Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of poultry feed, in particular to a complete feed and premix for promoting the body shape and skeleton development of laying chicks and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Laying hen breeding is an important component of livestock husbandry in China, and the number of laying hens in China is only 11 hundred million up to 2018, which is the first in the world. The young layer of egg, especially the layer before 21 days old, has weak ability of resisting diseases and adverse environment due to the problems of insufficient development of enzyme system, imperfect development of digestive system and immune system, etc.; meanwhile, the chicks are sensitive to the reaction of certain substances in the feed, such as deficiency, excess, allergen or toxin; in addition, the stomach and muscular stomach of the laying hen have weak grinding force and the digestive tract lacks certain digestive enzymes at the stage, thereby increasing the burden of the digestive system of the laying hen.
In order to meet the requirements of rapid weight increase and skeleton development of the laying chicks, high-protein and high-energy feeds are usually fed on the breeding; however, due to the imperfection of the digestive system and the immune system of the laying hens at the stage, the shortage of endogenous emulsifier secreted by the laying hens is caused, and the trace absorption, particularly the absorption of calcium, is inhibited, so that the development of body types and bones of the laying hens is inhibited, the problems that the laying hens are too heavy in weight and the shank length does not reach the standard are often caused, and the production potential of the laying hens is influenced.
The shank length of the laying chicks is an important index reflecting the development of the skeleton and the body shape of the chickens. Research shows that the body type and the egg yield of the chicken are related to each other to a certain extent, the length of the shin is an important index reflecting the body type of the poultry, and the variation of the length of the shin after the body of the laying hen is mature is very small, so that the growth and development conditions of the body type are reflected to a certain extent. Researchers find that the weight and the productivity of the chicken depend on the development degree of bones to a certain extent, and the development of the bones is positively correlated with the weight of eggs laid by the laying hens and the strength of eggshells; the length of the shin is strongly positively correlated with the weight and the egg weight, and the length/the weight of the shin is negatively correlated with the egg laying number and the egg weight. The body shape uniformity is the external embodiment of the growth and development conditions of the poultry and is an important index for reflecting the group feeding management level and the nutrition formula reasonability; the body weight of the laying hens in the breeding stage and the uniformity of group development are positively correlated to the later-stage egg yield. Therefore, the length and the uniformity of the shin of the laying hen reflect the egg number and the egg quality to a certain extent.

And (3) experimental design: 1600 helan brown shell laying hens with good health condition and similar birth weight at 0 week age are selected in the test, and are randomly divided into 4 treatment groups, namely a control group, a treatment group 1, a treatment group 2 and a treatment group 3, wherein each group is divided into 4 repetitions, and each repetition comprises 100 chickens; the control group feeding diet is complete feed prepared according to a commercial premix recommended nutrition formula, and the treatment groups 1-3 are prepared according to the premix formula in the examples 1-3; the premix of the control group is purchased from 5 percent premix of egg-laying chicks of Hongyao biotechnology limited in Henan, with the code number of 2300X. The temperature and the feeding management of the henhouse during the test are carried out according to the manual of feeding management of the Hailan brown shell laying hens; the specific complete feed formula is shown in table 1:
the test time is 7 months and 10 days to 8 months and 23 days in 2019; test site: henan Fuqiao poultry farming Co.
Shank length measurement method: the perpendicular distance from the top of the tarsal joint to the bottom of the paw was measured with a vernier caliper, where the measurement required the length of the tibia to be measured with the stomp bent at a right angle and the toe perpendicular to the tibia.
Uniformity determination method: the test chicken flocks were weighed at the end of 6 weeks and then the percentage of the total number of the weighed chickens was calculated as the number of chickens whose weight distribution was within 10% of the average weight.
Test results and analysis
As can be seen from Table 2, compared with the control group, the uniformity, the weight and the feed intake of the laying chicks can be obviously improved by feeding the premix provided by the invention at the age of 7-42 days: (P< 0.01); remarkably reduces the death rate of the egg chicks (P< 0.01). Therefore, compared with the commercial feed, the premix and the complete feed for the chicks prepared by the invention can obviously improve the feed intake and the weight of the chicks, reduce the death and culling rate, effectively improve the uniformity of chicken flocks and improve the shank length of the 42-day-old egg chicks.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in the specific parameters of the embodiments may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and a plurality of specific embodiments are formed, which are common variations of the present invention, and will not be described in detail herein.
