The invention adopts reasonable collocation of inorganic resin and organic acrylic emulsion, improves the stability of the system, especially the stability of viscosity and color point, and ensures that the system can not be changed during transportation to construction; the water resistance is enhanced, the soaking water is not whitened, and the strength is not obviously changed after soaking; the surface hardness, the stain resistance, the alkali resistance and the weather resistance of the paint film are improved.

Technical Field

Background
The water-based colorful paint has been developed into a mainstream exterior wall decoration system so far, is a pure water environment-friendly paint, can achieve more than 95% of stone imitation effect, is simple to construct, has light dead weight, only has 1/40 stone weight, is higher in safety, has a price less than 1/4 of dry-hanging stone, is low in cost, is pollution-free during construction, has great significance for environmental protection and energy conservation, and is more and more widely used.
The existing water-based multicolor paint system mainly takes an acrylic acid system as a main part, and is matched with special protective glue for the water-based multicolor paint and proper pigments, fillers and auxiliaries, compared with the traditional system, the existing water-based multicolor paint system has great improvement, but still has a plurality of problems, and is more outstanding in storage property and water resistance. At present, part of systems on the market still have the normal temperature storage of no more than one month, the obvious post-thickening phenomenon appears, the low viscosity rises by twenty-thirty KU, the high viscosity even exceeds sixty-seventy KU, and the normal use is greatly influenced; more systems still cannot pass the national relevant detection standards, particularly the detection of the thermal storage stability and the low-temperature stability, and the phenomena of precipitation, layering, water diversion and the like can occur after one week of thermal storage; because the quality of the emulsion, protective glue and some related auxiliary products used in the existing colorful system are different, the water resistance of part of the system has a great problem, after a paint film is dried, the obvious whitening phenomenon appears after soaking in water for three days, and if the paint film is serious, the colorful point particles can fall off; the series of problems can lead to the condition that the product quality can not be ensured, and can generate extremely adverse effects on the normal development of a later-stage colorful system.

1) preparation of the aqueous colorful base paint: adding 550 parts of deionized water and 10 parts of cellulose into a container according to parts by weight for dispersing, then adding 10 parts of titanium dioxide, 100 parts of calcined kaolin, 2 parts of dispersing agent and 3 parts of multicolor protective adhesive powder according to parts by weight, after dispersing for 30 minutes at high speed, sequentially adding 2 parts of pH regulator, 2 parts of defoamer, 2 parts of wetting agent, 10 parts of propylene glycol, 10 parts of film-forming assistant, 150 parts of organic silicon modified acrylic emulsion, 150 parts of inorganic resin mixture and 2 parts of sterilizing preservative according to parts by weight, and stirring for more than 30 minutes to obtain the waterborne multicolor base paint for later use;
2) preparing a multicolor protection glue solution: adding 950 parts of deionized water and 50 parts of colorful protective adhesive powder into a container according to parts by weight, and dispersing at a high speed for more than 1 hour until the solution is uniform and transparent without obvious particles to obtain a colorful protective adhesive solution for later use;
3) preparation of aqueous multicolor continuous phase: adding 500 parts by weight of organic silicon modified acrylic emulsion and 150 parts by weight of deionized water into a container, sequentially adding 10 parts by weight of propylene glycol, 30 parts by weight of a film forming aid, 2 parts by weight of a pH regulator, 2 parts by weight of a defoaming agent, 300 parts by weight of an inorganic resin mixture, 2 parts by weight of a bactericidal preservative and 4 parts by weight of an alkali swelling thickener after stirring, and stirring for more than 30 minutes to obtain an aqueous colorful continuous phase;
4) preparing an inorganic modified water-based multicolor paint: dividing the aqueous multicolor base paint into a plurality of parts, respectively adding different amounts of aqueous color paste for toning to obtain toning base paints of various colors, weighing 400 parts by weight of the toning base paints of various colors according to the proportion, adding the toning base paints of various colors into 300 parts of the multicolor protective glue solution, then putting the solution into a granulator for granulation, controlling the rotation speed and the mesh number of a screen of the granulator to obtain color points of various sizes, then adding 300 parts by weight of aqueous multicolor continuous phase, and uniformly mixing to obtain the inorganic modified aqueous multicolor coating.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cellulose is a mixture of hydroxyethyl cellulose and ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the multicolor protective gum powder is a mixture of modified hectorite and polyvalent phosphate.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the inorganic resin mixture is one or more of low modulus potassium silicate, high modulus potassium silicate, lithium silicate and silica sol.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the coalescent is a dodecyl alcohol ester.

2) preparing a multicolor protection glue solution: adding 950 parts of deionized water and 50 parts of colorful protective adhesive powder consisting of a mixture of modified hectorite and multivalent phosphate into a container according to parts by weight, and dispersing at a high speed for more than 1 hour until the solution is uniform and transparent and has no obvious particles, so as to obtain a colorful protective adhesive solution for later use;
3) preparation of aqueous multicolor continuous phase: adding 500 parts by weight of organic silicon modified acrylic emulsion and 150 parts by weight of deionized water into a container, sequentially adding 10 parts by weight of propylene glycol, 30 parts by weight of a film forming aid consisting of dodecyl alcohol ester, 2 parts by weight of a pH regulator, 2 parts by weight of a defoaming agent, 300 parts by weight of an inorganic resin mixture consisting of one or more of low-modulus potassium silicate, high-modulus potassium silicate, lithium silicate and silica sol, 2 parts by weight of a sterilizing preservative and 4 parts by weight of an alkali swelling thickener after stirring, and stirring for more than 30 minutes to obtain an aqueous colorful continuous phase;
4) preparing an inorganic modified water-based multicolor paint: dividing the aqueous multicolor base paint into a plurality of parts, respectively adding different amounts of aqueous color paste for toning to obtain toning base paints of various colors, weighing 400 parts by weight of the toning base paints of various colors according to the proportion, adding the toning base paints of various colors into 300 parts of the multicolor protective glue solution, then putting the solution into a granulator for granulation, controlling the rotation speed and the mesh number of a screen of the granulator to obtain color points of various sizes, then adding 300 parts by weight of aqueous multicolor continuous phase, and uniformly mixing to obtain the inorganic modified aqueous multicolor coating.
