电子液压制动装置响应于制动情况,使控制单元驱动电机,电机进而旋转地驱动两个液压泵,以向安装在每个车轮中的车轮制动器提供制动压力。液压泵分别向两个车轮制动器提供制动压力。这里,两个液压泵由于其旋转周期而产生脉动,其中各个液压泵具有180度的相位差而引起脉动发生。为了减轻这种脉动,在电子液压制动系统中布置了脉动阻尼器。

脉动阻尼器50布置在第一流动路径30a和第二流动路径30b之间,并消除第一流动路径30a和第二流动路径30b之间的压差。具体地,脉动阻尼器50互连第一流动路径30a和第二流动路径30b,并且在一端包括阻尼器帽55在另一端包括支撑环53。以这种方式,脉动阻尼器50被设置成消除第一流动路径30a和第二流动路径30b之间的压力差。这减少了由从泵单元40供应的液压引起的脉动现象。
图2是示出根据本公开的至少一个实施例的车辆制动装置中泵单元40如何操作的示意图。
如图2所示,泵单元40包括电机41、偏心轴承42、第一液压泵43和第二液压泵44中的全部或部分。
电机41布置在第一流动路径30a和第二流动路径30b之间,偏心轴承42耦合到电机41。电机41由来自控制单元70的液压制动信号驱动,并且当电机41被驱动时,偏心轴承42旋转。这里,偏心轴承42偏心到电机41的一侧。
第一液压泵43安装在第一流动路径30a中,第二液压泵44安装在第二流动路径30b中。第一液压泵43和第二液压泵44由偏心轴承42驱动,以向第一流动路径30a和第二流动路径30b供应液压。当电机41旋转一次时,偏心轴承42供应的液压之间,具体是从第一液压泵43供应的液压与从第二液压泵44供应的液压之间的相位差变为180度。
图3是根据至少一个实施例的车辆制动装置的部件中的脉动阻尼器50的横截面图。图4是根据至少一个实施例的在车辆制动装置中利用第一液压泵驱动脉动阻尼器50的操作状态的示意图。图5是根据至少一个实施例的在车辆制动装置中利用第二液压泵驱动脉动阻尼器50的操作状态的示意图。
如图3至图5所示,脉动阻尼器50包括第一流动路径延伸单元54a、第二流动路径延伸单元54b、阻尼器帽55、支撑环53、气缸(未示出)、活塞51、第一弹性单元52a和第二弹性单元52b中的全部或部分。
第一流动路径延伸单元54a是从第一流动路径30a延伸的流动路径,第二流动路径延伸单元54b是从第二流动路径30b延伸的流动路径。第一流动路径延伸单元54a和第二流动路径延伸单元54b是用于在第一流动路径30a和第二流动路径30b之间布置脉动阻尼器50的流动路径延伸部。第一流动路径延伸单元54a和第二流动路径延伸单元54b可以具有相同的有效横截面积。均等化有效横截面积可以有效地减小在第一流动路径30a和第二流动路径30b中产生的脉动的振幅差。这里,有效横截面积是指脉动阻尼器50的部分的横截面积,液压油可以流过该部分。
阻尼器帽55具有用于容纳第一流动路径延伸单元54a的空间,并且与第一流动路径延伸单元54a接触。安装阻尼器帽55的位置不限于此,它可以与第二流动路径延伸单元54b接触。阻尼器帽55由具有弹性的材料制成,并且可以弹性地支撑第一弹性单元52a。阻尼器帽55还用于阻止液压油的泄漏。
支撑环53布置在第二流动路径延伸单元54b的端部。支撑环53可以由具有弹性的材料或金属材料制成。这里,支撑环53的材料可以形成为具有与阻尼器帽55的硬度相等的硬度。当由弹性材料制成时,支撑环53可以弹性地支撑第二弹性单元52b。支撑环53形成为中央中空结构。具体地,支撑环53形成有通过中空部分的流动路径,以允许液压油流动。
脉动阻尼器50包括气缸,该气缸布置在第一流动路径延伸单元54a和第二流动路径延伸单元54b之间,并且在其中具有阻尼器容纳空间(未示出)。具体地,气缸布置在阻尼器帽55和支撑环53之间。
活塞51布置在气缸中,并且根据跨第一流动路径30a和第二流动路径30b产生的液压差而线性移动。活塞51的左端和右端分别装配有第一弹性单元52a和第二弹性单元52b。第一弹性单元52a布置在活塞51和阻尼器帽55之间,以弹性地支撑它们。另外,第二弹性单元52b布置在活塞51和支撑环53之间,以弹性地支撑它们。这里,活塞51、第一弹性单元52a和第二弹性单元52b可以形成为无套筒型结构。
第一弹性单元52a和第二弹性单元52b用于在由于液压差而执行线性运动时弹性地支撑活塞51。第一弹性单元52a和第二弹性单元52b可以是弹簧。
图6是示出根据本公开的至少一个实施例的车辆制动装置的部件之中组装脉动阻尼器的过程的顺序图。
首先,如图6的(a)所示,压装或注塑(inject)支撑环53。在注塑支撑环53之后,执行图6的(b)的步骤,其中,活塞51、第一弹性部分52a和第二弹性部分52b作为子组件插入气缸(未示出)中。此后,如图6的(c)所示,组装阻尼器帽55以完成组装过程。本公开布置支撑环53来代替另一个阻尼器帽55,该阻尼器帽55通常存在,使得组装过程变得复杂。现在,在将支撑环53布置原位的情况下,提供了简化的组装过程。
如上所述,根据本公开的至少一个实施例,车辆制动装置在脉动阻尼器的一端提供了支撑环来代替阻尼器帽,从而降低了脉动阻尼器的生产成本。
另外,通过在脉动阻尼器的一端提供支撑环来代替阻尼器帽,从而简化了脉动阻尼器的组装过程,从而可以使车辆制动装置具有缩短的组装时间。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于车辆的制动装置,包括:
主缸,被配置为响应于制动踏板的压下而向车轮制动器供应液压;
第一流动路径和第二流动路径,被配置为通过互连所述主缸和所述车轮制动器来供应所述液压;
泵单元,被配置为通过电机的驱动将所述液压排放到所述第一流动路径和所述第二流动路径;以及
脉动阻尼器,具有第一端和第二端,所述第一端包括阻尼器帽,所述第二端包括支撑环,并且所述脉动阻尼器被配置为互连所述第一流动路径和所述第二流动路径,并减小所述第一流动路径和所述第二流动路径之间的液压差。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制动装置,其中,所述脉动阻尼器包括:
第一流动路径延伸单元,从所述第一流动路径延伸;
第二流动路径延伸单元,从所述第二流动路径延伸;
所述阻尼器帽,具有用于容纳所述第一流动路径延伸单元的空间,并且与所述第一流动路径延伸单元接触;
所述支撑环,布置在所述第二流动路径延伸单元的端部;
气缸,布置在所述第一流动路径延伸单元和所述第二流动路径延伸单元之间,并且具有内部阻尼器容纳空间;
活塞,布置在所述气缸中,并且被配置为由于所述第一流动路径和所述第二流动路径之间的所述液压差而移动;
第一弹性单元,布置在所述活塞和所述阻尼器帽之间,以弹性地支撑所述活塞和所述阻尼器帽;以及
第二弹性单元,布置在所述活塞和所述支撑环之间,以弹性地支撑所述活塞和所述支撑环。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制动装置,其中,所述支撑环由金属材料形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制动装置,其中,所述泵单元包括:
所述电机;
偏心轴承,能旋转地耦合到所述电机;和
第一液压泵和第二液压泵,分别安装在所述第一流动路径和所述第二流动路径上,并且由所述偏心轴承驱动以向所述第一流动路径和所述第二流动路径供应所述液压。
5.根据权利要求2所述的制动装置,其中,所述活塞、所述第一弹性单元和所述第二弹性单元具有无套筒型结构。
6.根据权利要求2所述的制动装置,其中,所述第一流动路径延伸单元的有效横截面积等于所述第二流动路径延伸单元的有效横截面积。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制动装置,其中,所述支撑环的硬度等于所述阻尼器帽的硬度。
