Abstract
The invention provides a sugarcane biological seed stem coating agent and a preparation method thereof. The seed stem coating agent has the advantages of being ecological and environment-friendly, and being capable of effectively improving the emergence rate and the tillering rate of the sugarcane.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of sugarcane cultivation, and particularly relates to a sugarcane biological seed stem coating agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Sugarcane is an important sugar crop in China, and the planting area of the sugarcane in China exceeds 2000 ten thousand mu. The sugarcane is easy to be infected by diseases and insect pests in the planting process, wherein a plurality of important diseases and insect pests are easily transmitted through seedlings, such as pineapple diseases, smut, virus diseases and the like, and a plurality of sugarcane borers, sugarcane powder scale insects and the like are easily transmitted through the seedlings. One third of the area in China needs to be planted again every year, and the seed consumption is large. The problems of low germination rate, low tillering rate, easy pest and disease damage and the like of the sugarcane are easily caused by poor treatment of the sugarcane seedlings or unhealthy seedlings.
Ten drops of water and essential balm are the names of common Chinese patent medicines. The ten drops of water are a summer-heat dispelling agent, are prepared from camphor, dried ginger, rhubarb, fennel, cinnamon, pepper and eucalyptus oil, have the effects of strengthening spleen and dispelling summer-heat, and are mainly used for dizziness, nausea, bellyache and gastrointestinal discomfort caused by sunstroke. The essential oil mainly comprises menthol, camphor, clove powder, essential balm and the like, and is used for treating headache, dizziness and carsickness caused by mosquito bites and common cold. The research shows that: the ten-drop water and the tall oil fern have certain insecticidal and bactericidal effects, but the ten-drop water and the tall oil fern are not reported to be applied to prevention and control of plant diseases and insect pests in agriculture.
The most economic and effective measure for preventing the diseases and insect pests from being transmitted by the sugarcane seeds is to adopt chemical agents to carry out seed soaking and disinfection treatment on the sugarcane seeds. However, with the implementation of national pesticide and fertilizer reduction policies and the increasingly prominent problems of large pollution, long residue and the like of chemical agents, the development of environment-friendly, efficient and safe agents becomes a current focus.
