This comparative example differs from example 1 in that: in the comparative example, honey is not added, and the extracting solution is directly concentrated and then mixed with the madder powder and the combined spicebush root powder to prepare the pill.
Experimental example 1
200 clean SD rats with the weight of 200 +/-20 g and half of male and female are selected, after the rats are fed adaptively for 10 days, tail vein blood is taken, the blood lipid level is detected, the influence of unhealthy experimental animals on experimental results is eliminated, the rats are randomly divided into 10 groups according to the weight and the sex and then are fed in cages, the groups are respectively 1-10 experimental groups, and 30 rats are fed in each group. Each group of rats was first given 370 ten thousand IU/kg of vitamin D, gavaged within 3 days, and then fed with high-fat diet to create a dyslipidemia animal model.
The administration is started on the 3 rd day after the model building, wherein the experimental groups 1 to 9 respectively adopt the traditional Chinese medicine compositions prepared in the embodiments 1 to 6 and the comparative examples 1 to 3 to perform the gastric lavage and the feeding, each 2 g/day, the experimental group 10 is a blank control group, the rest of the food and the drinking water are the same, and the administration is continuously performed for 30 days. After 30min after the last meal, rats in each group are anesthetized by 3ml/kg of 25% urethane intraperitoneal injection, after 30min, the rats in each group are respectively fixed on the back, the abdominal cavity is cut open, and 5ml of blood is taken from abdominal aorta to serve as a blood fat index. Blood is collected from the abdominal aorta for 5ml, centrifuged at 5000 rpm/min for 10min by a centrifuge, and serum is prepared. AST was detected using aspartate Aminotransferase (AST) activity detection kit (Sigma-Aldrich), and the results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
As can be seen from Table 1, the traditional Chinese medicine compositions prepared in examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-3 can significantly reduce the AST content compared with the control group, which indicates that the traditional Chinese medicine compositions have treatment effects on vascular diseases. Among them, the effects of embodiments 1 to 6 are particularly preferable.
Similarly, it can be seen from the experimental effects of comparative example 2 and example 1 that even though the same raw materials are used, the effects are greatly different because the dosage of the combined spicebush root is obviously reduced and the compatibility principle is changed.
Experimental example 2
From 10 months to 2020 and 10 months in 2015, 375 patients suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are treated by adopting the formula of the embodiment 1-6, the specific symptoms are coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, arrhythmia and the like, the age is 30-75 years old, the patients are taken according to the medical advice, and the treatment effect is counted after 1 month in one treatment course and 3 treatment courses.

the method has the following advantages: the discomfort symptoms are relieved or significantly reduced;
and (4) invalidation: the treatment effect is the same as that before treatment;
effective rate (effective case + curative case)/experimental case.
Wherein 241 cases are cured, 128 cases are effective, 6 cases are ineffective, and the total effective rate is 98.4 percent. Among them, the effect is particularly the best in example 1, and the effective rate reaches 100% in five years.
