the using process of the device is as follows:

step S300: people put the opening of the jute bag facing the second transmission belt 52 and hang the opening on a bagging hook 62 of a bracket 61 of a bagging part, sugarcane seed stems led out by a discharge hopper 432 can be transported to the bagging part through the second transmission platform 5 and directly fall into the jute bag, the sugarcane seed stems are weighed in real time through an electronic weighing disc 63, the electronic weighing disc 63 gives out a prompt sound effect after the sugarcane seed stems are weighed to reach a set weight standard, and people can replace other jute bags;

After the cut sugarcane seed stems fall to the annular disinfection tank 4 through the first transmission platform 3, the sugarcane seed stems can be mutually separated through the partition plate 72, meanwhile, when the speed regulating motor 731 of the rack 73 is started, the rotating rod 74 can be driven to rotate, the rotating rod 74 is fixed with the partition plate 72 through the connecting rod 741, so that the rotating rod 74 can drive the rotating ring plate 71 to rotate, the sugarcane seed stems are transported from bottom to top, the sugarcane seed stems can be gradually transported from the lower end side to the higher end side of the annular disinfection tank 4, the lower end side of the annular disinfection tank 4 is added with disinfectant, the high end side of the annular disinfection tank 4 is not provided with disinfectant, the sugarcane seed stems can be automatically fished out from the disinfectant, and in the process, the disinfectant leaks through the disinfectant leakage hole 711 and the strip-shaped water leakage groove 721, make the subsidiary antiseptic solution of sugarcane kind stem can be filtered out, and the sugarcane kind stem can block through inner ring baffle 43 in up transportation, transport to 4 high-end one sides in annular disinfection pond back until the sugarcane kind stem, because the opening 431 with 41 looks parallel and level of annular bottom plate is seted up to inner ring baffle 43 high-end one side, at this moment, the sugarcane kind stem no longer is blockked by inner ring baffle 43, the sugarcane kind stem is under the action of gravity, fall into the play hopper 432 of inner ring baffle 43 automatically through opening 431, in process of production, salvage mechanism can be continuous will fall into the sugarcane kind stem of 4 low sides one side of annular disinfection pond toward 4 high-end one side transportation in annular disinfection pond, make the soaking disinfection of sugarcane kind stem and salvage and can realize automatic operation.
Referring to fig. 10, a connecting rod 741 is fixedly connected to a side of the partition 72 close to the inner ring baffle 43.

After the sugarcane seed stems fall into the discharge hopper 432, disinfectant attached to the sugarcane seed stems can further flow into the water collecting ring groove 433, and the bottom surface of the water collecting ring groove 433 inclines from top to bottom from the high end side of the annular disinfection tank 4 to the low end side of the annular disinfection tank 4, so that the disinfectant is gathered towards the low end side of the bottom surface of the water collecting ring groove 433 and flows back into the annular disinfection tank 4 through the water return pipe 434, and the waste of the disinfectant is avoided; when the disinfection liquid in the annular disinfection tank 4 is discharged, people can open the manual ball valve 436, the disinfection liquid can be discharged from the drain pipe 435, and when the disinfection liquid does not need to be discharged, people need to close the manual ball valve 436, so that the disinfection liquid is prevented from flowing out of the drain pipe 435.

By arranging the elastic gear pad 9, the cut sugarcane seed stems can not fall off from the side in the transportation process of the first transmission belt 32 and the second transmission belt 52.
