本申请提供了帘式涂布不干胶标签水溶性胶水的制作工艺及其应用,其包含环保生物表面活性剂鼠李糖脂或十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚以及流变助剂BYK‑410。本申请的胶水能有效改善帘式涂布稳定性,减少调整和停机带来的电力浪费和废水污染;配合水溶性离型剂,组成了环保且高质量的不干胶生产工艺。

帘式涂布不干胶标签水溶性胶水的制备工艺
技术领域
本申请涉及不干胶标签制造领域和胶水制造领域,具体地,本申请提供了一种帘式涂布不干胶标签水溶性胶水及其应用。
背景技术
不干胶标签广泛应用于医药、日化、物流以及日常生活领域,是目前应用最广泛的特种纸之一(按照压敏胶标签协会的统计,目前我国年产量已达到甚至超过了50亿平方米)。不干胶标签由底纸、离型涂层、胶水涂层、面材等部分组成。相比较为陈述的纸张和离型剂,胶水及其涂布方式是不干胶标签中研究和生产中更受关注的因素。
不干胶标签用胶水类型主要包括热熔胶、溶剂胶、水性胶等。热熔胶的适用范围较为有限,溶剂胶虽然适用范围最好但胶水中有机溶剂等成分对环境不友好且价格较高,水性胶的主要问题在于粘附性能,特别是在低温、水渍、油渍等不利情况下的粘附性能不足。
相比辊轮涂布、狭缝涂布等方式,帘式涂布是胶水涂布方式最快速的一种,而且在均匀性、稳定性等方面也有良好的表现。但帘式涂布对胶水和操作水平都有着很高的要求,如有不妥时很容易出现种种帘幕不稳定的情况,随之而来的停机和调整不仅浪费大量时间和电能,也会增加废水废料的产生。
因此,本申请中有不断改进不干胶标签水溶性胶水以及涂布方法的需求。
发明内容
申请人对帘式涂布中的不稳定现象成因,特别是胶水表面张力、高剪切下流变特性进行了研究,尝试使用表面活性剂和流变助剂改善涂布中的不稳定现象,发现加入表面活性剂鼠李糖脂或十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚以及流变助剂BYK-410能有效改善帘式涂布稳定性;此外环保型生物表面活性剂鼠李糖脂的使用不仅可以改善帘式涂布稳定性,而且能有效提高不干胶标签产品初粘性能。
一方面,本申请提供了一种帘式涂布不干胶标签胶水,其包含表面活性剂和流变助剂。
进一步地,其中流变助剂选自毕克BYK系列流变助剂。
进一步地,其中流变助剂为毕克BYK-410流变助剂。
进一步地,表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠配合鼠李糖脂或十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚。
进一步地,所述帘式涂布不干胶标签胶水由以下成分组成:甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸、羟甲基丙烯酰胺、十二烷基硫酸钠、过硫酸铵、表面活性剂和流变助剂。
进一步地,各成分的份数分别为甲基丙烯酸甲酯:40份、丙烯酸丁酯:35份、丙烯酸乙酯:22份、丙烯酸:8份、羟甲基丙烯酰胺:3份、十二烷基硫酸钠:2份、过硫酸铵:0.8份、去离子水:60份、鼠李糖脂1份、BYK-410 2份。
另一方面,本申请提供了表面活性剂和流变助剂在制备帘式涂布不干胶标签胶水中的应用。
进一步地,其中助变剂为毕克BYK-410流变助剂,表面活性剂为十二烷基硫酸钠配合鼠李糖脂或十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚。
另一方面,本申请提供了一种不干胶标签胶水的帘式涂布方法,其中使用了上述胶水。
另一方面,本申请提供了一种不干胶标签,其中包含上述胶水。
本申请中的胶水不局限于实施例中所列具体配方,其他胶水,特别是水溶性胶水也可加入表面活性剂和流变助剂后构成本申请的技术方案。
本申请中的试剂不局限于具体生产厂商,相应标注符合造纸、胶水要求的各厂商产品均可以采用。

具体实施方式
鼠李糖脂,四川三森生物,型号R90;
十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚:上海化谊;
流变助剂BYK-410,德国毕克;
甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸、羟甲基丙烯酰胺、十二烷基硫酸钠、过硫酸铵为常规国产种类;
底纸和普通亚光纸面材由松炀公司自制;
离型剂为东莞鸿风硅材料有限公司的无溶剂型环保离型剂,5辊涂布于底纸上;
小型/试验型帘式涂布机,济南初创机电设备有限公司,CHTB-02。
实施例1胶水配方
水性胶水基础配方为申请人先前经过长时间使用验证的配方:甲基丙烯酸甲酯:40份、丙烯酸丁酯:35份、丙烯酸乙酯:22份、丙烯酸:8份、羟甲基丙烯酰胺:3份、十二烷基硫酸钠:2份、过硫酸铵:0.8份、去离子水:60份。制备方法包括预乳化液制备和加入引发剂进行乳液聚合的步骤。
对于胶水配方的修改,申请人尝试了大量的不同配方,在本申请文件中仅选取部分代表性的实例展示:
胶水1:上述基础配方;
胶水2:上述基础配方+鼠李糖脂1份;
胶水3:上述基础配方+十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚2份;
胶水4:上述基础配方+BYK-410 2份;
胶水5:上述基础配方+鼠李糖脂1份+BYK-410 2份。
实施例2胶水对帘式涂布稳定性的改善效果
使用上述小型/试验型帘式涂布机测试各种胶水配方的最小成帘流量(即不出现不成帘,T形帘或帘幕孔洞的情况),结果如下表所示:

结果表明,在SDS的基础上增加鼠李糖脂或十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚,均能有效的降低最小成帘流量,增加不干胶标签纸胶水涂布过程其他因素的操作空间和整体涂布稳定性。单独使用BYK-410并无明显的效果,但BYK-410和鼠李糖脂或十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚对两者的效果有明显的进一步提升作用。

根据先前的研究,后跟(ferse)现象的出现原因主要在于高纸帘速比下剪切流变特征的变化,其具体机理尚未完全明确。上述结果显示,鼠李糖脂表面活性剂的加入有效增加了最大涂布量,BYK-410和鼠李糖脂的配合进一步增加了鼠李糖脂的效果,进而可以有潜力提高涂布,特别是高涂布车速下的稳定性。
实施例3实际应用情况
在前期实验的技术上,我们选择了向水性胶水中加入鼠李糖脂1份+BYK-410 2份的技术方案用于一条实际铜版纸不干胶标签生产线,在2周的运行测试时间中,机器平均生产效率(生产时间-非计划内停机时间/生产时间)由94.5%提高至96.2%,废水量减少了约28%。
此外,我们发现,鼠李糖脂和YK-410的加入在改善涂布稳定性的同时,没有恶化不干胶贴纸的基本粘贴性能(快粘力、24小时最终粘贴力、拉毛、低温性能),甚至还在一定程度上提高了标签纸产品的快粘,由先前的14.5N增加到16.2N,(环形法,参考FINAT/全球不干胶标签制造商协会的标准:25摄氏度,50%RH下将200mmx25mm测试条放置4小时;移除背材,胶面向外粘成环形;环形末端10mm夹拉力器夹具后垂直放置,以300mm/min的速度将环与测试版贴合25mmx25mm面积后立即以同样的速度回复,记录分离环和测试板过程中的最大力,5次平均值)。

1.一种帘式涂布不干胶标签水溶性胶水,其特征在于,所述帘式涂布不干胶标签水溶性胶水由以下成分组成:甲基丙烯酸甲酯:40份、丙烯酸丁酯:35份、丙烯酸乙酯:22份、丙烯酸:8份、羟甲基丙烯酰胺:3份、十二烷基硫酸钠:2份、过硫酸铵:0.8份、去离子水:60份、鼠李糖脂1份、BYK-410 2份。
2.一种不干胶标签胶水的帘式涂布方法,其特征在于,所述不干胶标签胶水的帘式涂布方法中使用了根据权利要求1所述的帘式涂布不干胶标签水溶性胶水。
3.一种不干胶标签,其特征在于,所述不干胶标签包含根据权利要求1所述的帘式涂布不干胶标签水溶性胶水。
