Description

用于使玻璃管变形的装置
本发明涉及一种使玻璃管变形的装置,该装置具有两个可装入旋转工具的成型工具,成型工具可在相对设置的方向上挤压软化的玻璃管外周,从而使玻璃管形成与其形状相对应的收缩。
现有技术中的装置用在以玻璃管制造瓶子的玻璃加工机器中,用以形成瓶颈。德国专利DE1796100 B2所建议的装置具有成对设置的悬臂的成型辊,这些辊可在相对的方向上来回移动并且在成型过程中钳状包围玻璃管长轴地向该长轴移动。这种成型在辊子和由于热作用软化的玻璃管之间基本上是线接触。如经验所知,玻璃管的不规则性,尤其是壁厚的波动均会导致玻璃管颈的实际值远远超过其许用值。
本发明的目的在于改进所述装置的成型精度。根据本发明如此实现上述目的,在这种装置,两个成型工具之一是包围着玻璃管和另一个由辊子构成的成型工具的环。
根据本发明的装置的优点是,与现有装置相比其对玻璃管许用值的偏离的反应明显地小。由于这种改进了的工作方式,在构成环的外成型工具与软化的玻璃管之间形成与线接触相比变大的接触区域,并且在外成型工具的内表面和玻璃管的外表面之间于楔形缝隙的区域中形成角度减小。

图1中的序号1是玻璃管,在公知的玻璃加工机器上可将这种玻璃管制成玻璃瓶。图中表示用于制成玻璃管1的瓶颈用的成型工具在成型过程结束时所处的位置。成型工具由一个辊子2和一个包围着辊子2的环3构成。由开始未示出的电机轴4将沿箭头5方向的转动引入辊子2中,而三个相同的沿箭头7方向转动的驱动辊8,9和10用于沿箭头6方向驱动环3,这些驱动辊支撑着环3并共同由另一台未示出的电机驱动,用于驱动辊子2和环3的电机的转速被调整成,在成型工具和玻璃管1之间为一种滚动运动。
将辊子2的轴4支撑在可沿双箭头11往复运动的滑板12上,而将驱动辊8、9、10以及由这些辊子所支撑的环3的轴13,14和15沿双箭头16的方向以分别与滑板12的运动反向的方式支撑在滑板17上。滑板12和17还可以由提升滑板18驱动在双箭头19的方向上上下移动。可以用公知的方法驱动滑板12,17和18,在此不对这些公知的方法予以图示或描述。
在成型过程中,就象通常熟知的那样,将一个冲头20压入玻璃管1的下部开口端中。

Claims (7)

1.用于改变玻璃管形状的装置,具有两个可转动的成型工具,该工具可以在相对的方向上挤压软化的玻璃管的外周,从而使其形成与该工具形状一致的收缩,其特征在于,两个成型工具之一是包围着玻璃管(1)和由辊子(2)所构成的另一个成型工具的环(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,构成的环(3)的成型工具通过至少三个在环的圆周上分布的驱动辊(8、9、10)支撑。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,用于构成环(3)的成型工具的驱动辊(7,8,9)的轴(13,14,15)支撑在滑板(17)上,该滑板可以垂直于玻璃管(1)的纵轴往复移动。
4.如前述权利要求之一或多个所述的装置,其特征在于,构成辊子(2)的成型工具的轴(4)支撑在滑板(12)上,该滑板可以垂直于玻璃管(1)的纵轴往复移动。
5.如权利要求3和4所述的装置,其特征在于,两块滑板(12,17)可以在相反的方向上移动。
6.如权利要求1至5之一或多个所述的装置,其特征在于,成型工具(2,3)由一块提升滑板(18)驱动上下移动。
7.如权利要求1至6之一或多个所述的装置,其特征在于,将冲头(20)驱入玻璃管(1)的开口中。
