the detection device of the present invention comprises: the air conditioner outdoor unit comprises a support frame 1 and a contact assembly 2, wherein the contact assembly 2 is movably arranged on the support frame 1, and the contact assembly 2 is arranged opposite to a conveying line 300 for conveying the air conditioner outdoor unit 100 so as to be in contact with the top of the air conditioner outdoor unit 100 by driving the contact assembly 2 to move; a first detecting member 5, the first detecting member 5 being provided on the contact assembly 2 to move with the contact assembly 2; the detection part of the first detection part 5 is arranged towards the top of the outdoor unit 100 to detect whether the top of the outdoor unit 100 has the packaging top cover 200 or not, so as to control the contact assembly 2 to retract when the packaging top cover 200 is not detected; and the second detection part 6, the second detection part 6 and the contact assembly 2 are mutually matched, so that whether the packaging top cover 200 is arranged on the top of the outdoor unit 100 of the air conditioner is judged by detecting whether the contact assembly 2 retracts to a preset position. The detection device provided by the invention detects whether the packaging top cover 200 is placed on the top of the air conditioner outdoor unit 100 or not through the common detection result of the first detection part 5 and the second detection part 6, and early warning is carried out, so that the problem that the packaging top cover falls off in the conveying and transferring process of the air conditioner outdoor unit on a conveying line in the prior art to cause subsequent process operation is solved, the problem of repeated rework in the later period can be effectively solved, and the labor cost and the rework cost are reduced.

1. A detection device, comprising:
a support frame (1);
the contact assembly (2) is movably arranged on the support frame (1), the contact assembly (2) is arranged opposite to a conveying line (300) for conveying an air conditioner outdoor unit (100) so as to be in contact with the top of the air conditioner outdoor unit (100) by driving the contact assembly (2) to move;
a first detection member (5), said first detection member (5) being arranged on said contact assembly (2) so as to move with said contact assembly (2); the detection part of the first detection part (5) is arranged towards the top of the air conditioner outdoor unit (100) to detect whether a packaging top cover (200) exists on the top of the air conditioner outdoor unit (100) or not, so that the contact assembly (2) is controlled to retract when the packaging top cover (200) is not detected;
the second detection part (6) is matched with the contact assembly (2) mutually, so that whether the packaging top cover (200) is arranged on the top of the air conditioner outdoor unit (100) or not is judged by detecting whether the contact assembly (2) retracts to a preset position or not.
2. The detection device according to claim 1, characterized in that the contact assembly (2) comprises:
a connection plate (20), on which connection plate (20) the first detection member (5) is arranged;
the buffer block (21) is arranged on one side, close to the air conditioner outdoor unit (100), of the connecting plate (20) so as to be in contact with the air conditioner outdoor unit (100) through the buffer block (21).
3. The detection device according to claim 1, further comprising:
the fixed plate (4), the contact assembly (2) is installed on the fixed plate (4) and moves under the driving of the fixed plate (4), and the contact assembly (2) is movably arranged relative to the fixed plate (4) and retracts when the contact assembly (2) contacts the air conditioner outdoor unit (100); the second detection part (6) is arranged on the fixing plate (4).
4. The detection device according to claim 3, characterized in that the contact assembly (2) comprises:
-an induction plate (22), said induction plate (22) being intended to cooperate with said second detection member (6) to detect, by means of said second detection member (6), the movement of said contact assembly (2) to said predetermined position when said induction plate (22) is moved to a position opposite to said second detection member (6);
the induction plate (22) is positioned on one side, away from the air conditioner external unit (100), of the fixing plate (4).
5. The detection device according to claim 4, characterized in that the contact assembly (2) further comprises:
the guide rod (23) is movably arranged on the fixing plate (4) in a penetrating mode along the extending direction of the guide rod (23), and the first end of the guide rod (23) is connected with the induction plate (22);
the connecting plate (20) is located on one side, close to the air conditioner outdoor unit (100), of the fixing plate (4), and the second end of the guide rod (23) is connected with the connecting plate (20).
6. The detection device according to claim 5, characterized in that the contact assembly (2) further comprises:
the elastic piece (24) is sleeved on the guide rod (23), and the elastic piece (24) is located between the fixing plate (4) and the connecting plate (20).
