Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of skin care products, and particularly relates to an anti-inflammatory acne-removing skin care composition and a preparation method and a using method thereof.
Background
The acne muscle has become one of the major skin problems of young adolescents, boys and even adults. The formation of the varicella muscle can be mainly attributed to several aspects: on the other hand, excessive sebum secretion from sebaceous glands, excessive keratinization of hair follicles, and the like cause clogging of pores, resulting in closed comedones. On the other hand, the propionibacterium acnes is excessively propagated, the balance of flora on the skin surface is broken, and acne is generated. The hyperproliferating propionibacterium acnes secretes lipid enzymes, breaking down lipids on the skin surface to produce fatty acids, causing more inflammatory reactions. In yet another aspect, unsaturated oils in sebum, such as squalene, are peroxidized by ultraviolet radiation, further generating active oxygen, exacerbating the inflammatory response associated with acne.
The salicylic acid can permeate pores along with sebaceous glands, dissolve cutin accumulated in the pores and clean the pores. Meanwhile, salicylic acid can also sterilize and diminish inflammation, so salicylic acid is often selected as an effective component for treating the skin problems related to the acne muscles such as comedo and acne. However, salicylic acid has relatively low molecular weight and good skin-friendly properties, so that it has relatively high skin permeability, and chronic or repeated skin contact with salicylic acid can cause dermatitis and even burns. The Chinese food drug administration has a clear regulatory upper limit on the addition of salicylic acid in cosmetics, and the addition of salicylic acid in cosmetics does not exceed 2 wt%. Nevertheless, consumers who use salicylic acid for a long time are still prone to skin sensitive reactions, even oil sensitive muscles. Therefore, how to make the acne skin care product containing salicylic acid milder and prevent the acne muscle consumers from transforming into oil-sensitive muscles is one of the difficulties and the key points of the development of salicylic acid products.

The service cycle and the stability of the anti-inflammatory acne-removing skin care composition are improved.
The anti-inflammatory and anti-acne skin care composition disclosed by the embodiment of the application can be prepared by the following method.
In a second aspect, the embodiment of the application provides a preparation method of an anti-inflammatory acne-removing skin care composition, which comprises the following steps:
s10, mixing a heat-insensitive skin conditioner with water, adding salicylic acid under a temperature-rising condition, and dissolving and mixing to obtain a first mixed solution;
s20, cooling the first mixed solution, adding a heat-sensitive skin conditioner and tartaric acid, mixing and dissolving, and adding a preservative to obtain a water phase;
s30, obtaining omega-3 unsaturated fatty acid, omega-6 unsaturated fatty acid and omega-9 unsaturated fatty acid, and mixing with other grease to obtain an oil phase;
s40, mixing the oil phase and the water phase to obtain the anti-inflammatory acne-removing skin care composition.
According to the preparation method of the anti-inflammatory acne-removing skin care composition provided by the second aspect of the application, after the raw material components are obtained according to the formula amount, firstly, a heat-insensitive skin conditioner is mixed with water, and then the mixture is heated and added with salicylic acid for dissolving; and then, cooling the first mixed solution, adding a heat-sensitive skin conditioner and fruit acid, mixing and dissolving, and finally adding a preservative for dissolving to obtain a water phase. In addition, omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid, omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid, omega-9 unsaturated fatty acid and other oil are mixed to obtain oil phase. And mixing the water phase and the oil phase to obtain the anti-inflammatory acne-removing skin care composition. The preparation method of the anti-inflammatory acne-removing skin care composition provided by the embodiment of the application is simple in process, easy to operate, low in preparation cost and convenient for industrial large-scale production and application.
Specifically, in step S10, salicylic acid is water-soluble, but the solubility in water is not high, and if the water phase is added in combination with the skin conditioner with better water solubility in step S10, the skin conditioner may salt out salicylic acid, reduce the solubility of salicylic acid, slow down the dissolution rate of salicylic acid, and is not suitable for large-scale industrial production. Therefore, in step S10, the heat-insensitive skin conditioner is fully dissolved in water, and then heated to 50-60 ℃, and salicylic acid is added under the heating condition for dissolution, so as to increase the solubility of salicylic acid, increase the dissolution rate of salicylic acid, and eliminate the risk of salting out salicylic acid by other water-soluble substances.
In some embodiments, the heat-insensitive skin conditioning agent comprises: at least one of polyols, gums and polysaccharides. In some embodiments, heat insensitive skin conditioning agents include, but are not limited to, polyols such as propylene glycol, glycerin, butylene glycol; polysaccharides such as hyaluronic acid; and gums such as xanthan gum.
Specifically, in step S20, the first mixed solution is cooled to 45 ℃ or below, and then a heat-sensitive skin conditioner and fruit acid are added, mixed and dissolved, and then a preservative is added to obtain a water phase. Since the preservative has hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups in its chemical structure, if added and dissolved together with skin conditioners, fruit acids, etc., preservative molecules may form complexes with molecules of the raw material components, reducing the preservative efficacy of the preservative. Therefore, in step S20, the heat-sensitive skin conditioner and the fruit acid are dissolved first, and then the preservative is added for dissolution, so as to avoid the influence of the simultaneous mixing and dissolution of the preservative, the conditioner and the fruit acid on the preservative efficacy of the preservative.
In some embodiments, the heat-sensitive skin conditioning agent comprises: at least one of alcohols, vitamin C and its derivatives, plant extracts, amino acids (such as arginine), and oligopeptides (such as acetyl hexapeptide-8).
Specifically, in step S30, the step of obtaining an ω -3 polyunsaturated fatty acid, an ω -6 polyunsaturated fatty acid, and an ω -9 unsaturated fatty acid includes: omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids and omega-9 unsaturated fatty acids are obtained from cranberry seed oil and/or macadamia nut oil. Omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 unsaturated fatty acids in the anti-inflammatory acne skin care composition can be extracted from natural oil such as cranberry seed oil and/or macadamia nut oil.
In some embodiments, omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, omega-6 unsaturated fatty acids, and omega-9 unsaturated fatty acids are mixed with other oils at a temperature of 20-37 ℃ to provide better stability of the oil components.
Specifically, in step S40, the anti-inflammatory and anti-acne skin care composition is obtained by mixing the oil phase and the water phase. The anti-inflammatory acne-removing skin care composition prepared in the embodiment of the application can be layered in a standing state, and is applied to the surface of skin after being fully shaken up in practical use.
In a third aspect of the embodiments of the application, a method for using the anti-inflammatory acne-removing skin care composition is provided, wherein after the anti-inflammatory acne-removing skin care composition is obtained, the anti-inflammatory acne-removing skin care composition is shaken until the anti-inflammatory acne-removing skin care composition is in an emulsion state and then used.
According to the application method of the anti-inflammatory acne-removing skin care composition provided by the third aspect of the application, after the anti-inflammatory acne-removing skin care composition is obtained, the oil phase component and the water phase component of the composition can be separated in a standing state, so that the anti-inflammatory acne-removing skin care composition needs to be shaken before being used until the anti-inflammatory acne-removing skin care composition is in an oil-in-water emulsion state and then is applied to the surface of skin.
In order to make the details and operations of the above-mentioned embodiments of the present application clearly understood by those skilled in the art, and to make the progress of the anti-inflammatory and anti-acne skin care composition and the preparation method thereof remarkably apparent, the above-mentioned technical solutions are illustrated by the following examples.
