Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily disinfection products, and particularly relates to a cationic bacteriostatic hand-washing-free gel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The washing-free gel is suitable for being used under the anhydrous condition or during traveling, is not limited by water sources, is more convenient to use, and is mainly used for cleaning and disinfecting hand skins.
The gel is mainly used for the hand washing-free antibacterial gel, the gel mainly contains 75% of medical alcohol washing-free gel in the market, the production of the gel containing 75% of medical alcohol washing-free gel has higher risk, the requirements for evaluating the environment and equipment of a production workshop to produce products containing high-concentration alcohol are strict, and less factories for obtaining the qualification of the products containing high-concentration alcohol are available and less selectivity is available; and the hand washing-free gel with 75% medical alcohol is often used, so that the hand skin irritation is large, the skin permeability is changed, and the skin becomes fragile.
Chinese patent CN109498535A discloses a bacteriostatic wash-free gel, wherein bacteriostatic components are crude borneol of d-borneol obtained by distilling certain plants and essential oil obtained by centrifuging the crude borneol, but the plant distillation is relatively difficult, the yield is low, the cost is high, and the gel is not suitable for large-scale production.
The cation antibacterial agent has lower dosage and better antibacterial property. At present, most of antibacterial hand cleaning products are anionic surfactant systems due to the factors of low price, multiple products, wide application and the like of anionic surfactants, and cationic antibacterial agents are combined with the anionic surfactants, so that the antibacterial performance of the cationic antibacterial agents is reduced, and the use of the cationic antibacterial agents is limited to a certain extent.
The thickening agent commonly used for the gel is one or more of carbomer, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and xanthan gum, and if the system contains ionic raw materials, the thickening system can be damaged to a certain extent, so that the viscosity of the gel body is reduced, and the use of the ionic raw materials is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a cationic bacteriostatic hand-washing-free gel. According to the invention, by optimizing the formula of the bacteriostatic hand-free gel and applying the cationic bacteriostatic agent to the formula of the hand-free gel, the harsh feeling after use is relieved and the bacteriostatic effect is ensured when the addition amount of the bacteriostatic agent is low.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the cationic bacteriostatic hand-free gel.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the cation bacteriostatic hand-washing-free gel comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
0.1 to 2 percent of thickening agent;
0.05 to 0.3 percent of cationic antibacterial agent;
3 to 10 percent of humectant;
2 to 5 percent of emollient;
0.01 to 0.2 percent of neutralizer and pH regulator;
0-0.15% of essence;
the balance being water.
Further preferably, the cationic bacteriostatic hand-washing-free gel comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
1.5% of a thickening agent;
0.1% of cationic antibacterial agent;
4% of a humectant;
3.5% of an emollient;
neutralizer and pH regulator 0.017%;
0.1% of essence;
the balance being water.
Further, the thickener is preferably at least one of polyquaternium, acrylate/stearyl alcohol methacrylate copolymer, carbomer, xanthan gum and cellulose. The thickening agent can thicken an ionic system without influencing the bacteriostatic effect of the cationic antibacterial agent. More preferably a polyquaternium such as the commercial product Salcare SC 96.
Further, the cationic antibacterial agent is preferably at least one of quaternary ammonium salt and guanidine antibacterial agent. The cationic anti-bacteriostatic agent mainly acts to inhibit the growth of common bacteria and can be adapted to the gel system of the invention. More preferably, the cationic anti-bacterial agent is benzalkonium chloride.
Further, the humectant is preferably at least one of glycerin, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, panthenol, and betaine. The moisturizer can moisten skin and improve the dry state of skin. More preferably a mixture of glycerol and butylene glycol.
Further, the emollient is preferably a silicone emollient. Emollients are retained on the skin surface and act as a lubricant within the stratum corneum, helping to maintain the soft, pliable, smooth appearance of the skin. More preferably, commercially available products of emollients useful in the present invention include, for example: XIAMERETER PMX-0345 Cyclosyloxane Blend produced by Dow Corning.
Further, the neutralizing agent and the pH adjusting agent are preferably triethanolamine. The gel contains a common neutralizer of acidic polymer gel, and a stable polymer structure is formed by neutralizing carboxyl groups, so that the application effects of thickening and moisturizing are achieved. The pH regulator has the main function of regulating the pH value and maintaining the whole system without great change.
Further, in the formula of the cationic bacteriostatic hand-free gel, water is a solvent in the cationic bacteriostatic hand-free gel. The specific amount of water is not particularly limited as long as it can sufficiently dissolve or disperse the above-mentioned cationic antibacterial agent, thickener, humectant and optional other components and adjust them to a degree suitable for use in a leave-on hand gel.
The preparation method of the cation bacteriostatic hand-washing-free gel comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) adding the thickening agent and water into a water kettle, and stirring and dissolving uniformly;
(2) uniformly mixing and dispersing the cationic antibacterial agent and the humectant, adding the mixture into a water kettle, and uniformly stirring and dissolving the mixture;
(3) adding a neutralizer and a pH regulator into a water kettle, and uniformly stirring;
(4) and sequentially adding the emollient and the essence, and uniformly stirring to obtain the cationic antibacterial hand-washing-free gel.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the cation antibacterial agent is applied to the non-washing gel of a non-anion system, the selected thickening agent is not influenced by ions, the antibacterial performance of the cation antibacterial agent is not negatively influenced, and a good compound using effect is achieved.

TABLE 1 statistical table of performance test results of specific examples
As can be seen from the results of comparing the examples with the comparative examples, when the thickening agent is any one of carbomer, cellulose and xanthan gum, the addition of the cationic bacteriostatic agent can cause the thickening system to be damaged to a certain extent, so that the viscosity of the material body is reduced. This disadvantage does not occur with the polyquaternium thickener Salcare SC 96 in combination with cationic antibacterials. When the raw materials of the cationic bacteriostatic agent no-wash gel are the formula in example 1: the cationic bacteriostatic hand-washing free gel is prepared from Salcare SC 961.5%, benzalkonium chloride 0.1%, glycerol 3%, butanediol 1%, XIAMERETER PMX-0345SILOXANE BLEND 3.5%, essence 0.1% and triethanolamine 0.017%.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
