The common cause of this disease is that the fetus is not excessive due to either insufficient endowment or weak constitution. The pathogenesis of the disease is mainly caused by kidney deficiency and fetal failure or kidney deficiency and fetal loss. In addition, it is also caused by deficiency of qi and blood, malnutrition of the fetus, yin deficiency, blood heat and heat damaging the fetus. Modern medicine considers that the causes of the diseases are corpus luteum insufficiency, hypothyroidism and the like. In the treatment method, formulas such as kidney tonifying and strengthening pill, Taishan rock powder and the like are commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine, progesterone is generally given to the modern medicine according to corpus luteum function deficiency, 10-20 mg is injected into the muscle every day, and the traditional Chinese medicine is applied from pregnancy signs to 10 weeks of pregnancy. In clinical practice, the traditional Chinese medicine therapy and progesterone injection have 20-30% of inefficiency.
Therefore, a traditional Chinese medicine capable of effectively treating spontaneous abortion is needed.

Examples of the experiments
(ii) toxicity test
35 healthy experimental mice with the weight of 18 +/-2 g are adopted and randomly divided into 7 groups, wherein the experimental groups 1-6 are intragastrically infused by adopting the traditional Chinese medicine composition prepared in the embodiments 1-6 of the invention for 1 time every day and continuously for 3 months, and the experimental group 7 is a blank experimental group. The observation of the diet, water intake, urination, mental status, weight gain and other conditions of the animals during the test period is normal; after 90 days, one of the mice in each experimental group is respectively selected for dissection, hematology and blood biochemistry indexes are checked, organs such as heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, testis (epididymis), ovary, uterus, duodenum, brain, adrenal gland, thyroid gland and thymus of the animal are dissected and weighed immediately after blood collection, and organ weight coefficients (organ coefficients) are calculated according to body weight. The change of the viscera is observed by naked eyes, then the viscera is fixed by 10 percent formaldehyde solution, the tissue section of the viscera is made, the pathological and histological changes of the viscera are examined by a microscope, and the influence of the immunopotentiator on the liver and kidney functions of the rat is observed without obvious abnormality. Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine composition has higher safety in clinical application.
(II) clinical trials
176 patients with a history of spontaneous abortion were admitted to the hospital from 10 months to date in 2015, and the age was 21-35 years old.
Diagnostic criteria: spontaneous abortion occurs 3 or more times in succession, and it behaves as general abortion and can be divided into early and late abortion, with early abortion occurring before 12 weeks gestation and late abortion after 12 weeks gestation. The clinical symptoms are that little bleeding occurs in the vagina in the early stage, or slight lower abdominal dull pain occurs, the bleeding can last for days or weeks, and the blood volume is low. In late stage abortion, vaginal bleeding increases, abdominal pain worsens, and abortion is inevitable when the cervical orifice is already dilated and even the cervical orifice is blocked by a fetal bundle.
The patients were divided into 8 groups according to the treatment time of the hospital, wherein the results of the groups 1-6 taking the Chinese medicinal composition prepared in the embodiments 1-6 of the present invention and the groups 7-8 taking the Chinese medicinal composition prepared in the embodiments 1-6 of the present invention are shown in table 1.
Standard of efficacy assessment the standard of efficacy:
and (3) healing: clinical symptoms disappeared, embryos developed normally by B-ultrasonic examination, and pregnancy reached more than 28 weeks by follow-up, or normal infants had been delivered.
The effect is shown: the clinical symptoms are obviously relieved, the embryo development is normal by B ultrasonic examination, and the gestation period is more than 28 weeks.
And (4) invalidation: after treatment, the clinical symptoms are unchanged or worsened, and the B-ultrasonic examination of the embryo stops or develops poor hair growth, and the embryo is aborted in the original gestational month or the pregnancy is terminated before 28 weeks.
Total effective rate (recovery + significant effect)/total number x 100%.

Figure BDA0003336164820000131
As can be seen from Table 1, the Chinese medicinal composition prepared in the embodiments 1 to 6 of the present invention has a good therapeutic effect on patients who have suffered from spontaneous abortion or have constitutions resulting from spontaneous abortion. The effect difference between the comparative example 1 and the comparative example 2 is small, and the effective rate is obviously lower than that of the experimental groups 1-6.
Typical case 1, Zhangyi, woman, age 29, nurse in Hospital, pregnancy two and a half months after marriage, i.e. vaginal bleeding, abortion which is ineffective by using a traditional tocolysis method, second fetus after age 32, bleeding again after three months, and finally normal boy produced by the hospital after recuperation by the formula of example 1.
Typical cases 2, Liu is certain, women are 35 years old, and are miscarriage after marriage, the birth confidence is lost when the pregnancy lasts 40-60 days, the traditional Chinese medicine conditioning is carried out in a hospital immediately after the pregnancy, the formula of the invention in the embodiment 2 is taken from 35 days of the pregnancy until the pregnancy lasts for 3 months, the B-ultrasonography prompts that the fetus grows normally, the curative effect is consolidated after the fetus continues to be taken for 2 months, and finally a woman in the middle of birth is produced.
In conclusion, the embodiment of the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating spontaneous abortion and a preparation method thereof. The inventor thinks that the reasons for the unconsolidation of the fetal origin of the pregnant woman are excess and deficiency, the excess causes yang exuberance and blood heat to damage the fetal origin, the deficiency causes yin blood deficiency, yin deficiency and fire excess to burn the fetal origin, and the combination of the two causes habitual abortion. Therefore, the invention adopts the cortex dictamni and the stachys japonica for clearing heat and cooling blood, dispelling wind and removing toxicity, and matches with the scorched gardenia for reducing blood pressure and protecting liver, mainly treats blood heat on the basis of protecting the liver and kidney of pregnant women, and the cortex dictamni, the stachys japonica and the stachys japonica are monarch drugs; radix curcumae, costustoot and tribulus terrestris are used for promoting qi circulation and removing blood stasis, and activating blood and dispelling wind, and green tangerine peel is used for removing food retention and resolving stagnation, pinellia is used for relieving distension and fullness and dissipating stagnation, and the assistant monarch drugs are used for playing the effects of calming the liver and resolving depression, and promoting qi circulation and dissipating stagnation, and are used as ministerial drugs together; the perilla head, the villous amomum fruit flower, the wheat and the platycladi seed are matched to play the effects of warming spleen and promoting appetite, tonifying deficiency and soothing nerves, strengthen the body of a parent body and serve as adjuvant drugs; finally, liquorice is used for blending, and rhizoma cyperi is used for guiding the medicines to the focus of infection as a guiding medicine. The traditional Chinese medicine composition is used together, and can regulate the problems of blood heat and insufficient yin blood of pregnant women on the basis of protecting liver, tonifying spleen and kidney, strengthening and soothing nerves from deficiency to excess, thereby solving the disease of spontaneous abortion.
The preparation method is simple, has obvious effect and has good social benefit.
The embodiments described above are some, but not all embodiments of the invention. The detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is not intended to limit the scope of the invention as claimed, but is merely representative of selected embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
