the corresponding performances are tested according to the requirements of the waterborne multicolor architectural coating HG/T4343-2012, and the performances are as follows:

the color-sand-free star-color exquisite stone coating has unique artistic feeling, vivid modeling and complete water-based property due to the unique sand grain wrapping technology, is environment-friendly and nontoxic, replaces increasingly rare natural granite, and meets the national energy-saving and environment-friendly progress requirements; through the particle lightening treatment, the stone-like effect as the stone-like paint can be achieved only by the consumption of the stone-like paint product 1/5, the material, labor and time cost are greatly saved, and the product decomposes oil stains on the surface of a paint film by absorbing ultraviolet rays in sunlight, so that the hydrophilic self-cleaning effect is achieved. The product has better stain resistance than the common stone-like paint matching finishing varnish under the condition of not needing matching finishing varnish.

Claims (5)

1. The color sand-free star-color exquisite stone coating is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: the composition is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 15-25 parts of continuous phase emulsion, 45-65 parts of color point and 10-40 parts of protective glue solution;
the continuous phase emulsion is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 13-40 parts of water, 55-75 parts of acrylic emulsion, 0.1-1 part of bactericide, 2-4 parts of film-forming assistant, 2.5-6 parts of antifreezing agent, 0.2-0.3 part of pH regulator and 0.1-0.3 part of thickener;
the color point is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 5-25 parts of protective glue solution, 65-94 parts of colorful base paint and 1-10 parts of pigment;
the protective glue solution is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 89.8-94.9 parts of water, 5-10 parts of lithium magnesium silicate and 0.1-0.2 part of bactericide.
2. The paint of claim 1, wherein the paint comprises:
the colorful base paint in the colorful dots is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 20-35 parts of water, 0.5-0.8 part of cellulose, 0.2-0.5 part of ethylene glycol, 0.1-0.4 part of wetting agent, 0.8-1.2 parts of film forming additive, 0.2-0.6 part of defoaming agent, 0.2-0.5 part of dispersing agent, 1-2 parts of titanium dioxide, 1-2 parts of silicon dioxide, 3-5 parts of kaolin, 15-25 parts of acrylic resin, 0.1-0.5 part of mildew preventive, 0.1-0.5 part of bactericide, 6-10 parts of protective glue solution and 20-40 parts of quartz sand.
3. The paint of claim 2, wherein the paint comprises:
the protective glue solution in the color point is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 89.8-94.9 parts of water, 5-10 parts of lithium magnesium silicate and 0.1-0.2 part of bactericide.
4. The method for preparing the non-colored sand starry exquisite stone paint as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the following steps:
firstly, preparing a protective glue solution:
adding water into a stirring cylinder, adding magnesium lithium silicate and a bactericide under the condition of a rotating speed of 500-1800 r/min, and dispersing for 60-90 min until a protective glue solution is uniform;
secondly, manufacturing colorful base paint;
thirdly, preparing a continuous phase emulsion:
adding water into a stirring cylinder, then adding an acrylic emulsion, a bactericide, a film-forming aid, an antifreezing agent, a pH regulator and a thickening agent at 300-600 r/min, and uniformly stirring to obtain the acrylic emulsion-containing aqueous emulsion;
fourthly, manufacturing color dots:
firstly, uniformly mixing the colorful base paint and the pigment, then adding the mixture into the protective glue solution, and carrying out screen granulation to obtain colorful dots;
fifthly, preparing the color sand-free star-color exquisite stone coating:
and uniformly stirring 15-25 parts of the continuous phase emulsion, 45-65 parts of the color points and 10-40 parts of the protective glue solution to obtain the color-changing emulsion.
5. The method for preparing the non-colored sand star-colored exquisite stone coating according to claim 4, wherein the step two of preparing the colorful base paint comprises the following steps:
adding water, cellulose, a wetting agent, ethylene glycol, a film forming auxiliary agent, a part of defoaming agent and a dispersing agent into a stirring tank, and mixing and stirring for 3-5 min to be uniform at the rotating speed of 300-500 r/min;
then adding titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide and kaolin into a stirring tank, and dispersing for 15-20 min;
then adding the acrylic resin, the residual defoaming agent, the mildew preventive, the bactericide and the protective glue solution into a stirring tank, and stirring for 10-15 min;
finally, adding quartz sand, and stirring for 15-20 min; and preparing the base paint.
