近年来随着人们生活条件的变化,患高血压的人数也在逐渐增加,而我国高血压患者中H型高血压约为80.3%,H型高血压是指高血压的同时有血里头的血同型半胱氨酸水平升高,超过10微摩尔每升,就叫做H型的高血压。血同型半胱氨酸水平升高可以带来很多的危害,可以使血脂变成氧化型的,就不容易被机体清除出去,容易导致动脉粥样硬化。另外,它还会产生氧自由基造成内皮的损伤,而导致动脉粥样硬化发生。H型高血压血同型半胱氨酸水平升高的话,心脑血管事件的发生是大的增加的。
近几年来,通过膳食营养干预技术预防、改善代谢性慢病越来越受到重视, 市场上的各类营养粉也琳琅满目,有简单的营养补充,主要以奶粉和豆奶粉为主, 也兴起了很多代餐粉,成分各异,有粗粮的种子粉碎混合而成,有添加真菌子实体粉,有药食两用的材料粉碎混合而成,这些营养粉都具有一定的营养功能,但是没有为解决某种或某类疾病专门设计,也没有对应的膳食结合。
发明内容
本公开为了解决上述问题,提出了一种叶酸甜菜碱复合粉及其制备方法。
本公开的目的是提供一种叶酸甜菜碱复合粉及其制备方法,降低血同型半胱氨酸水平的升高,进而降低高血压患者心脑血管疾病的发作。

一种叶酸甜菜碱复合粉包含以下重量份原料:复合维生素0.02份、甜菜碱 0.1份、大麦苗粉0.6份、猕猴桃粉0.6份、西兰花粉0.6份、莴苣粉0.6份、低聚异麦芽糖粉6.6份、麦芽糊精粉87.3份和草莓果汁粉3.21份。
所述粉盒维生素包括维生素B6、维生素B12和叶酸。
一种叶酸甜菜碱复合粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将复合维生素、甜菜碱、大麦苗粉、猕猴桃粉、西兰花粉、莴苣粉、低聚异麦芽糖粉、麦芽糊精粉和草莓果汁粉根据重量份原料进行称量;
步骤二、将复合维生素粉碎过筛100目;
步骤三、将复合维生素、甜菜碱、大麦苗粉、猕猴桃粉、西兰花粉、莴苣粉、低聚异麦芽糖粉、麦芽糊精粉和草莓果汁粉放入V型混料机进行混合,设置预混速度10转/分钟,混合时间15分钟;
步骤四、将混料机中的物料根据理论装量范围进行分装。

3、本公开中含有大麦苗粉、猕猴桃粉、西兰花粉和莴苣粉,能够阻止胆固醇氧化,防止血小板凝结,因而减少患心脏病与中风的危险。

步骤二、将复合维生素粉碎过筛100目;

单摄入高剂量叶酸,可使血同型半胱氨酸水平下降17%;单摄入维生素B12, 可使血同型半胱氨酸水平下降19%;摄入叶酸和维生素B12,可使血同型半胱氨酸水平下降57%;同时摄入叶酸、维生素B12和维生素B6,可使血同型半胱氨酸水平下降60%。然而,想要获得理想效果,就离不开甜菜碱,因为甜菜碱可将有害的血同型半胱氨酸转化为人体最好的甲基携带者。
