本发明的另一个目的在于保护上述的可以快速治愈中老年骨折的外用药物组合物的制备方法，步骤如下：S1.将原料组分进行清洗、烘干、粉碎、过筛，制得混合物粉末；S2.在混合物粉末中加入水，搅拌浸泡，加热提取，过滤，重复提取3次，将3次的水提取液合并，制得混合水提取液和残渣；S3.将残渣进行超临界CO2提取，制得超临界CO2提取液，将混合水提取液和超临界CO2提取液进行混合，减压浓缩，制得膏体；S4.在膏体中加入凡士林和氮酮，搅拌均匀，制得所述的可以快速治愈中老年骨折的外用药物组合物。
优选地，步骤S2中，所述的混合物粉末与水的质量比为1：4-6；所述的加热提取为加热至90-110℃，提取1小时。

测试实施例1制得的可以快速治愈中老年骨折的外用药物组合物的效果
使用方法：将实施例1制得的可以快速治愈中老年骨折的外用药物组合物敷于患处，以覆盖患处为准，厚5mm，每日一次，每次敷24h。
病例1：
虎城镇集中村5组石某，男，84岁，休养时不慎从楼梯上摔下，造成脊椎骨裂。去医院就医，医生建议其手术治疗，家人考虑到其年事已高，选择保守疗法。使用本发明实施例1提供的可以快速治愈中老年骨折的外用药物组合物，三个月左右，病人完全康复，行走如常。
病例2：
达川南岳患者刘某，女，92岁，因腰椎压缩性骨折(压缩约2/3)，于医院住院治疗，经综合评估，无法对患者进行手术治疗，只能保守治疗。使用本发明实施例1提供的可以快速治愈中老年骨折的外用药物组合物，2天后局部肿胀、疼痛减轻，4天后患者自行下床，7天后患者可以自行活动不用家属馋扶。
