0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.2 part of nicotinamide, 0.2 part of acetyl chitosamine, 0.5 part of xanthan gum, 2.0 parts of dimethyl sulfone, 0.8 part of gentian anti-irritant factor, 0.8 part of carnosine, 10.02 parts of nonapeptide, 0.8 part of alpha-arbutin, 0.5 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.5 part of panthenol, 4.0 parts of glycerol, 0.2 part of plant natural preservative, 0.6 part of mineral yeast polypeptide and 88.38 parts of water; the mineral yeast polypeptide is a complex formed by complexing yeast polypeptide with calcium, magnesium and potassium; the plant natural preservative is prepared from 10 percent (weight percentage) of a zanthoxylum piperitum fruit extract, 20 percent (weight percentage) of a pulsatilla koreana extract, 10 percent (weight percentage) of an usnea barbata extract and the balance of water.

Test example I, safety test
1. Test materials:
examples 1-4 the anti-allergy whitening mask prepared in the above examples.

The skin melanin was tested by using a skin melanin and erythropoietin tester Mexameter MX 18, manufactured by CK corporation, Germany, for 2 months, with the mask continuously, for 0 days, 7 days, 14 days, 28 days, and 56 days, respectively, and the smaller the value, the less the melanin content, the whiter and brighter the skin.

As can be seen from table 2, the anti-allergy whitening mask provided by the invention can significantly reduce melanin of the face and improve the whitening effect, and the anti-allergy whitening mask prepared in comparative examples 1 to 4 has a lower melanin reduction effect than the anti-allergy whitening mask provided by the invention, which indicates that each component of the mask base solution in the anti-allergy whitening mask provided by the invention has an interaction effect of reducing melanin.
Test example III Water supplement test of anti-allergic whitening mask
1. Test subjects:
90 mice, 12-13 weeks old, were selected and provided by Nanjing laboratory animal center.
2. Test materials:
anti-sensitivity whitening mask base solutions prepared in example 1, example 2, example 3, example 4, comparative example 1, comparative example 2, comparative example 3 and comparative example 4, butanediol solutions.
3. The test method comprises the following steps:
the back coat was shaved with a shaver for 90 mice, and the skin was exposed to a size of about 2cm × 3cm, and then randomly divided into 9 groups of 10 mice each with a butylene glycol solution as a blank control, a control group, an example 1 group, an example 2 group, an example 3 group, an example 4 group, a comparative example 1 group, a comparative example 2 group, a comparative example 3 group, and a comparative example 4 group, respectively. The moisturizing water composition of each group was as follows:
smearing the facial mask base solutions on the exposed skin of a mouse, and exposing the mouse in a dehumidifying environment for 6 hours every day for 15 days; then, the water content of the bare skin on the back of the mouse is measured, 0.5g of the dehaired skin tissue is taken down by a puncher, the skin is precisely weighed to be wet, and the dehaired skin tissue is placed in a 80 ℃ drying oven for 48 hours and is weighed to be dry. And the percent skin hydration was measured according to the following formula: skin moisture percentage ═ skin wet weight-dry weight)/wet weight x 100%.

As can be seen from table 3, the average moisture percentage of the skin of the mouse coated with the anti-allergy whitening mask base liquid prepared in examples 1 to 4 of the present invention is greater than 70%, and the average moisture percentage of the skin of the mouse coated with the anti-allergy whitening mask base liquid prepared in comparative examples 1 to 4 is lower, which indicates that the anti-allergy whitening mask base liquid provided by the present invention has a reasonable and scientific formula, and the components synergistically play a role in enhancing water replenishing.
Test example four moisture retention test of anti-allergic whitening mask base liquid
1. Test subjects:
48 female volunteers were selected, aged 20-35 years.
2. Test materials:
anti-allergy whitening mask base solutions prepared in example 3, comparative example 1, comparative example 2, comparative example 3 and comparative example 4, and a butanediol solution.
3. The test method comprises the following steps:
48 volunteers were randomly divided into 6 groups, each group consisting of 8 persons, namely, a control group, a group of example 3, a group of comparative example 1, a group of comparative example 2, a group of comparative example 3 and a group of comparative example 4, using a butanediol solution as a blank for a continuous use for 15 days, and after 24 hours on day 15, the moisture content of stratum corneum after 1 hour and 8 hours was measured using a Corneometer CM 825 (measuring instrument) of the german CK company under conditions of room temperature of 25 ℃ and humidity of 50%.

As can be seen from table 4, the moisture content of the anti-allergy whitening mask base solution after 1 hour is 77.8%, the moisture content of the anti-allergy whitening mask base solution after 10 hours is 71.5%, and the reduction rate of the water content is 8.3%, while the moisture content of the anti-allergy whitening mask base solution prepared by using the comparative examples 1 to 4 is greatly reduced after 10 hours, which indicates that the anti-allergy whitening mask base solution provided by the invention has a reasonable and scientific formula, and the components cooperate with each other to effectively prolong the moisturizing time of the anti-allergy whitening mask base solution and enhance the moisturizing effect.

Claims (4)

1. The anti-allergy whitening mask comprises a mask base solution and non-woven fabrics, and is characterized in that the mask base solution comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.1-0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.2-2.0 parts of nicotinamide, 0.2-2.0 parts of acetyl chitosamine, 0.05-0.5 part of xanthan gum, 0.2-2.0 parts of dimethyl sulfone, 0.2-0.8 part of gentian anti-stimulation factor, 0.1-0.8 part of carnosine, 0.05-0.05 part of nonapeptide-10.005, 0.05-0.8 part of arbutin, 0.05-0.5 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.05-0.5 part of panthenol, 1.0-5.0 parts of glycerol, 0.2-0.8 part of plant natural preservative, 83.2-97.4 parts of water and 0.2-0.6 part of mineral yeast polypeptide; the mineral yeast polypeptide is a complex formed by complexing yeast polypeptide with calcium, magnesium and potassium; the plant natural preservative is prepared from 10-20% of a zanthoxylum bungeanum fruit extract, 10-20% of a pulsatilla koreana extract, 10-20% of an usnea barbata extract and the balance of water.
2. The anti-allergy whitening mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mask base solution comprises the following components in parts by weight:
0.3 part of sodium hyaluronate, 2.0 parts of nicotinamide, 2.0 parts of acetyl chitosamine, 0.2 part of xanthan gum, 1.5 parts of dimethyl sulfone, 0.8 part of gentian anti-irritation factor, 0.5 part of carnosine, 10.01 parts of nonapeptide, 0.8 part of arbutin, 0.3 part of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 0.3 part of panthenol, 3.0 parts of glycerol, 0.4 part of plant natural preservative, 87.89 parts of water and 0.2-0.6 part of mineral yeast polypeptide.
3. The anti-sensitivity whitening mask according to claim 1 or 2, wherein arbutin is alpha-arbutin.
4. The method for preparing the anti-allergy whitening mask as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
s1, taking a half amount of water, adding sodium hyaluronate, glycerol, xanthan gum, nicotinamide and acetyl chitosamine into the water, uniformly dispersing, then adding the mixture into a reaction kettle, heating to 80-85 ℃, and uniformly stirring;
s2, adding the dimethyl sulfone into the rest water for dispersing and dissolving, adding into the reaction kettle of the step S1, stirring uniformly, cooling to 45 ℃, adding the gentian anti-irritant factor, carnosine, nonapeptide-1 and the plant natural preservative, and stirring uniformly;
s3 adding dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, arbutin and panthenol into the reaction kettle in the step S2, uniformly stirring to obtain a mask base solution, and soaking the non-woven fabric into the mask base solution to obtain the mask;
step S3 further includes adding a mineral yeast polypeptide.
