Preparation of salpingitis model: the laying hens are sequentially grabbed out, the two legs are respectively fixed by a ring finger, an index finger, a little finger and a thumb of a left hand, the palm centers of the hands are tightly attached to the tail ends of the sternums of the laying hens, then the hands are erected, the backs of the laying hens are tightly attached to the chests of the laying hens, the chicken heads face downwards, and the cloaca faces upwards. Then, the thumb and the 4 fingers of the right hand stretch across the two sides of the cloaca in a splayed shape, press down slightly, push upwards with the left hand supporting the breast of the hen at the same time, so that the mouth of the oviduct can be turned over, and the poison worker injects the phenol adhesive used for molding into the uterus of the oviduct, wherein 1mL of the phenol adhesive is used for each feather chicken.
Examination of salpingitis model: after the model is built, the laying hens have twitching, pain and uneasy sitting and lying, the eggshells of the produced eggs have bloodstains, and the number of inferior eggs is increased. The cloaca of the laying hens is congested and swollen, nearby feathers are polluted by yellow-white secretion, the abdomen of the laying hens is landed, and the laying hens are difficult to lay eggs.
And after the eggs are subjected to virus exposure for 24 hours, observing whether the symptoms exist, and performing virus exposure and molding again on the laying hens which are not successful in molding. And observing the egg laying condition of the laying hens for 48 hours, and counting the bad egg ratio.
1.2 test animals
Grouping laying hens: 360 feather laying hens in the laying period without obvious diseases are selected and randomly divided into 6 groups, each group contains 60 feathers, and the groups are divided into 3 repeats. Group I is feed added with antibiotic (amoxicillin); II. III and IV are respectively fed with the feed added in the groups 1, 2 and 3; group V is a model group, and only modeling is performed without treatment; group VI was a control group and was not treated.
1.3 serum factor detection
Serum anti-inflammatory factor and immunoglobulin: each group randomly selected 10-feather chickens, collected blood, centrifuged at 3000r/min for 10min at 4 deg.C, and serum was separated. The contents of TNF-alpha, IFN-gamma, IL-6 and IL-8 in serum are respectively detected by an ELISA method.
1.4 statistical analysis of data:
one-way analysis of variance was performed on all experimental data using SPSS 20 software.
1.5 test results
The results are shown in figure 1, and it can be seen from figure 1 that after the molding is successful, after the feed is used for one week, the amoxicillin groups, examples 1, 2 and 3 can obviously reduce the levels of proinflammatory factors TNF-alpha, IFN-gamma, IL-6 and IL-8.
Second, test for verifying treatment effect on salpingitis of laying hens in later period of laying
2 materials and methods
2.1 test drugs

The test period was 7 days.
2.3 serum factor detection
After the test is finished, 10 chickens are randomly selected in each group, blood is collected from veins under chicken wings, serum is separated, and the contents of serum anti-inflammatory factors TNF-alpha, IFN-gamma, IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 are detected.
2.4 statistical analysis of data:
one-way analysis of variance was performed on all experimental data using SPSS 20 software.
