the anti-aging and soothing compositions prepared in examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-2 were prepared into solutions with a concentration of 10mg/mL, respectively, as samples to be tested. Then DPPH was dissolved in ethanol to prepare a solution having a concentration of 1.52X 10-4DPPH ethanol solution of M.
The samples to be tested in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were each 500. mu.L, and each was mixed with 2500. mu.L of ethanol DPPH solution by shaking, and left standing at room temperature in the dark for 30 minutes, which was an experimental group.
And replacing the sample to be measured with 500 mu L of Butylhydroxytoluene (BHT) to serve as a control group, and measuring the light absorption values of the experimental group and the control group at the wavelength of 517nm by using an ultraviolet/visible light spectrometer.

The anti-aging soothing compositions of examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-2 and commercially available anti-aging essences were individually placed in 20 female volunteers between 20-50, 5 fixed areas of 2 cm square were drawn on the face, and the anti-aging soothing compositions of examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-2 were applied to the fixed areas, and wrinkles and red blood streaks were measured (the increase in percentage indicates that the skin becomes better) using a visia skin tester after 10 and 20 consecutive days, with the results shown in table 2.

Claims (10)

1. An anti-aging and soothing composition, which is characterized by comprising the following components: tremella heteropolysaccharide, zinc yeast, avocado extract, semen plantaginis extract, hydrolyzed lupin protein, Chondrus crispus, ectoin, brown algae extract, madecassoside, and lactobacillus fermentation lysate.
2. The anti-aging and soothing composition according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.05-0.1 part of tremella heteropolysaccharide, 0.1-1 part of yeast zinc, 0.2-1.5 parts of pear extract, 0.5-3 parts of plantain seed extract, 0.1-1 part of hydrolyzed lupin protein, 0.1-1 part of carrageen crispus, 0.01-0.03 part of ectoin, 0.1-0.8 part of brown algae extract, 0.05-0.1 part of madecassoside and 0.1-1 part of lactobacillus fermentation lysate.
3. The anti-aging and soothing composition as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mass ratio of the pear extract, the plantain seed extract and the brown algae extract is 1-3:5-8: 1.
4. The anti-aging and soothing composition as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mass ratio of the hydrolyzed lupin protein, the carrageen crispus and the madecassoside is 3-8:6-10: 1.

The anti-aging soothing composition according to claim 2, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.06-0.08 part of tremella heteropolysaccharide, 0.3-0.8 part of yeast zinc, 0.4-1.2 parts of pear extract, 1-2.5 parts of plantain seed extract, 0.2-0.8 part of hydrolyzed lupin protein, 0.4-0.9 part of carrageen crispus, 0.01-0.03 part of ectoine, 0.2-0.7 part of brown algae extract, 0.08-0.1 part of madecassoside and 0.4-0.9 part of lactobacillus fermentation lysate.
6. The anti-aging and soothing composition as claimed in claim 2, further comprising 0.01 to 0.1 parts of an extract of Stephania tetrandra.
7. The anti-aging soothing composition of claim 1, further comprising water, glyceryl polyether-26, xylitol, luba oil, carbomer, hyaluronic acid, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, 1, 3-butylene glycol, triethanolamine, E-1008, menthyl lactate, CO-40, and a fragrance.
8. The anti-aging and soothing composition as claimed in claim 7, further comprising 83 parts by weight of water, 261-3 parts by weight of glyceryl polyether, 1-4 parts by weight of xylitol, 0.1-0.5 part by weight of carbomer, 0.05-0.3 part by weight of hyaluronic acid, 0.01-0.03 part by weight of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, 5-10 parts by weight of 1, 3-butanediol, 0.1-0.3 part by weight of triethanolamine, 2-parts by weight of E-10080.5, 0.01-0.03 part by weight of menthyl lactate and 0.1 part by weight of CO-400.01.
9. An essence comprising the anti-aging soothing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. Use of the anti-aging and soothing composition of any one of claims 1 to 8 or the essence of claim 9 for preparing an anti-aging or soothing cosmetic.
