for clamping the movable knife in the holding part;
the centering spring clamping assembly is used for clamping centering springs arranged on two sides of the movable cutter component;
the accommodating assembly comprises a square box (613), and the square box (613) is hollow; a first clamping plate (620) and a second clamping plate (621) are arranged in the square box (613); the first clamping plate (620) and the second clamping plate (621) are internally provided with the accommodating part for placing the movable knife; the clamping part of the accommodating assembly comprises a first clamping plate (620) and a second clamping plate (621), a plurality of compression springs are arranged between the first clamping plate (620) and the inner wall of the square box (613), and a plurality of compression springs are arranged between the second clamping plate (621) and the inner wall of the square box (613);
the centering spring clamping assembly comprises a vertical telescopic part, a horizontal telescopic part and a clamping seat (619);
the telescopic end of the vertical telescopic part is provided with a horizontal telescopic part, and the telescopic end of the vertical telescopic part stretches and contracts along the vertical direction to drive the horizontal telescopic part to move in the vertical direction;
the telescopic end of the horizontal telescopic part is provided with a clamping seat (619), and the telescopic end of the horizontal telescopic part drives the clamping seat (619) to move in the vertical direction along the horizontal telescopic direction;
the claw end of the clamping seat (619) is used for clamping and fixing centering springs assembled on two sides of the movable cutter component.

a first cylinder seat (509) is fixedly arranged on the first rotary seat (508), and a first cylinder (510) is fixedly arranged on the first cylinder seat (509); the first cylinder rod (511) is assembled on the first cylinder (510) and extends along the vertical direction, and the first cylinder rod (511) stretches and contracts along the vertical direction under the driving of the first cylinder (510); the far end of the first air cylinder rod (511) is provided with the first horizontal telescopic component, and drives the first horizontal telescopic component to move up and down.
5. The moving blade assembly transporting device of claim 4, wherein said first horizontal telescoping assembly comprises: a second cylinder block (512), a second cylinder (513), and a second cylinder rod (514);
a second cylinder block (512) is mounted at the distal end of the first cylinder rod (511); a second cylinder (513) is fixedly arranged on the second cylinder seat (512); the second cylinder rod (514) extends along the horizontal direction and is assembled on the second cylinder (513), and the second cylinder rod (514) stretches and contracts along the horizontal direction under the driving of the second cylinder (513);
the clamping assembly is arranged at the far end of the second air cylinder rod (514) and is driven to move along the horizontal direction.
6. The moving blade assembly delivery device of claim 5, wherein the gripping assembly comprises a third cylinder block (515), a first clamping cylinder (516), a first jaw (517), a second jaw (518);
the third cylinder seat (515) is arranged at the far end of the second cylinder rod (514), the first clamping cylinder (516) is fixedly arranged on the third cylinder seat (515), the first clamping jaw (517) and the second clamping jaw (518) are arranged on the first clamping cylinder (516), and the first clamping jaw (517) and the second clamping jaw (518) are driven to be close to each other or far away from each other.

the vertical telescopic part comprises a third cylinder (614) and a third cylinder rod (615);
the third cylinder (614) is arranged on one side, far away from the moving tool clamp taking device, of the outer side of the square box (613), a third cylinder rod (615) is assembled on the third cylinder (614) and extends along the vertical direction, the third cylinder rod (615) stretches and contracts along the vertical direction under the driving of the third cylinder (614), and the horizontal stretching part is arranged at the far end of the third cylinder rod (615);

controlling a first air cylinder, slowly falling the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw to a position capable of clamping the movable knife, starting the first clamping air cylinder, and enabling the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw to be close to each other and clamp the movable knife; controlling the first cylinder, the second cylinder and the first motor to enable the movable cutter to be far away from a production line of the movable cutter and to reach the position above an assembly station of the movable cutter;
starting a second motor to enable the transmission support to move to an assembly station of the movable cutter;
when the movable cutter is placed at the upper part of the square box of the movable cutter part conveying unit by the movable cutter clamping device, the first cylinder is controlled to drive the movable cutter to fall down and enter the middle of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, so that the two clamping plates are spread, and the movable cutter part is placed in the square box;
and starting the second motor to enable the transmission support to move to the assembly station of the movable cutter component.
12. A method of performing knife feeding using the knife assembly feeding device of claim 8, comprising: when the assembly of the movable cutter component is required, a first motor is started to drive a first clamping jaw and a second clamping jaw to rotate around the center of a first base as a circle center, a first cylinder is started to drive the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw to vertically move, a second cylinder is started to drive the clamping jaw to transversely move, and the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw are moved to the position above the movable cutter on the production line;
controlling a first air cylinder, slowly falling the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw to a position capable of clamping the movable knife, starting the first clamping air cylinder, and enabling the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw to be close to each other and clamp the movable knife; controlling the first cylinder, the second cylinder and the first motor to enable the movable cutter to be far away from a production line of the movable cutter and to reach the position above an assembly station of the movable cutter;
starting a second motor to enable the transmission support to move to an assembly station of the movable cutter;
when the movable cutter is placed at the upper part of the square box of the movable cutter part conveying unit by the movable cutter clamping device, the first cylinder is controlled to drive the movable cutter to fall down and enter the middle of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, so that the two clamping plates are spread, and the movable cutter part is placed in the square box;
and starting the second motor to enable the transmission support to move to the assembly station of the movable cutter component.
