starting a second motor to move the transmission support to the assembly station of the movable knife;

starting a second motor to move the transmission support to the assembly station of the movable knife;

and the centering spring clamping assembly is used for clamping centering springs arranged on two sides of the movable cutter part.

the first base (502) is a frame support;

the second motor base (602) is fixed to a support plate, and a second motor (603) is mounted on the second motor base (602); a motor shaft of the second motor (603) is fixedly connected with the first rotating shaft (605), two ends of the first rotating shaft (605) are respectively and fixedly provided with a third belt wheel (606) and a first belt wheel (610), the third belt wheel (606) is connected with a fourth belt wheel (607) through a first V belt (604), the fourth belt wheel (607) is connected with a second belt wheel (611) through a second V belt (612), the fourth belt wheel (607) and the second belt wheel (611) are fixedly arranged at two ends of the second rotating shaft (608), the second rotating shaft (608) is arranged at the rear side of the bracket (601), and the first rotating shaft (605) and the second rotating shaft (608) can rotate; the transmission support (609) is fixedly arranged on the first V belt (604) and the second V belt (612).

The moving blade assembly conveying device according to claim 6, wherein the accommodating assembly comprises a square box (613), and the square box (613) is hollow; a first clamping plate (620) and a second clamping plate (621) are arranged in the square box (613); the accommodating parts for placing the movable blades are arranged in the first clamping plate (620) and the second clamping plate (621); the clamping part of the accommodating assembly comprises a first clamping plate (620) and a second clamping plate (621), a plurality of compression springs are arranged between the inner walls of the first clamping plate (620) and the square box (613), and a plurality of compression springs are arranged between the inner walls of the second clamping plate (621) and the square box (613).

controlling a first air cylinder, slowly dropping a first clamping jaw and a second clamping jaw to positions capable of clamping the moving blade, starting a first clamping air cylinder, enabling the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw to approach each other, and clamping the moving blade; then the first air cylinder, the second air cylinder and the first motor are controlled, and the moving knife is far away from the production line of the moving knife and reaches the upper part of the assembly station of the moving knife part;
starting a second motor to move the transmission support to the assembly station of the movable knife;
when the movable knife clamping device places the movable knife on the upper part of the square box of the movable knife part conveying device, the first air cylinder is controlled to drive the movable knife to fall down and enter the middle of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, so that the two clamping plates are spread, and the movable knife part is placed in the square box;
and starting the second motor to enable the transmission support to move to the assembling station of the movable cutter component.

A method for conveying a movable blade by using the movable blade assembly conveying device according to claim 8, comprising: the production line of the movable knife is positioned at the front end of the movable knife clamping unit, when the movable knife part needs to be assembled, the first motor is started to drive the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw to rotate around the center of the first base as a circle center, the first air cylinder is started to drive the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw to vertically move, the second air cylinder is started to drive the clamping jaws to transversely move, and the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw are moved to the position above the movable knife on the production line;
controlling a first air cylinder, slowly dropping a first clamping jaw and a second clamping jaw to positions capable of clamping the moving blade, starting a first clamping air cylinder, enabling the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw to approach each other, and clamping the moving blade; then the first air cylinder, the second air cylinder and the first motor are controlled, and the moving knife is far away from the production line of the moving knife and reaches the upper part of the assembly station of the moving knife part;
starting a second motor to move the transmission support to the assembly station of the movable knife;
when the movable knife clamping device places the movable knife on the upper part of the square box of the movable knife part conveying device, the first air cylinder is controlled to drive the movable knife to fall down and enter the middle of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, so that the two clamping plates are spread, and the movable knife part is placed in the square box;
and starting the second motor to enable the transmission support to move to the assembling station of the movable cutter component.
