Kidney-nourishing blood-nourishing paste
Technical Field
The invention relates to a Chinese medicinal compound preparation for regulating menstruation, assisting pregnancy and preventing miscarriage and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Women have special physiological and pathological changes in different stages of menstruation, pregnancy, birth, lactation and the like, and are easy to consume qi and hurt blood, damage liver and kidney, and damage thoroughfare and conception vessels, and modern women bear heavy burden in various aspects of work, families and society, strain and emotional pressure easily cause viscera dysfunction and imbalance of qi, blood, yin and yang, so that various diseases such as irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, infertility, habitual abortion and the like are caused. Irregular menstruation is the most common disease in gynecologic clinical practice in traditional Chinese medicine, and infertility and the like caused by irregular menstruation, while menstruation regulation is the characteristic and the advantage of gynecologic in traditional Chinese medicine. However, many menstrual diseases need to be treated for a long time, are difficult to see success for a short time, and need a relatively simple medicine to meet the requirements of patients. For the treatment of menstrual disorder, expecting therapy or hormone such as progestational therapy, female-progestational therapy and the like is generally adopted in western medicine, but the problems of repeated disease after stopping taking medicine, or incapability of taking medicine due to contraindications such as thrombosis risk, estrogen-dependent tumor and the like exist in part of patients exist. Therefore, it is expected by the clinical gynecologist to find a safer and more effective method for improving menstruation and treating menstrual diseases.
Women have no children and can be adjusted to make children feel a new child because of irregular menstruation. Irregular menstruation is usually the precursor of infertility. Regulating menstruation is also essential for seeds. In the Su Wen (plain questions), the regulation of yin and yang is based on the peace period, which embodies the essence of the traditional Chinese medicine. Regulating menstruation, no drastic drugs need to be administered, and the physiological and pathological characteristics of women need to be taken care of, so as to comply with the functional characteristics of the body at different periods and restore the balance of qi, blood, yin and yang. Zhang Liang Ying professor treats irregular menstruation, the frequency of using tonics and qi-tonifying blood is high, the effect of kidney essence and kidney qi on pregnancy is emphasized, the tonics take the kidney-tonifying herbs as the core, and on the basis, the syndrome differentiation and treatment are performed by examining the cause. However, many patients may have fertility requirements while regulating menstruation, and the prescription should be taken in consideration of the possibility of pregnancy due to improvement of the condition after the patients take the medicine.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a Chinese medicinal preparation for regulating menstruation, assisting pregnancy and preventing miscarriage, which has the aim of clinical treatment by tonifying kidney, nourishing blood and regulating menstruation.
The kidney nourishing and blood nourishing paste is characterized by comprising, by weight, 10-50 parts of semen cuscutae, 10-40 parts of morinda officinalis, 10-30 parts of epimedium, 10-30 parts of cistanche, 10-30 parts of eucommia ulmoides, 10-50 parts of teasel roots, 10-50 parts of glossy privet fruits, 10-50 parts of mulberries, 10-50 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 10-30 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 10-30 parts of Chinese yams, 10-30 parts of angelica sinensis, 10-30 parts of white paeony roots, 6-40 parts of radix rehmanniae recen and 6-30 parts of dendrobium nobile.
The prepared dodder and morinda root salt can enter the kidney channel to play a role of tonifying the kidney when being used as a medicine.
The preparation is a soft extract, and the preparation process comprises the following steps:
s1, decocting: soaking decoction pieces in the preparation in water for 1-4 hr, decocting for 2-3 times, filtering decoction after each decoction for 1-2 hr, squeezing decoction dregs, mixing squeezed liquid and filtered decoction, standing, clarifying, and filtering;
s2, concentrating: heating and concentrating the decoction to obtain fluid extract;
s3, refining honey: dissolving Mel in water, filtering, and heating and decocting to obtain refined Mel;
s4, collecting paste: adding refined honey into the clear paste, adding 300 g of refined honey into every 1000 g of clear paste, stirring, heating and decocting to obtain the paste in a white thread state.
The clear paste is concentrated and is dripped on mulberry paper, and the best condition is that no water seeps around the dripping.
In the honey refining process, honey is heated until light yellow glossy billowing uniform fine bubbles appear, the honey is twisted by hands to have viscosity, and no white thread appears optimally when two fingers are separated.
In the paste collecting process, the refined honey is added and then is stirred clockwise, and foams on the liquid surface need to be fished out when the paste is heated.
The white thread making is that the paste liquid is dripped on the forefinger to be twisted with the thumb together, and the white thread with the length of about 2cm can be pulled out.
The soft extract is prepared, subpackaged in clean, dry and sterilized wide-mouth containers, covered and sealed after being sufficiently cooled, and stored in a shade place.
In the formula, semen cuscutae, cistanche, morinda officinalis and epimedium are used as monarch drugs, eucommia ulmoides, teasel roots, glossy privet fruits and mulberry are used as a first group of ministerial drugs, codonopsis pilosula, bighead atractylodes rhizome and Chinese yam are used as a second group of ministerial drugs, and radix rehmanniae, dendrobe, white paeony root and angelica are used as a third group of ministerial drugs and adjuvant drugs.
The preparation of the invention takes tonifying kidney and nourishing blood as main treatment methods. The reason for tonifying the kidney is that traditional Chinese medicine considers that the generation of menstruation is dominated by the kidney. The term "kidney-qi exuberance", "Tian Dec until", "ren Tong Chong Sheng", "uterus zang Xie", and "the moon is in the lower time", wherein the kidney-qi exuberance is the root. As described in foucault girl: "menstrual blood is the water of the first day, which comes from the kidney". The theory of kidney-sex-Chong-ren-uterus axis which is generally agreed by modern traditional Chinese medicine and used for regulating the menstrual cycle starts from the aspects of western medicine endocrine and nervous system regulation, the sex-stimulating hormone in traditional Chinese medicine is considered to be similar to various nerve regulating hormones secreted by the gonads, and the function of "being in the free circulation and the exuberance" in traditional Chinese medicine comprises the function of the gonads. Therefore, for the treatment of menopathy, attention is paid to tonifying kidney essence to regulate the axis of kidney-Tiandeca-Chong-ren-uterus to recover the function of "Chong-Sheng", and improve the reproductive endocrine. The kidney governs reproduction, discharges kidney through water and is the root of female growth and reproduction, the deficiency of the kidney is the common syndrome type of many gynecological diseases, and the tonifying kidney is an important treatment method for treating gynecological diseases. Therefore, the dodder, the cistanche, the morinda officinalis and the epimedium are used as the monarch in the formula, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the effects of tonifying the kidney, replenishing essence, tonifying thoroughfare and conception vessels, nourishing blood and regulating menstruation. Eucommia bark, teasel root, glossy privet fruit and mulberry are taken as a first group of ministerial drugs, the endocrine function can be improved by regulating the balance between kidney-sex-stimulating-uterus, the therapeutic effect is played by improving the function of hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis, and the yin-yang balance state of the organism is maintained. The ministerial drug can strengthen the effects of invigorating kidney, replenishing essence and nourishing blood of the monarch drug, treat irregular menstruation, especially in the later stage of menstruation, hypomenorrhea and consumptive disease belonging to patients with spleen and kidney deficiency and deficiency of qi and blood, and can strengthen the body resistance and Chong root to consolidate the constitution.
The spleen and stomach are the acquired root, so the food and medicine depend on qi to collect juice, generate essence and transform. The medicines for tonifying the kidney, replenishing essence, nourishing the blood and benefiting the marrow are slightly greasy, are easy to obstruct the spleen and the stomach, have thin gastrointestinal essence, are not resistant to nourishing, have no nourishing effect at present if the medicines are not combined with products for tonifying the spleen and the stomach, have the symptoms of fullness, abdominal distension and loose diarrhea, are in the same source of qi and blood, and are homologous with the spleen and the kidney, so the codonopsis pilosula, the bighead atractylodes rhizome and the dioscorea opposita thumb are taken as a second group of ministerial medicines, are capable of tonifying the spleen, replenishing qi, assisting transportation and transformation, are nourished in the future, are innate, and prevent the paste from nourishing the greasy and obstructing the stomach.
The female is damaged by blood and yin deficiency due to the fact that the female produces milk frequently during pregnancy, so that radix rehmanniae, dendrobium, radix paeoniae alba and angelica sinensis are used as a third group of ministerial drugs and adjuvant drugs, and the radix rehmanniae can clear heat and cool blood, promote the production of body fluid and moisten dryness; herba Dendrobii has effects of benefiting stomach, promoting fluid production, nourishing yin and clearing heat; angelica has soft and moist property, and has the functions of replenishing blood and regulating blood, regulating menstruation, relieving pain, moistening dryness and lubricating intestines; white peony root, radix Paeoniae alba has the actions of nourishing blood, regulating nutrient, relieving spasm and pain, astringing yin and calming liver.
The medicines can nourish blood, regulate nutrient, nourish liver, nourish yin, clear heat and promote fluid production, are used together with the kidney-tonifying essence-replenishing yang-warming medicines to nourish yin and yang and to supplement water and fire, and can be used as adjuvant medicines to assist other medicines to warm and warm so as to prevent the paste from warming dryness, transforming heat and damaging yin. And collecting the paste with honey, and decocting to obtain the final product, wherein the medicines have the effects of treating liver, spleen and kidney, regulating qi, blood, essence and body fluid, tonifying yin and yang, and regulating both deficiency and excess.
The preparation of the invention is prepared into soft extract, is one of the traditional dosage forms of pill, powder, ointment, pill and the like in traditional Chinese medicine, is an important method for regulating and treating diseases, is a unique regulating and nourishing mode in traditional Chinese medicine, and has double effects of nutrition and nourishing as well as disease prevention and treatment.
The compatibility of the preparation of the invention is characterized in that the preparation does not cause excessive heat to cause movement of the liver and cause inflammation, or causes cold and cool to defeat the spleen and stomach, not only does not cause too much greasy taste to hinder transportation and transformation, but also does not cause too much ascending and scattering to cause no essence storage.
