Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of animal science, in particular to a composition and application thereof in improving the production performance of laying poultry.
Background
With the development of modern egg-laying poultry intensive cultivation, the egg-laying poultry production performance becomes a constantly concerned problem for farmers and operators, and the high-density and high-intensity production enables the egg-laying poultry to be in a high-stress sensitive state, so that the immunity of the egg-laying poultry is reduced, the gastrointestinal tract digestion and absorption capacity is reduced, the egg-laying poultry production performance is clinically shown as reduced egg production rate, reduced egg quality, thin-shell eggs, spotted eggs, eggshell eggs and the like, and great economic loss is caused to the egg breeding industry.
The quality requirements of contemporary people on egg products are continuously improved, while the traditional antibiotics can improve the growth and immune functions of egg-laying poultry and improve the egg quality, but the excessive use of the antibiotics in the egg-laying poultry breeding industry brings about a plurality of side effects, such as the problems of flora imbalance, drug resistance enhancement, drug residue and the like, and even harms the health of livestock bodies and human beings. Therefore, the development of more novel safe and nontoxic medicines or feed additives which can effectively improve the production performance of laying fowls is urgently needed.
In CN113057260A, a feed additive for enhancing the anti-stress ability of breeding ducks in the egg producing period and a preparation method thereof are also disclosed, and the feed additive is specifically mentioned to comprise the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 3-5 parts of isochlorogenic acid, 1-3 parts of tributyrin, 2-4 parts of acetyl glucosamine benzoate and 6-9 parts of puffed chickpea powder. The additive is added into feed for breeding ducks, so that the body constitution, the resistance, the adaptability to external factor changes such as material change, illumination increase and the like of the breeding ducks and the anti-stress capability after egg laying can be effectively enhanced, and the overall duck breeding economic benefit is improved. However, the additive has no obvious effect on improving the production performance and intestinal health of the laying poultry, and particularly, the additive cannot effectively improve the quality of eggs and reduce bad eggs.
