and step 3: the hoofs after cleaning fall from the turning plate 24, pass through the top of the second water leakage hole 31, draw air from the outside through the starting of the fan 39, are discharged through the exhaust pipe 41, are blown to the hoofs falling from the material turning mechanism 7, take away moisture on the surfaces of the hoofs, enter the water tank inside the cleaning mechanism 5 again through the second water leakage hole 31, and then fall onto the filter plate 9;
