동백잎, 동백꽃 및 동백씨박을 사용하여 다단발효 후 동백오일로 추출하여 제조된 본 발명 동백 인퓨즈드 오일을 함유하는 화장료 조성물의 피부주름 개선효과를 확인하기 위해 건강한 35세에서 55세의 여성 30명을 대상으로 시험하였다. 피부 주름 개선효과를 확인하기 위해 각 10명씩 나눠 상기 대조예, 비교예 및 실시예의 크림을 안면부에 하루 2회씩 4주간 도포하였다. 4주 후 주름 개선정도를 주름의 영상 분석을 통해 평가하였다. 주름의 영상분석에 의한 평가는 실험이 시작되기 전 눈 밑의 레플리카를 채취하고 실험 종료 직후 레플리카를 눈 밑의 동일 부위에서 채취하여 영상분석을 통해 주름의 2차원적 분석으로 주름의 밀도를 측정하였다. 영상분석에 의한 주름 밀도의 측정결과는 사용 전과 비교한 주름 밀도에 대한 감소율로 하기 표 5에 나타내었다. Claims (6)

(D) 상기 (C)단계의 발효물을 멸균 후, 락토바실러스 사케이(Lactobacillus sakei)를 혼합하여 35~45℃에서 20~30시간 발효시키는 단계; 및
