背景技术
随着电动汽车的发展,锂离子电池成为目前电动汽车的一个重要发展方向,由于汽车电池包所需能量高,往往需要由上千个电芯连接,且由于汽车所需放电电流大,电芯发热严重,对电池安全造成很大的隐患。云母片是天然的无机防火材料,具有很好的耐热性,被广泛地运用于新能源汽车电池包的防火隔热。云母片的安装可以通过胶带粘贴在需要的位置,提高电池的生产效率。但云母片表面较为粗糙,现有的胶带初粘性不够且耐温性差,粘接不牢,易松脱。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种初粘性和耐温性好的云母片胶带及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:提供一种云母片胶带,包括依次连接的离型纸,胶水层,绵纸和胶水层;
所述胶水层由以下重量份原料组成:聚合物:100份;低软化点萜烯树脂:5-10份;纳米二氧化硅:3-5份;氧化锌:3-5份;硅烷偶联剂:1-2份;石蜡1-2份;异氰酸酯固化剂:0.5-1份;
所述聚合物由以下原料组成:丙烯酸:5-8份;丙烯酸异辛酯:30-32份;丙烯酸羟乙酯:3-5份;醋酸乙烯:12-14份;醋酸乙酯:50-55份。

步骤1:将如下重量份原料:丙烯酸:5-8份;丙烯酸异辛酯:30-32份;丙烯酸羟乙酯:3-5份;醋酸乙烯:12-14份;搅拌混合得到混合产物;
步骤2:将混合产物在反应炉中放入醋酸乙酯:50-55份,打开搅拌,通入氮气,升温至65-70℃得聚合物;
步骤3:将以下重量份原料:聚合物:100份;低软化点萜烯树脂:5-10份;纳米二氧化硅:3-5份;氧化锌:3-5份;硅烷偶联剂:1-2份;石蜡1-2份;异氰酸酯固化剂:0.5-1份;搅拌混合后制得成品胶水;
步骤4:在绵纸一面涂覆成品胶水,再贴合离型纸,之后再在绵纸另一面涂覆成品胶水,再贴合离型纸,得云母片胶带。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明所得云母片胶带用于新能源电池中云母片固定,胶带具有快速浸润性,贴合云母片后能快速渗透云母片中与其结合,在云母片上实现高粘接效果,胶带离型纸具有很轻的离型力,撕除时能轻松带走离型纸而不影响胶体。本发明云母片胶带两个胶水层之间设置绵纸层,胶水层与绵纸之间的粘接力强,避免了两个胶水层之间粘接不牢导致松脱。胶水层添加低软化点萜烯树脂增粘,并配合纳米二氧化硅和氧化锌起到分散并提高胶带耐热稳定性的作用,硅烷偶联剂也进一步提高胶水的附着力和热稳定性,使所得云母片胶带粘接力强耐温性好。

本发明有益效果:本发明胶水层中添加的低软化点萜烯树脂是性能优良的工业增粘材料,使所得胶带初始粘结效果和持粘性强,不易老化变脆,耐高温作用好;本发明的纳米二氧化硅和氧化锌均匀的分散在丙烯酸聚合物内,使胶体耐热而不会降低其力学强度。带环氧集团的硅烷偶联剂,可与绵纸上的羟基作用,提高了胶水层和绵纸之间的粘接力。硅烷偶联剂也进一步提高胶水的附着力和热稳定性,使所得云母片胶带粘接力强耐温性好。

由上表看出,实施例1-3制得的云母片胶带具有良好的剥离强度和初粘性,且耐高温性能好。本发明云母片胶带在云母片粘接中,24小时即能实现出色的浸润,拥有出众的“填坑”能力,因此非常适合粘接云母片粗糙、不平整的表面,贴合云母片后能快速渗透云母片中与其结合,在云母片上实现高粘接效果和热稳定性。
