Description

Fermentation type anion salt additive for perinatal dairy cows as well as preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of animal feed. More particularly, relates to a fermented anionic salt additive for perinatal dairy cows as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The perinatal period is the transition of the dairy cattle entering the next production cycle, the dairy cattle need to undergo a series of huge physiological changes such as dry milk, parturition and lactation, and the lactation peak comes before the ingestion peak, so that the organism is in an energy negative balance and a hypocalcemic nutritional stress state, and 80% of the morbidity and mortality of the dairy cattle can occur in the period, therefore, in the diseases of the dairy cattle in the perinatal period, hypocalcemia is a main cause of milk heat production, and meanwhile, hypocalcemia can cause retained afterbirth, displacement of true stomach, mastitis and even influence the reproductive performance after delivery.
The regulation and control of the daily ration anion-cation difference value (DCAD) is an important measure for preventing milk fever of dairy cows in perinatal period in recent years, and when the DCAD is a negative value, hypocalcemia can be effectively prevented, and postpartum diseases can be reduced. Common anion salts for adjusting DCAD include magnesium sulfate, magnesium chloride, ammonium sulfate, calcium chloride and the like, but because the DCAD has bitter taste, the palatability of daily ration is influenced by adding the anion salts into the daily ration of dairy cows in the early perinatal period, the dry matter feed intake of the dairy cows is reduced, and the using effect of the anion salts is influenced. Meanwhile, the existing anion salt additive products in the market are expensive, so that the feeding cost of the dairy cows can be increased, and the production income can be reduced.
The invention patent of CN105981922A discloses a method for preparing cow anion salt with high palatability, which is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 25-30 parts of compound amino acid complex magnesium, 25-30 parts of coated magnesium sulfate, 25-30 parts of coated ammonium chloride, 10-30 parts of fermented soybean meal or fermented products, and 0.1-0.15 part of other compound organic trace elements. The patent application utilizes the coating technology to coat the anionic salt to cover the bad smell of the anionic salt, although the coating mode can improve the palatability of the anionic salt, the coating process needs to sterilize the coated carrier at high temperature and dry the coated product, and the production processes are not only complicated, but also consume huge productivity, which can increase the production cost of the product and further increase the feed cost.
Therefore, how to improve the palatability of the anionic salt, increase the use effect of the anionic salt, save the production process flow and reduce the cost becomes a problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a fermented anionic salt additive for perinatal cows, which is low in cost and good in palatability, and which has the effect of improving the health of cows.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the fermented anionic salt additive for the perinatal dairy cows, which is simple to operate.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide the use of the above mentioned fermented anionic salt additive for perinatal cows.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, the invention provides a fermented anionic salt additive for perinatal dairy cows, which is prepared by fermenting the following raw materials in percentage by weight: the weight ratio of the anionic salt to the molasses to the matrix raw material is 0.1-0.3:0.05-0.1:1, and the bacterial liquid used for fermentation is added into the fermentation raw material according to the volume fraction of 5-10%.
In the invention, most ions of the anion salt can be used for the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, for example, ammonium salt can be used as a nitrogen source of the microorganisms, and the influence of ammonium ions in the ammonium salt on palatability can be eliminated through the biological nitrogen fixation effect of the microorganisms, namely the microorganisms convert ammonia nitrogen in the ammonium salt into mycoprotein; sulfate is the main sulfur source for microbial synthesis of cysteine; magnesium is an important component of cell structure. According to the invention, the anionic salt and a specific amount of bacterial liquid are mixed and fermented, so that the problem of poor palatability of the anionic salt can be effectively improved. In addition, after the cations in the fermentation type anion salt additive are utilized by the microorganisms, the anions are supplemented under the condition of not increasing the cations, so that the DCAD value is further reduced, and the action effect of the anion salt is improved.
In the invention, the anion salt can be one or more of ammonium chloride, magnesium sulfate, ammonium sulfate or ammonium chloride.
Preferably, the dosage of each anionic salt is 10-80 parts of ammonium chloride, 30-50 parts of magnesium chloride, 5-50 parts of magnesium sulfate, 1-15 parts of ammonium sulfate and 1-20 parts of calcium chloride.
According to a specific embodiment of the present invention, the anion salt used may be, but is not limited to, consisting of the following components in parts by weight: 50-80 parts of ammonium chloride and 20-50 parts of magnesium sulfate. Or 10-80 parts of ammonium chloride, 30-50 parts of magnesium chloride, 5-50 parts of magnesium sulfate, 1-15 parts of ammonium sulfate and 1-20 parts of calcium chloride. Or 1-20 parts of calcium chloride and 20-50 parts of magnesium sulfate. Or 20-80 parts of ammonium chloride and 1-15 parts of ammonium sulfate. Or 10-80 parts of ammonium chloride, 5-50 parts of magnesium sulfate, 1-15 parts of ammonium sulfate and 1-20 parts of calcium chloride.
Further, in the fermented anionic salt additive for the perinatal dairy cows, the matrix raw materials comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-60 parts of bran, 20-60 parts of corn bran, 5-20 parts of corn, 5-20 parts of soybean meal and 78-30 parts of DDGS 10. The purpose of selecting the substrate raw materials is that the combination of the raw materials comprises not only protein feed, energy feed and some miscellaneous meal, the addition of the protein feed and the energy feed not only provides a nutrition substrate for the growth and the propagation of microorganisms, but also decomposes macromolecular substances into micromolecular substances through microbial metabolism, decomposes and metabolizes substances which are difficult to decompose and be utilized by organisms in the miscellaneous meal, and improves the absorption and utilization rate of nutrition.
Further, in the fermented anionic salt additive for the perinatal dairy cows, the bacterial liquid is a mixed bacterial liquid of lactobacillus plantarum, saccharomyces cerevisiae and bacillus subtilis. Because the additive is not dried in the process of preparing the additive, the additive not only has ions with anion salt efficacy, but also has live bacteria beneficial to the health of the dairy cow organism, and the product contains plant lactic acid bacteria, saccharomyces cerevisiae and bacillus subtilis, can produce bioactive substances such as polysaccharide, polypeptide, cellulose and the like, activates the immunity of the organism, improves the rumen environment, improves the digestion capacity and promotes the health of the rumen. The product has unique sour flavor after fermentation, and stimulates animals to eat.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a preparation method of the fermented anionic salt additive for the perinatal dairy cows, which comprises the following steps:
(1) respectively preparing plant lactobacillus bacteria liquid, saccharomyces cerevisiae bacteria liquid and bacillus subtilis liquid, wherein the concentration of the strains in each single bacteria liquid is respectively as follows: the lactobacillus plantarum is more than or equal to 1.0 multiplied by 109CFU/ml, Saccharomyces cerevisiae is not less than 1.0 × 1010CFU/ml, Bacillus subtilis greater than or equal to 1.0 × 109CFU/ml; then mixing the three kinds of bacteria liquid according to the volume ratio of 1:1:1 to prepare mixed bacteria liquid;
(2) mixing anionic salt, molasses and matrix raw materials according to the weight ratio of 0.1-0.3:0.05-0.1:1, adding the mixed bacterial liquid prepared in the step (1) into fermentation raw materials according to the volume fraction of 5% -10%, and performing tank type or bag type fermentation to obtain the microbial fertilizer.
In the method, the fermentation conditions in the step (2) are 30-40 ℃ and the fermentation lasts for 3-7 days.
Optionally, the bagged fermentation uses a fermentation bag with a one-way breather valve.
Optionally, the water content of the fermentation type anion salt additive prepared by the method is less than or equal to 40.0%.
In addition, the invention also claims the application of the fermentation type anion salt additive for the perinatal dairy cows. Test examples
1. The purpose of the test is as follows: through comparative experiments, the influence of anion salts with different addition levels (DCAD) and the fermented anion salt additive on the dry matter feed intake, urine pH value and postpartum metabolic diseases of the perinatal dairy cows is researched.
2. Test animals: in the test, 70 Holstein cows in the perinatal period (21 +/-2 d before parturition) which are clinically healthy and good in body condition are selected and randomly divided into 7 groups of 10 cows in each group, namely a blank control group, a control group I and a test group I (example 1), a control group II and a test group II (example 2), and a control group III and a test group III (comparative example 1). The blank control group is used for feeding conventional daily ration of a pasture, the control groups I, II and III are used for feeding daily ration (the addition amount of the anionic salt is 0.2-0.35 kg/head/day) added with anionic salt at different levels in the conventional daily ration, and the test groups I, II and III are used for feeding daily ration (the addition amount of the fermentation type anionic salt additive is 1-2 kg/head/day) added with the fermentation type anionic salt additive at different levels in the conventional daily ration by the dairy cows.
3. The composition and nutritional level of the total mixed ration for the pasture are shown in table 1. Feeding at 06:00-09:00 and 16:00-18:00 before parturition, and freely drinking water. After calving, the cow of the control group and the cow of the test group are fed with the same daily ration formula of the newly-produced cow, and the daily ration comprises the following components: 65% of concentrate supplement, 5.3% of oat grass, 7.7% of alfalfa and 22% of corn silage. The test period is 80 days from pre-calving (21 + -2 d) to 60d after calving.

4. Collecting a sample:
4.1 determination of dry matter feed intake: the amount of feed added and the amount of feed left are accurately weighed every 3 days from 21 days before delivery, and the amount of feed taken in each group is calculated every day until delivery. 4.2 urine sample collection: from the first 21 days of calving to parturition, 10ml urine samples were collected from 3 groups of cows every 5 days and measured using a portable ph meter.
5. The experimental results are as follows:
5.1 Effect on dry matter feed intake: as can be seen from fig. 1, the control group and the fermentation type anionic salt additive test group, to which different levels of anionic salt were added, both had lower dry matter intake at the start of the test than the blank control group, which may be caused by a change of raw material; the average dry matter feed intake of the control groups added with different levels of anionic salts shows a descending trend along with the increase of the addition amount of the anionic salts, when DCAD reaches-10 meq/100g, the average dry matter feed intake is reduced by 2.4 kg compared with that of the blank group, even if a single cow only shows food refusal, while the average dry matter feed intake of the DCAD-1meq/100g and the test groups of-5 meq/100g of the fermentation type anionic salt additive has no significant difference compared with that of the blank control group; the average dry matter intake for the fermented anionic salt additive test group was higher than the anionic salt control group at the same DCAD level. From the above results, it can be seen that the addition of the fermented anionic salt additive to the present invention provides a useful enhancement in anionic salt palatability in a commercial ration formulation at the anionic salt level added in the present invention.
5.2 Effect on cow urine pH: as can be seen from fig. 2, the urine pH values of each control group and each test group of the fermentation type anion salt additive added with different levels of anion salt were significantly lower than those of the control group compared with the blank control group; as the addition amount of the anion salt is increased, the control group and the fermentation type anion salt additive test group added with different levels of anion salt have a gradually-decreasing trend. The pH of urine was not significantly different between the test group of the fermentative anionic salt additive and the control group of the anionic salt at the same level of DCAD. In the whole test period, the pH value of urine of a blank control group is changed between 7.5 and 8.0, the average pH value of urine is 7.63, the pH value of urine of each test group is changed between 5.29 and 6.95, and when DCAD is-10 meq/100g, the pH value of urine of a cow is less than 5.50, almost approaches the metabolic acidosis state of the body, the pressure of kidney acid discharge is increased, and negative effects on the body of the cow are caused. From the test results, the acidification effect of the fermentation type anion salt additive is consistent with the effect of the formula of the ration produced by directly adding the anion salt.
5.3 effects on health status: as can be seen from table 2, the total number of onset of the placebo group was 17, which was higher than that of each of the other groups; except rumen acidosis, the difference of the total number of the fermented anionic salt additive test group and the control group of the anionic salt is not obvious under the condition of the same DCAD level, which shows that the prevention effect of the fermented anionic salt additive test group on postpartum diseases is the same as that of the control group of the anionic salt under the condition of the same DCAD level; the total number of the diseases of the DCAD-5meq/100g group is obviously lower than that of the DCAD-1meq/100g group, and the difference is not obvious compared with the DCAD-10meq/100g group, so that the prevention effect on the postpartum diseases can be realized when the daily ration DCAD-5meq/100g is adopted; and with the gradual reduction of the DCAD value, the number of cows with rumen acidosis after the delivery of the cows is obviously increased. Test results show that after the dairy cows eat the anion daily ration, the postpartum conditions of the dairy cows are obviously improved, the postpartum diseases of the dairy cows can be obviously reduced when the DCAD of the daily ration formula is-5 meq/100g, and compared with a common anion daily ration formula, the daily ration formula for the enclosed production added with the fermentation type anion salt additive can improve the health condition of rumens and prevent the occurrence of rumen acidosis.
