The preparation method of the American pear juice fermentation extract comprises the following steps:

Test example 1
Examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-7 were tested for stimulatory effects.
1. Test products: compositions obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 7.
2. Number of test population: 100 persons, half each of male and female, age: between 18 and 45 years of age, health: the skin of the subject is healthy, has no allergic history of skin diseases, and meets the voluntary selection standard of the subject; grouping: 10 groups of 10 people each.
3. The spot pasting method comprises the following steps: selecting a qualified spot tester, dripping 0.020g-0.025g of a tested object into the spot tester in a closed spot patch test mode, externally applying a special adhesive tape to the back of the tested object, removing the tested object after 24 hours, observing skin reactions respectively at 0.5, 6, 12, 24 and 48 hours after removal, and recording the results according to the skin reaction grading standard in the cosmetic hygiene Specification.
4. The experimental results are as follows: the result of the human body skin patch test shows that: each group of subjects observed skin reactions at 0.5, 6, 12, 24, 48 hours by patch tests of the products of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 7, wherein 0 case showed adverse skin reactions, indicating that the cosmetic compositions prepared in examples 1 to 3 were mild, non-irritating, and good in anti-allergy effects.
Test example 2
The anti-aging effect of the products of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-7 was tested by randomly selecting 150 healthy volunteers aged 25-45 years, randomly dividing the volunteers into 10 groups of 15 people, and using the compositions prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-7 of the present invention twice a day with 10ml each time after each face cleaning, and the time for each use was the same. After 1 month of continuous use, the anti-aging effect evaluation of the product by volunteers was collected, and the results are shown in table 1.

Test example 3
Examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1 and 5-7 were tested for product stability by allowing the product to stand for 2 months and observing the clarity of the product. The more precipitate, the worse the stability. The test results are shown in table 2.

An anti-aging composition, which is characterized by comprising the following components: 0.1-1 part of yeast zinc, 0.1-1 part of American pear juice fermentation extract, 0.1-1 part of geranium wilfordii extract, 0.1-1 part of plantain seed extract, 0.05-0.2 part of myomyces, 0.1-0.5 part of lactoferrin, 1-3 parts of SkinBaby, 100.01-0.03 part of coenzyme Q, 0.01-0.03 part of pomegranate essence, 0.01-0.03 part of water-soluble lipoic acid, 0.1-0.3 part of water-soluble asiatic pennywort, 0.1-0.3 part of fresh coconut juice freeze-dried powder, 0.1-0.3 part of triethanolamine, 1-3 parts of silk peptide liquid and 0.05-0.1 part of menthyl lactate.
2. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the fermented extract of avocado juice comprises the following steps:
1) pulverizing avocado, adding zymophyte, fermenting, and filtering to obtain residue a and filtrate A;
2) adding the filter residue a into an organic solvent, performing microwave-assisted extraction, and filtering to obtain a filtrate B;
3) mixing the filtrate A and the filtrate B, sequentially extracting with ethyl acetate and dichloromethane, concentrating, and drying.
3. The composition of claim 2, wherein the amount of the zymophyte in step 1) is 5-10% by weight of the avocado; the zymocyte is lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus plantarum and saccharomycetes, preferably, the viable bacteria ratio of the lactobacillus acidophilus, the lactobacillus plantarum and the saccharomycetes is 1-3:1-2: 1; the fermentation condition is fermentation at 20-25 deg.C for 8-15 h.
4. The composition according to claim 2, wherein the organic solvent in step 2) is a mixed solvent of methanol and ethanol, preferably in a volume ratio of 1-3: 1.
5. The composition according to claim 2, wherein the step 2) comprises the steps of: adding the filter residue a into an organic solvent, performing microwave-assisted extraction, repeating for 1-2 times, each time for 0.5-2h, and filtering to obtain filtrate B.
6. The composition of claim 1, further comprising 65-75 parts of water, 0.05-0.5 part of a thickener, 10-30 parts of a humectant, and 0.1-1.5 parts of a preservative.
7. The composition of claim 6, wherein the thickening agent comprises at least one of xanthan gum, carbomer U20; the humectant comprises at least one of glycerol, 1, 3-butanediol, polyglyceryl ether-10 and PEG-4000; the preservative comprises at least one of phenoxyethanol and E-1008.
8. A serum comprising the composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. A process for preparing a composition according to any one of claims 6 to 7, comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing water with the fermented extract of the American pear juice, the extract of the geranium wilfordii and the extract of the plantain seeds to obtain a mixture 1;
(2) mixing the humectant with pomegranate essence, myo-beauty bacteria, skinnbaby, water-soluble asiatic pennywort herb, fresh coconut juice freeze-dried powder and silk peptide liquid to obtain a mixture 2;
(3) mixing yeast zinc, lactoferrin, coenzyme Q10, water-soluble lipoic acid, triethanolamine and menthyl lactate to obtain a mixture 3;
(4) mixing the mixture 1, the mixture 2 and the mixture 3, and adding a thickening agent and a preservative to obtain the water-based paint.
10. The method of claim 9, comprising the steps of:
(1) heating water to 40-60 deg.C, mixing with the fermented extract of western pear juice, herba Erodii seu Geranii extract, and semen plantaginis extract to obtain mixture 1;
(2) heating the humectant to 30-40 deg.C, mixing with pomegranate essence, myo-beauty bacteria, SkinBaby, water soluble centella asiatica, fresh coconut juice lyophilized powder, and silk peptide solution to obtain mixture 2;
(3) mixing yeast zinc, lactoferrin, coenzyme Q10, water-soluble lipoic acid, triethanolamine and menthyl lactate to obtain a mixture 3;
(4) mixing the mixture 1, the mixture 2 and the mixture 3, and adding a thickening agent and a preservative to obtain the water-based paint.
