Abstract
本发明公开了一种纳米化特比萘芬甲擦剂的制备方法,将特比萘芬原料药进行纳米化制备;制备甲擦剂基质,并加入助渗剂;将纳米化的特比萘芬原料药与加入助渗剂的甲擦剂基质混合,制备成纳米特比萘芬外用制剂;选择动物的甲板加工成人的甲厚度,并接种病原真菌;涂抹纳米特比萘芬外用制剂,并进行药效检测;本发明将公认抗皮肤癣菌最强的特比萘芬纳米化,并有机融入甲擦剂,来获得甲真菌病的外用制剂,填补国内空白,使国内更多的甲真菌病患者能够得到有效治疗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纳米化特比萘芬甲擦剂的制备方法,属于生物医药技术领域。
背景技术
甲癣是一种由真菌引起的常见的皮肤癣菌病,尤其是在一些特殊人群,如老年人和机体免疫力较差的患者中发病率较高;特比萘芬是目前世界上公认抗皮肤癣菌最强药剂成分,可以作为外用制剂来治疗甲癣,并发明旨在将特比萘芬纳米化,并有机融入甲擦剂,来获得甲真菌病的外用制剂,填补国内空白。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种纳米化特比萘芬甲擦剂的制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种纳米化特比萘芬甲擦剂的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
①将特比萘芬原料药进行纳米化制备;
②制备甲擦剂基质,并加入助渗剂;
③将纳米化的特比萘芬原料药与加入助渗剂的甲擦剂基质混合,制备成纳米特比萘芬外用制剂;
④选择动物的甲板加工成人的甲厚度,并接种病原真菌;
⑤涂抹纳米特比萘芬外用制剂,并进行药效检测。
优选的,所述的步骤①中,特比萘芬原料药进行纳米化制备的过程如下:
取原料:特比萘芬、增溶剂、甘油、抑菌剂、增稠剂和蒸馏水;
将特比萘芬加入至甘油,加热至溶解,得到混合物A;
将增溶剂加入混合物A中,并搅拌均匀,得到混合物B;
将蒸馏水加热,并加入增稠剂和抑菌剂,得到混合物C;
将混合物B与混合物C一起搅拌均匀得到混合物D;
使用氢氧化钠调节混合物D的PH值,然后用无菌滤膜过滤,得到特比萘芬原料药物溶液。
优选的,所述的步骤②中,制备甲擦剂基质的过程如下:
采用丙烯酸树脂、油脂、无水乙醇混合搅拌均匀,然后用无菌滤膜过滤,并固化。
优选的,所述的步骤④中,动物的甲板选用猪和牛的甲板。

下面结合实施例来说明本发明。
本发明所述的一种纳米化特比萘芬甲擦剂的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
①将特比萘芬原料药进行纳米化制备,过程如下:
取原料:特比萘芬、增溶剂、甘油、抑菌剂、增稠剂和蒸馏水;
将特比萘芬加入至甘油,加热至溶解,得到混合物A;
将增溶剂加入混合物A中,并搅拌均匀,得到混合物B;
将蒸馏水加热,并加入增稠剂和抑菌剂,得到混合物C;
将混合物B与混合物C一起搅拌均匀得到混合物D;
使用氢氧化钠调节混合物D的PH值,然后用无菌滤膜过滤,得到特比萘芬原料药物溶液。
②制备甲擦剂基质,采用丙烯酸树脂、油脂、无水乙醇混合搅拌均匀,然后用无菌滤膜过滤,并固化,然后加入助渗剂;
③将特比萘芬原料药物溶液与加入助渗剂的甲擦剂基质混合,制备成纳米特比萘芬外用制剂;
④选择猪和牛的甲板加工成人的甲厚度,并接种病原真菌;
⑤涂抹纳米特比萘芬外用制剂,并进行药效检测。
上述各个原料组分的配比在现有技术中均由成熟的方案,因此不再文中赘述,本发明的创新之处在于将特比萘芬纳米化,并有机融入甲擦剂,来获得甲真菌病的外用制剂。

①将特比萘芬原料药进行纳米化制备;
②制备甲擦剂基质,并加入助渗剂;
③将纳米化的特比萘芬原料药与加入助渗剂的甲擦剂基质混合,制备成纳米特比萘芬外用制剂;
④选择动物的甲板加工成人的甲厚度,并接种病原真菌;
⑤涂抹纳米特比萘芬外用制剂,并进行药效检测。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米化特比萘芬甲擦剂的制备方法,其特征在于:
