in the example 1, when the weather-resistant film-forming latex paint and the granulating intermediate are matched and combined, the latex paint is a blank group without hybrid reaction, because the reliability is insufficient only by using the lithium magnesium silicate protective adhesive, the agglomeration abnormality occurs after the storage for 7 days at-5 ℃, the product is pasted after spraying, the appearance effect is poor, even if the spraying is diluted by adding water, the color point is not clear, the layering and the thinning are obvious in hot storage, the abnormal phenomena of color bleeding, color point hardening and the like also occur in the aspect of appearance, a large amount of bentonite and alkali swelling thickener are added in the formula, and even if the lithium magnesium silicate is used to a lower limit, the water whitening resistance of a paint film is still obvious, and the paint film has foaming abnormality.
However, in the formula with the hybridization reaction, the lithium magnesium silicate is also used to the lower limit, the dosage of the thickening agent in the formula is greatly reduced, and the thickening agent is not needed in most of the time, so the dosage is also arranged in the formula because the aqueous multicolor paint and products such as 5G granite have high uncertainty and the viscosity stability fluctuates due to the change of air temperature.
In example 2, when the weather-resistant film-forming latex paint is combined with the granulation intermediate II, the hybridization reaction degree is lowest, and the thickening agent in the formula is little, so the viscosity of the finished product is lowest, and the finished product does not meet the factory requirements.
In example 7, when the weather-resistant film-forming latex paint (c) and the granulation intermediate (c) are combined, the hybridization reaction degree is highest, the viscosity of the finished product is too high, particularly, the finished product is frozen after being stored in cold without caking, and can be normally constructed only by adding water for dilution, but the construction effect is clear after adding water for dilution, and the requirements are met. The combination is not suitable for finished product delivery.
In example 6, when the weather-resistant film-forming latex paint and the granulation intermediate are combined in a matched manner, each index of the finished product is nearly perfect, not only the protective function of the lower-limit used magnesium lithium silicate can still normally play a role, but also the organic-inorganic hybrid further lubricates and isolates color points, the protective function is enhanced, the product system is stabilized, the performance of the paint film is obviously improved, the paint film is sent to a national third-party detection mechanism for detection, and a performance report is shown in fig. 4.

However, any simple modification, equivalent change and modification of the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present invention are within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A water-based 5G granite imitation paint is characterized in that the paint consists of a pigment part, a granulation intermediate with a lubricating and isolating protection function and emulsion paint for endowing the paint with film forming and weather resistance;
the pigment part comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20-40 parts of RO water, 0.7-2.0 parts of cellulose, 0.1-0.3 part of wetting dispersant, 5-15 parts of pigment and filler, 0.1-0.3 part of defoaming agent, 1-2 parts of film-forming additive, 10-30 parts of emulsion, 0-1 part of nano anti-aging agent, 0.8-1.5 parts of anti-freezing agent, 5-15 parts of protective glue solution, 0.2-0.4 part of pH regulator, 0.2-0.4 part of bactericide, 20-50 parts of natural quartz sand and color paste;
the granulation intermediate comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30-80 parts of RO water, 0.1-0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.5-0.8 part of film-forming assistant, 0.1-0.2 part of wetting agent, 18-36 parts of inorganic protective colloid solution and 0-30 parts of coupling agent modified silica sol;
the emulsion paint comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-25 parts of RO water, 60-80 parts of emulsion, 0-20 parts of reactive emulsion, 0.1-0.3 part of pH regulator, 0.1-0.3 part of bactericide, 0.1-0.2 part of defoamer, 0.6-2 parts of film-forming assistant, 0.8-1.5 parts of antifreeze, 0-3 parts of bentonite powder material and 0-2 parts of thickener.

The water-based 5G granite imitation coating of claim 1, characterized in that the emulsion comprises water-based acrylic resin and/or silicone water-based acrylic resin; the cellulose comprises hydroxyethyl cellulose ether; the wetting dispersant comprises a hydrophobic copolymer sodium salt dispersant.
3. The water-based 5G granite imitation coating of claim 1, characterized in that the defoaming agent comprises modified polysiloxane and/or silicone modified mineral oil; the pigment and filler comprises one or more of heavy calcium, mica powder, talcum powder or rutile type titanium dioxide; the nanometer aging resistant agent comprises nanometer aging resistant slurry.
4. The aqueous 5G granite imitation coating of claim 1 where the film forming aid comprises a dodecyl alcohol ester; the anti-freezing agent comprises propylene glycol; the pH regulator comprises 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol.
5. The aqueous 5G granite imitation coating of claim 1 where the biocide includes nitrogen sulfur heterocycles without organic volatiles; the protective glue solution comprises a modified magnesium lithium silicate aqueous solution; the color paste comprises water-based environment-friendly weather-resistant color paste.
6. The aqueous 5G granite imitation coating of claim 1 where the inorganic protective colloid solution includes an aqueous solution of lithium magnesium silicate; the wetting agent comprises a sulfonate wetting agent; the coupling agent modified silica sol comprises titanate coupling agent modified silica sol.
7. The aqueous 5G granite imitation coating of claim 1, characterized in that the thickener comprises a hydrophobically modified alkali soluble emulsion thickener and/or an associative polyurethane thickener; the powder material comprises bentonite material; the reactive emulsion comprises a grafted pure acrylic emulsion.
8. A process for preparing an aqueous 5G granite imitation coating as claimed in any of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a base paint: preparing materials according to a formula, adding cellulose into RO water, after uniform dispersion, sequentially adding a wetting dispersant, a pigment filler and a defoaming agent, and then dispersing at a high speed; then reducing the dispersion speed, sequentially adding a film forming aid, an antifreezing agent, an emulsion, a nano anti-aging agent, a protective glue solution, a pH regulator, a bactericide and natural quartz sand, and uniformly stirring at a constant speed to obtain a base paint;
(2) preparation of granulation intermediate: preparing materials according to a formula, sequentially adding a defoaming agent, a film-forming auxiliary agent, a wetting agent, an inorganic protective colloid solution and coupling agent modified silica sol into RO water, and uniformly stirring at a constant speed to obtain a granulation intermediate;
(3) preparing emulsion paint: preparing materials according to a formula, sequentially adding a pH regulator, a bactericide, a defoaming agent, an antifreezing agent and a film-forming auxiliary agent into RO water, stirring, finally adding a thickening agent, increasing the dispersion speed, and stirring at a constant speed to obtain the emulsion paint;
(4) preparing a water-based 5G granite imitation coating: mixing the base paint and the color paste for color matching to form a pigment part, then coating the pigment part by a granulation intermediate, granulating through a screen under pressure, then adding the emulsion paint, mechanically stirring and blending uniformly, and standing for reaction to obtain the water-based 5G granite imitation paint.
9. The preparation method of the water-based 5G granite imitation paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dispersion time in step (1) is 10-20min, the high speed dispersion speed is 1000-1200rpm, the time is 20-40min, the reduced dispersion speed is 800-1000rpm, and the uniform stirring time is 8-15 min; the rotation speed of the uniform stirring in the step (2) is 300-500rpm, and the time is 8-15 min.
10. The method for preparing the water-based 5G granite imitation coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stirring speed in step (3) is 500-800rpm, the rotation speed after increasing the dispersion speed is 900-1200rpm, and the uniform stirring time is 8-15 min; and (4) standing for reaction for 1-4 h.
