Example 5

The embodiment provides a preparation method of an anti-wrinkle and anti-aging mask, which specifically comprises the following steps:

(1) Mixing the phase A, adding into an emulsifying pot, heating to 82-85deg.C for emulsification, homogenizing for 5-8min, stirring, performing heat preservation reaction at 82-85deg.C, reacting for 15-20min, ending the reaction, and cooling to 75-80deg.C; the phase A comprises deionized water, butanediol, polyglycerol-10, ARISTOFLEX AVC, LECICEL, HA-TLM 20-40, D-panthenol, EDTA-2NA, symsave II;

(2) Mixing the phase B uniformly, adding into an emulsifying pot, homogenizing at 2000r/min for 8min, stirring, performing heat preservation reaction at 75-80deg.C, reacting for 10min, ending the reaction, and cooling to 38-40deg.C; the B phase comprises LOF 81, CBSIL-1020 and SEPIGEL 305;

(3) Mixing phase C, adding into emulsifying pot, homogenizing at 500r/min for 5min, adding phase D, mixing, and stirring for 20-30min to obtain anti-wrinkle and anti-aging facial mask; the C phase comprises nicotinamide, seawater ALA 101H, TURMERIA ZEN-C PRCF 01 Curcuma rhizome compression resistance, decolorizing radix Gentianae anti-stimulating factor, A40002CHI-Organic Agave Ferment organic Agave fermentation liquor and photopeptides (Rejutime PTC); the D phase comprises Rayson Care BHC, vegetable yellow and rose essential oils.

Effect example

1. Characterization of traits and stability:

the facial mask prepared in the examples 1-4 is light yellow semitransparent paste, the paste and water are mixed and dissolved according to the mass ratio of 1:10, and the pH value of the aqueous solution is tested to be 4.8-6.0; then, the stability of the mask prepared in examples 1 to 4 was tested, wherein the heat resistance test was performed after the paste was placed in an environment of 45.+ -. 2 ℃ for 2 months, no abnormality was found, and the cold resistance test was performed after the paste was placed in an environment of-18.+ -. 2 ℃ for 2 months, no abnormality was found; the data show that the anti-wrinkle and anti-aging facial mask prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention has good properties and excellent stability.

2. Skin (stature, fish tail) anti-wrinkle repair test:

the effect of the masks prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 7 was verified, 110 male and female volunteers aged 25 to 60 were selected and classified into 10 groups, and 11 groups of the masks obtained in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 7 of the present invention were tested, wherein examples 1 to 4 correspond to groups 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 7 correspond to groups 5 to 11; taking photos of the conditions of facial skin lines and fish tails of volunteers, using the facial masks prepared in examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-7 for the volunteers, observing skin changes by using 0d, 21d and 56d, scoring the skin (lines and fish tails) anti-wrinkle test of the facial mask after 56 days, and taking an average value of scores in the groups; wherein 9-10 is classified as good, 7-8 is classified as good, 5-6 is classified as normal, 3-4 is classified as bad, and 1-2 is classified as bad; the specific test results are shown in table 2;

As can be seen from table 2, the mask obtained by adopting the technical scheme of the invention has excellent anti-wrinkle repairing effect on skin (stature lines and fish tails), the average value of the anti-wrinkle effect on stature lines and fish tails is more than 9.1 minutes, wherein the feedback of the volunteers of the mask prepared by adopting the preparation method of the embodiment 2 is best, the score is highest, and the average score of the feedback is more than 9.8 minutes, so that when the mask of the embodiment 2 is used, the stature lines and the fish tails are all gradually desalted along with the extension of the service time, and the effect which can be observed by naked eyes is achieved;

meanwhile, as can be found from the data in the table, when the content of each component in the comparative example 1 is not in the range given by the invention, the prepared mask has no obvious effect of desalting skin (French lines and fish tails), and the anti-wrinkle and anti-aging scores of volunteers on the mask are also lower; when the nicotinamide, the seawater and the turmeric root extract, the gentian root extract, the agave leaf extract and the palmitoyl tripeptide-5 of the invention are not added in comparative examples 2-7 respectively, the anti-wrinkle and anti-aging effects of the prepared product all show a decreasing trend, which indicates that the components added in the invention have a synergistic effect.

3. Moisture maintenance test:

the effect verification of moisturizing and repairing the masks prepared in examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-7, namely selecting 110 male and female volunteers aged 25-60 years, and dividing the selected masks into 10 groups, and testing 11 groups of the masks obtained in examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-7, wherein examples 1-4 correspond to groups 1-4, and comparative examples 1-7 correspond to groups 5-11; dividing the hand skin of the volunteer into 5 areas, respectively, applying 0.5% histamine solution, stimulating skin to generate anaphylactic reaction, recording the skin condition of the volunteer at the moment, then applying the facial masks prepared in examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-7 to the volunteer, observing skin changes by using 10min, 60min and 90min, scoring the skin moisturizing repair test of the facial mask after 90min, and averaging the scores in the groups; wherein 9-10 is classified as good, 7-8 is classified as good, 5-6 is classified as normal, 3-4 is classified as bad, and 1-2 is classified as bad; the specific test results are shown in table 3;

As can be seen from table 3, the mask obtained by adopting the technical scheme of the invention has excellent moisturizing and repairing effects, wherein the average score of the volunteers after use is above 9.4, and particularly the effect of example 2 is optimal, the change of the mask is obvious from fig. 6-9, the skin allergy after 90min of use of the product can be almost completely relieved, and the volunteers can self-state that the itching and pain can be obviously relieved after use; meanwhile, as can be seen from the data in the table, when the content of each component in comparative example 1 is not within the range given by the present invention, the moisturizing and repairing effects of the prepared mask are reduced to some extent; when the nicotinamide, the seawater and the turmeric root extract, the gentian root extract, the agave leaf extract and the palmitoyl tripeptide-5 of the invention are not added in comparative examples 2-7 respectively, the moisturizing and repairing effects of the prepared product show a remarkable decreasing trend, which indicates that the components added in the invention have a synergistic effect.

Finally, it should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments illustrate rather than limit the scope of the invention, and that those skilled in the art will understand that changes can be made to the technical solutions of the invention or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the invention.

(1) Mixing the phase A, adding the mixture into an emulsifying pot, heating for emulsification, homogenizing, performing heat preservation reaction, and cooling after the reaction is finished;

(2) Uniformly mixing the phase B, adding the mixture into an emulsifying pot, homogenizing, carrying out heat preservation reaction, and cooling after the reaction is finished;
