技术领域
本发明涉及吸塑产品技术领域,具体涉及一种PET吸塑面具的制备方法。
背景技术
吸塑是一种塑料加工工艺,主要原理是将平展的塑料硬片材加热变软后,采用真空吸附于模具表面,冷却后成型,广泛用于塑料面具、塑料包装、灯饰、广告、装饰、娱乐等行业。
目前,吸塑面具的制备工艺流程主要包括:塑料片材固定、加热、成型、脱模、去料边后得到成品。传统的吸塑面具采用0.4mm厚的PVC透明片材,先丝印画面图案后晾干,再定位吸塑成型。丝印是利用丝网印版图文部分网孔透油墨,非图文部分网孔不透油墨的基本原理进行印刷。丝印工艺的墨层厚,油墨耗量大,比胶印厚了3倍左右,光固化速度慢,效率低,通常制作10万个产品,货期需要35天左右。
CN1947988A公开了一种塑料片材热成型制品的生产方法,包括在透明塑料薄膜印刷多组图案,并在边角位置印刷上标识符号;将塑料薄膜复合到塑料片材上,得到复合塑料片材;利用伺服电机带动复合塑料片材送入加热箱中加热软化,然后向模具行进;利用正压空气或负压使复合塑料片材贴近对应位置的模腔内壁;冷却定型,脱模,冲剪,得到吸塑制品,然而,该生产方法工艺复杂,生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足之处而提供一种PET吸塑面具的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种PET吸塑面具的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制作3D面具模型;
(2)选取PET材料作为基材,采用CMYK印刷四色模式在PET基材上胶印,然后晾干48h;
(3)然后在PET基材上采用丝网印刷方式印刷面具图案上的白色图案,晾干24h;
(4)利用3D面具模型通过吸塑机将印有图案的基材加工成设计的3D面具形状;
(5)将吸塑后的基材根据面具图案尺寸进行异形模切,即得到所述PET吸塑面具。
本发明通过不同色彩图案采用不同的印刷方式来解决传统技术中全部用丝网印刷效率低、损耗大、成本高的问题。彩色部分采用CMYK印刷四色模式胶印,只有图案中的白色部分采用丝网印刷,这样大大提升了效率。这是由于丝网印刷一次只能印一个颜色,如果需要套色的话,需要先把第一个颜色印完,然后烤干,再调整网板的位置,在印第二个颜色,因此,丝印效率低,通常制作10万个产品,货期需要35天左右。利用本发明的工艺,四色部分采用印刷机印刷,效率提高,只有白色部分采用丝网印刷,制作10万个产品,货期可以控制在5天。
进一步地,上述PET基材的厚度为0.33mm。本发明选用0.33mm厚度的PET材料作为基材,该厚度可以为面具成品提供足够的硬度,同时也足够薄足够透明,适合作为面具的基材。
进一步地,步骤(3)之后和步骤(4)之前还包含步骤(4a):在基材印有图案的一面涂布一层压纹胶,然后采用覆膜机再覆盖一层PVC膜,得到复合PVC膜的基材。
本发明通过在基材有图案的一面覆膜一层PVC膜,彻底解决油墨难闻气味问题,避免面具产品使用者和生产者吸入油墨中的有害气味,改善了生产环境和使用体验。
进一步地,步骤(4a)的覆膜机工艺参数为:滚筒温度96℃,烘道温度65℃,速度每小时620-650米。本发明通过优选合适的覆膜工艺,能够在不影响面具图案的情况下将PVC膜有效与基材贴合。
进一步地,步骤(4a)之后和步骤(4)之前还包含步骤(4b):将复合PVC膜的基材通过滚筒压纹机压合。本发明通过增加压纹工艺,使PVC膜与基材贴合的更加牢固。
进一步地,步骤(4b)的压纹温度为65-75℃,压纹压力为5-5.5T,压纹深度0.02mm。本发明通过优选合适的压纹工艺参数,使PVC膜与基材贴合牢固度高,且图案层不变形。
进一步地,所述异形模切的模切深度250-2800张/h,模切压力12-12.5T。
本发明还提供一种PET吸塑面具,通过上述制备方法制备而成。
本发明还提供一种面具形状的包装容器,包含上述制备方法制备的PET吸塑面具和封闭层,所述封闭层与PET吸塑面具的四周边缘通过热压机压合并形成一空腔。封闭层可以是纸板、塑料片材等。本发明通过将封闭层与PET吸塑面具的四周贴合,提供了一款可以既当玩具玩的面具,又可以当外包装的容器,可以在面具与封闭层之间形成的空腔中装入物品,如玩具、零食等,拓宽了面具的用途。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明彩色部分采用CMYK印刷四色模式胶印,只有图案中的白色部分采用丝网印刷,解决了传统技术中全部用丝网印刷效率低、损耗大、成本高的问题。传统丝印工艺,制作10万个产品,货期需要35天左右,利用本发明工艺,货期可控制在5天。本发明还在传统面具基材上,覆膜一层PVC膜,有效隔绝了油墨散发的气味,改善了生产环境和使用体验,适合作为面具佩戴。

实施例1
一种PET吸塑面具的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)设计并制作3D面具模型,模具高度40mm,准备0.33mm厚的透明PET材料;
(2)先采用CMYK印刷四色模式在PET基材上胶印,油墨选用环保快干型油墨,自然晾干48h;
(3)然后在PET基材上采用丝网印刷方式印刷面具图案上的白色图案,自然晾干24h;
(4)利用3D面具模型通过吸塑机将印有图案的基材加工成设计的3D面具形状;吸塑温度560℃,每张吸塑时间0.39s;
(5)将吸塑后的基材根据面具图案尺寸进行异形模切,模切深度250-2800张/h,模切压力12-12.5T。即得到所述PET吸塑面具。
实施例2
一种PET吸塑面具的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)设计并制作3D面具模型,模具高度40mm,准备0.33mm厚的透明PET材料;
(2)先采用CMYK印刷四色模式在PET基材上胶印,油墨选用环保快干型油墨,自然晾干48h;
(3)然后在PET基材上采用丝网印刷方式印刷面具图案上的白色图案,自然晾干24h;
(4a)在基材印有图案的一面涂布一层压纹胶,然后采用覆膜机再覆盖一层PVC膜,得到复合PVC膜的基材。覆膜机工艺参数为:滚筒温度96℃,烘道温度65℃,速度每小时620-650米。

(4a)在基材印有图案的一面涂布一层压纹胶,然后采用覆膜机再覆盖一层PVC膜,得到复合PVC膜的基材。覆膜机工艺参数为:滚筒温度96℃,烘道温度65℃,速度每小时620-650米。
(4b)将复合PVC膜的基材通过滚筒压纹机压合。压纹温度为65-75℃,压纹压力为5-5.5T,压纹深度0.02mm。
(4)利用3D面具模型通过吸塑机将印有图案的基材加工成设计的3D面具形状;吸塑温度560℃,每张吸塑时间0.39s;
(5)将吸塑后的基材根据面具图案尺寸进行异形模切,模切深度250-2800张/h,模切压力12-12.5T。即得到所述PET吸塑面具。
实施例4
一种面具形状的包装容器的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)设计并制作3D面具模型,模具高度40mm,准备0.33mm厚的透明PET材料;
(2)先采用CMYK印刷四色模式在PET基材上胶印,油墨选用环保快干型油墨,自然晾干48h;
(3)然后在PET基材上采用丝网印刷方式印刷面具图案上的白色图案,自然晾干24h;
(4a)在基材印有图案的一面涂布一层压纹胶,然后采用覆膜机再覆盖一层PVC膜,得到复合PVC膜的基材。覆膜机工艺参数为:滚筒温度96℃,烘道温度65℃,速度每小时620-650米。
(4b)将复合PVC膜的基材通过滚筒压纹机压合。压纹温度为65-75℃,压纹压力为5-5.5T,压纹深度0.02mm。
(4)利用3D面具模型通过吸塑机将印有图案的基材加工成设计的3D面具形状;吸塑温度560℃,每张吸塑时间0.39s;
(5)将吸塑后的基材根据面具图案尺寸进行异形模切,模切深度250-2800张/h,模切压力12-12.5T。即得到所述PET吸塑面具。
(6)将封闭层与PET吸塑面具的四周边缘通过热压机压合并形成一空腔,即得所述面具形状的包装容器。封闭层材质可以是纸板或塑料片材。图3为包装容器的成品效果图。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种PET吸塑面具的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)设计并制作3D面具模型;
(2)选取PET材料作为基材,采用CMYK印刷四色模式在PET基材上胶印,然后晾干;
(3)然后在PET基材上采用丝网印刷方式印刷面具图案上的白色图案,晾干;
(4)利用3D面具模型通过吸塑机将印有图案的基材加工成设计的3D面具形状;
(5)将吸塑后的基材根据面具图案尺寸进行异形模切,即得到所述PET吸塑面具。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PET吸塑面具的制备方法,其特征在于,所述PET基材的厚度为0.33mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PET吸塑面具的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)之后和步骤(4)之前还包含步骤(4a):在基材印有图案的一面涂布一层压纹胶,然后采用覆膜机再覆盖一层PVC膜,得到复合PVC膜的基材。
4.根据权利要求3所述的PET吸塑面具的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4a)的覆膜机工艺参数为:滚筒温度96℃,烘道温度65℃,速度每小时620-650米。
5.根据权利要求3所述的PET吸塑面具的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4a)之后和步骤(4)之前还包含步骤(4b):将复合PVC膜的基材通过滚筒压纹机压合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的PET吸塑面具的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4b)的压纹温度为65-75℃,压纹压力为5-5.5T,压纹深度0.02mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的PET吸塑面具的制备方法,其特征在于,所述异形模切的模切深度250-2800张/h,模切压力12-12.5T。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述的制备方法制备的PET吸塑面具。
9.一种面具形状的包装容器,其特征在于,所述包装容器包含权利要求9所述的PET吸塑面具和封闭层,所述封闭层与PET吸塑面具的四周边缘通过热压机压合并形成一空腔。
