背景技术
以往的唇用化妆料为了赋予光泽,混配有大量油分。而且,为了着色,往往在油分中混配有色料。然而,如果在油分中混配色料,则具有油分的透明性下降这样的缺点。
因此,为了向唇用化妆料赋予水润感,不损害油分的透明性,开发了在水相中包含色料的水包油型乳化唇用化妆料。例如,已知含有包含氢化聚异丁烯的非挥发性烃油等油分、和包含色料的水相的水包油型乳化唇用化妆料(专利文献1)。然而,该水包油型乳化唇用化妆料有时发白,粘度高,水润感有改善的余地。

本发明者们为了解决上述问题而进行了深入研究,结果发现,通过包含特定量的(A)包含(a1)甲基苯基有机硅和(a2)在25℃下与(a1)混合时分离的油分的油分、(B)包含(b1)水性成分和(b2)色料的水性成分、(C)(c1)在25℃下与(a2)混合时溶解的表面活性剂、和(D)包含(d1)具有支链的碳原子数6以上的醇的高级醇,且粘度为7500~50000mPa·s,可获得没有发白,水润感、高温稳定性优异的水包油型乳化唇用化妆料,从而完成了本发明。
即,本发明涉及的水包油型乳化唇用化妆料的特征在于,包含以下(A)至(D),且粘度为7500~50000mPa·s。

在上述化妆料中,(d1)具有支链的碳原子数6以上的醇为异十八烷醇是适合的。
在上述化妆料中,(c1)在25℃下与(a2)混合时溶解的表面活性剂选自失水山梨糖醇单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯山萮基醚、PEG-40硬脂酸酯、PEG-55硬脂酸酯、硬脂酸甘油酯、失水山梨糖醇倍半异硬脂酸酯、PEG-5甘油硬脂酸酯是适合的。

本发明涉及的水包油型乳化唇用化妆料是包含特定量的(A)包含(a1)甲基苯基有机硅和(a2)在25℃下与(a1)混合时分离的油分的油分、(B)包含(b1)水性成分和(b2)色料的水性成分、(C)(c1)在25℃下与(a2)混合时溶解的表面活性剂、和(D)包含(d1)具有支链的碳原子数6以上的醇的高级醇,且粘度为7500~50000mPa·s的水包油型乳化唇用化妆料,可以提供没有发白,水润感、高温稳定性优异的水包油型乳化唇用化妆料。
具体实施方式
((A)油相)
(A)油相需要包含特定量的(a1)甲基苯基有机硅、(a2)在25℃下与(a1)混合时分离的油分。
作为(a1)甲基苯基有机硅,可举出例如,二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、三甲基五苯基三硅氧烷、二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷等。
它们之中,优选包含二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷。
(a1)甲基苯基有机硅的混配量需要相对于化妆料总量为5~70质量%。此外,优选为10质量%以上,进一步优选为15质量%以上。如果(a1)成分的混配量过少,则有时在涂抹时不易分离,不表现光泽持续效果。此外,优选为65质量%以下。如果混配量过多,则有时(a2)成分的混配量过少,与唇的密合性差,光泽持续效果不表现。
(a2)在25℃下与(a1)混合时分离的油分是在唇用化妆料涂抹后、(b1)水性成分挥发后,与唇密合,给予光泽的油分。
“分离”的有无在以下条件下测定。
(测定条件)
在将(a1)与(a2)以(a1):(a2)=1:1(质量比)使用,加温到90℃,搅拌混合,接着静置,混合物变为25℃的情况下,将边界均匀地分离为2层的情况设为“分离”,将半透明的状态、或没有边界而为透明的相容的状态设为“不分离”。
作为(a2)成分,可举出例如,氢化聚异丁烯、氢化聚癸烯、凡士林、季戊四醇酯、液体石蜡、角鲨烷、聚乙烯蜡、微晶蜡等。
作为季戊四醇酯,可举出例如,四(苯甲酸/2-乙基己酸)季戊四醇酯、四(山萮酸/苯甲酸/2-乙基己酸)季戊四醇酯、四-2-乙基己酸季戊四醇酯、六(12-羟基硬脂酸)二季戊四醇酯等。
进而,需要将这些油分以作为(a2)成分整体满足上述分离条件那样的比例混配。
(a2)在25℃下与(a1)混合时分离的油分的混配量需要相对于化妆料总量为5~70质量%。此外,优选为10质量%以上,进一步优选为15质量%以上。如果(a2)成分的混配量过少,则有时(a1)与(a2)难以相分离。此外,优选为65质量%以下。如果混配量过多,则有时(a1)成分的混配量过少,光泽差。
即使混合除(a1)、(a2)以外的油分,如果其量为某范围内,则也可以维持(a1)成分与(a2)成分的相分离状态。因此,在可以维持相分离了的状态的范围,并且在不损害光泽的范围,也可以混配其它油分。
作为这样的油分,可举出例如,二聚体二亚油酸(植物甾醇基/山萮基)酯、二异硬脂酸甘油酯、三羟甲基丙烷三-2-乙基异硬脂酸酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、2-乙基己酸鲸蜡基酯、甘油三异硬脂酸酯、2-庚基十一烷基棕榈酸酯、甲基聚硅氧烷、三异硬脂酸甘油酯、马来酸二异硬脂基酯、月桂酰谷氨酸二(植物甾醇基/辛基十二烷基)酯、环五硅氧烷、苹果酸二异硬脂基酯、异十二烷、三异辛酸甘油酯、二异硬脂酸甘油酯、三乙基己酸三羟甲基丙烷、三异硬脂酸甘油酯等。
((B)水相)
(B)水相需要包含特定量的(b1)水性成分和(b2)色料。
(b1)水性成分通常可以混配能够混配于化妆料的成分。
作为(b1)水性成分,可举出例如,水、水溶胀性增稠剂、保湿剂、防腐剂、分散剂、pH调节剂、消泡剂等。
(b1)水性成分的混配量需要相对于化妆料总量为10~80质量%。此外,优选为15质量%以上。如果(b1)成分的混配量小于10质量%,则有时水润感等使用感差、有时难以混配(b2)色料。此外,优选为60质量%以下。如果超过80质量%,则有时(A)油相过少而光泽差。
(b2)色料由于如果混配于油相则损害油相的透明性,因此在本申请发明中需要混配于水相。在混配于油相的情况下,油相的透明性下降。
作为(b2)色料,可举出例如,水溶性染料、无机颜料、有机颜料等。
作为水溶性染料,可举出红色227号、黄色4号、黄5号、蓝色1号、红色230(1)号等。
作为无机颜料,可举出例如,滑石、高岭土、云母、绢云母(sericite)、白云母、黑云母、金云母、合成云母、二氧化硅、沸石、硫酸钡、烧成硫酸钙、烧石膏、磷酸钙、氟磷灰石、羟基磷灰石、陶瓷粉末、的无机粉末;二氧化钛、氧化锌等无机白色系颜料;氧化铁(氧化铁红)、钛酸铁等无机红色系颜料;γ-氧化铁等无机褐色系颜料;氧化铁黄、黄土等无机黄色系颜料;氧化铁黑、碳、低价氧化钛等无机黑色系颜料;锰紫、钴紫等无机紫色系颜料;氧化铬、氢氧化铬、钛酸钴等无机绿色系颜料;群青、藏青等无机蓝色系颜料;氧化钛被覆云母、氧化钛被覆氯氧化铋、氧化钛被覆滑石、着色氧化钛被覆云母、氯氧化铋、珠光石等珠光颜料等。
作为有机颜料,可举出例如,红色202号、红色205号、红色220号、红色228号、红色405号、橙色203号、橙色204号、黄色205号、黄色401号、蓝色404号、红色3号、红色104号、红色227号、红色401号、橙色205号、黄色4号、黄色202号、绿色3号、蓝色1号等锆、钡、铝色淀等。
(b2)色料的混配量需要相对于化妆料总量为0.01~10质量%。此外,优选为0.1质量%以上。如果(b2)成分的混配量小于0.01质量%,则有时唇不能充分地上色。此外,优选为5质量%以下。如果超过10质量%,则有时水润感差。
((C)包含(c1)和(c2)的表面活性剂)
(C)包含(c1)和(c2)的表面活性剂需要包含特定量的(c1)在25℃下与(a2)混合时相对于(a2)溶解1质量%以上的表面活性剂。在混配(c2)蔗糖脂肪酸酯的情况下,需要为0.3质量%以下,但更优选不混配。
作为(c1)在25℃下与(a2)混合时溶解的表面活性剂,是在25℃下与(a2)以1:1(质量比)混合时溶解的表面活性剂。
作为具体例,可举出例如,失水山梨糖醇单硬脂酸酯、POE(20)失水山梨糖醇单硬脂酸酯、POE(20)失水山梨糖醇单月桂酸酯、POE(20)失水山梨糖醇油酸酯等聚氧乙烯失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、POE(20)山萮基醚、POE(10)山萮基醚、POE(30)山萮基醚等聚氧乙烯山萮基醚、PEG-40硬脂酸酯、PEG-55硬脂酸酯、硬脂酸甘油酯、失水山梨糖醇倍半异硬脂酸酯、PEG-5甘油硬脂酸酯等。
它们之中,优选使用失水山梨糖醇单硬脂酸酯、POE(20)失水山梨糖醇单硬脂酸酯、POE(20)山萮基醚。
(c1)在25℃下与(a2)混合时溶解的表面活性剂的混配量需要相对于化妆料总量为2.5~5.8质量%。此外,优选为4质量%以上,更优选为4.5质量%以上。如果表面活性剂的混配量过少,则有时高温稳定性差。如果表面活性剂的混配量过多,则有时通过粘度上升而使用感差。
(c2)蔗糖脂肪酸酯的混配量需要相对于化妆料总量为0~0.5质量%。此外,更优选为0.1质量%以下,特别优选不包含。通过蔗糖脂肪酸酯的混配,涂抹颜色出现发白,因此有时透明感差。
((D)包含(d1)的高级醇)
(D)成分需要包含特定量的(d1)具有支链的碳原子数6以上的醇。
作为(d1)具有支链的碳原子数6以上的醇,可举出例如,异十八烷醇、辛基十二烷醇、己基癸醇、癸基十四烷醇等。
在水包油型化妆料中,通常,高级醇被添加于油相,但对于本发明的水包油型乳化唇用化妆料,优选添加于水相。
(d1)具有支链的碳原子数6以上的醇的混配量优选为0.5%以上,更优选为1%以上。如果混配量过少,则有时高温稳定性差。
本发明涉及的水包油型乳化唇用化妆料的粘度需要为7500~50000mPa·s。粘度优选为10000mPa·s以上,特别优选为15000mPa·s以上。如果粘度过低,则有时高温稳定性差。粘度优选为30000mPa·s以下。如果粘度过高,则有时水润感差。
本发明的水包油型乳化唇用化妆料可以应用于唇蜜等液态口红、固体口红、唇美容液、唇遮瑕膏等。
实施例
举出实施例对本发明进一步详述,但本发明不受这些实施例任何限定。另外,在以下实施例中,只要混配量没有特别记载,就由质量%表示。
首先,显示在本发明中使用的评价方法。
评价(1):粘度
使用B型粘度计,在常温下测定。
评价(2):发白
专业评审员1名在唇涂抹试样,评价了刚涂抹后的唇的发白。
(评价基准)
S:没有发白。
A:有一点发白。
B:发白明显。
C:发白非常明显。
评价(3):水润感
专业评审员1名在唇涂抹试样,评价了刚涂抹后的水润感。
(评价基准)
S:非常有水润感。
A:有水润感。
B:没有水润感,发粘。
评价(4):高温稳定性
A:在高温下完全看不到乳化颗粒的聚结。
B:在高温下略微看到乳化颗粒的聚结。
C:在高温下显著看到乳化颗粒的聚结。
关于高温稳定性,将评价B以上设为适当范围。
本发明者们通过常规方法调制下述表1所示的水包油型乳化唇用化妆料,基于上述评价基准(1)~(4)进行了评价。将结果示于表1中。

(*6):NIKKOL BB-20(日光ケミカルズ社制)
(*7):DK酯S-160N(第一工业制药社制)
根据试验例1-1,可知如果水包油型乳化唇用化妆料中的蔗糖脂肪酸酯的混配量多,则虽然高温稳定性优异,但是发白和水润感差。
虽然通过减少蔗糖脂肪酸酯的混配量,从而获得发白和水润感优异的水包油型乳化唇用化妆料,但是高温稳定性差(试验例1-2、1-3)。
可知虽然通过增加(c1)在25℃下与(a2)混合时溶解的表面活性剂的混配量,可以改善高温稳定性,但是水润感下降(试验例1-5、1-6)。
可知通过将混配的高级醇置换成具有支链的碳原子数6以上的醇,从而能够不降低高温稳定性地改善水润感,也能够使粘度低(试验例1-7、1-8)。
此外,在本发明中,通过作为(c1)表面活性剂,使用失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯系表面活性剂、聚氧乙烯失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯系表面活性剂(聚山梨酯60等)、和聚氧乙烯山萮基醚系表面活性剂(山萮醇聚醚-20等)中的至少任二种以上、优选为三种,从而可以获得特别优异的水润感、高温稳定性。
因此,在本发明涉及的水包油型乳化唇用化妆料中,需要包含特定量的(A)包含(a1)甲基苯基有机硅和(a2)在25℃下与(a1)混合时分离的油分的油分、(B)包含(b1)水性成分和(b2)色料的水性成分、(c1)在25℃下与(a2)混合时溶解的表面活性剂、和(D)包含(d1)具有支链的碳原子数6以上的醇的高级醇。
本发明者们通过上述制造方法调制下述表2所示的水包油型乳化唇用化妆料,基于上述评价基准(1)~(4)进行了评价。将结果示于表2中。

根据表2,(c1)在25℃下与(a2)混合时溶解的表面活性剂的混配量如果为2.37质量%(试验例2-3)则不充分,为2.5质量%以上,优选为3.0质量%以上。关于混配量的上限,没有特别限制,但即使超过6质量%进行混配,效果的提高也不太显著。
此外,关于粘度,为7500mPa·s以上可以获得高温稳定性(试验例2-1),如果为4200mPa·s(试验例2-3)则高温稳定性变得不充分。
如果也一并考虑上述表1的结果,则粘度为7500mPa·s以上,优选为10000mPa·s以上,特别优选为15000mPa·s以上。
Claims (4)
1.一种水包油型乳化唇用化妆料,其特征在于,包含以下(A)~(D),且粘度为7500~50000mPa·s,
(A)包含(a1)和(a2)的油分
(a1)选自二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、三甲基五苯基三硅氧烷、二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷和苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷中的甲基苯基有机硅5~70质量%
(a2)选自氢化聚异丁烯、氢化聚癸烯、凡士林、季戊四醇酯、液体石蜡、角鲨烷、聚乙烯蜡和微晶蜡中的在25℃下与(a1)混合时分离的油分5~70质量%
(B)包含(b1)和(b2)的水性成分
(b1)水性成分10~80质量%
(b2)为水溶性染料、无机颜料或有机颜料的色料0.01~10质量%
(C)包含(c1)且不包含(c2)蔗糖脂肪酸酯的表面活性剂
(c1)选自失水山梨糖醇单硬脂酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯山萮基醚、PEG-40硬脂酸酯、PEG-55硬脂酸酯、硬脂酸甘油酯、失水山梨糖醇倍半异硬脂酸酯、PEG-5甘油硬脂酸酯中的在25℃下与(a2)混合时相对于(a2)溶解1质量%以上的表面活性剂2.5质量%以上
(D)包含(d1)的高级醇
(d1)异十八烷醇0.5质量%以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水包油型乳化唇用化妆料,其特征在于,在所述化妆料中,(a2)在25℃下与(a1)混合时分离的油分为氢化聚异丁烯、氢化聚癸烯和凡士林。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的水包油型乳化唇用化妆料,其特征在于,在所述化妆料中,
所述水溶性染料是红色227号、黄色4号、黄5号、蓝色1号或红色230(1)号,
所述无机颜料是滑石、高岭土、云母、绢云母、白云母、黑云母、金云母、合成云母、二氧化硅、沸石、硫酸钡、烧成硫酸钙、烧石膏、磷酸钙、氟磷灰石、羟基磷灰石、陶瓷粉末的无机粉末;二氧化钛、氧化锌的无机白色系颜料;氧化铁即氧化铁红、钛酸铁的无机红色系颜料;γ-氧化铁的无机褐色系颜料;氧化铁黄、黄土的无机黄色系颜料;氧化铁黑、碳、低价氧化钛的无机黑色系颜料;锰紫、钴紫的无机紫色系颜料;氧化铬、氢氧化铬、钛酸钴的无机绿色系颜料;群青、藏青的无机蓝色系颜料;或者氧化钛被覆云母、氧化钛被覆氯氧化铋、氧化钛被覆滑石、着色氧化钛被覆云母、氯氧化铋、珠光石的珠光颜料,
所述有机颜料是红色202号、红色205号、红色220号、红色228号、红色405号、橙色203号、橙色204号、黄色205号、黄色401号、蓝色404号、红色3号、红色104号、红色227号、红色401号、橙色205号、黄色4号、黄色202号、绿色3号或蓝色1号的锆、钡、铝色淀。
4.权利要求1或2所述的水包油型乳化唇用化妆料,其特征在于,在所述化妆料中,(c1)在25℃下与(a2)混合时溶解的表面活性剂选自失水山梨糖醇单硬脂酸酯、聚山梨酯60和山萮醇聚醚-20。
