6. The blue-light resistant composition according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary material is one or a combination of two or more of a solubilizer, a preservative and a perfume.
7. A method of preparing a blue light resistant composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
s1, mixing water, a Sambucus nigra flower extract, flos Buddlejae, troxerutin, carnosine, ceramide-3 and beta-glucan, and stirring at a rotating speed of 500-600 r/min for 10-20 min to obtain a first mixture;
s2, adding auxiliary materials into the first mixture, and stirring at the rotating speed of 400-600 r/min for 8-12 min to obtain the blue light resistant composition.
8. Use of the blue-light resistant composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the blue-light resistant composition is atomized and sprayed onto human skin.
