Abstract
The invention discloses an essential oil composition and application thereof. The invention firstly discloses an essential oil composition which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.001-99% of the seed oil of the Indian fruit, 0.001-99% of the seed oil of the purple perilla and 0.001-99% of the sesame seed oil. The vegetable oil composition is prepared into soft capsule cosmetics or foods, can prevent oil from oxidative deterioration, and can supplement oil by supplementing unsaturated fatty acids of three vegetable oils to enhance essential linolenic acid to balance and supplement oil, keep skin soft, fine, smooth and compact, keep hair smooth and bright, supplement dietary nutrition, and maintain health.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics and foods, in particular to a natural essential oil composition and application thereof.
Background
Essential oil is a pure oil-based cosmetic system and plays a role in supplementing oil in the skin or hair care process. The essential oil can be divided into I type and II type according to the formula. Wherein the type I is mainly mineral oil; the II type takes synthetic grease or natural grease as a substrate, and is compounded with other natural grease and essential oil, so that the oil is supplemented, the skin care effects of relieving, helping sleep, removing acnes and the like are increased, and the hair care effects of improving carding, softening, luster and the like are improved.
The type I essential oil is an enclosed humectant, is greasy in skin feel, is easy to block pores, causes blackheads, comes from petrochemical industry, such as mineral oil, silicone oil and the like, and is not beneficial to environmental protection; the II type essential oil is popular with consumers increasingly due to natural raw materials, multi-source edible plants, ecological environmental protection, multiple effects, health and safety, and becomes a mainstream product in the current market.
Investigation of the uk Mintel GNPD global new product database revealed that there was a global total of 781 skin care essential oil products marketed to date including body care (645sku), face/neck care (87sku), suit (17sku), hand/nail care (14sku), sun protection (9sku), lip care (3sku), foot care (3sku), disarmed water (1sku), eye care (1 sku). As can be seen, skin oils are currently used mainly in two major areas, body care and face/neck care.
The essential oil has a simple formula, mainly comprises vegetable oil and natural essential oil, and is mostly non-linolenic mixed oil on the market. Deep analysis of a 87-model facial natural essential oil formula shows that the main 10 types of plant oil raw materials comprise avocado oil, wild soybean oil, sunflower seed oil, hazelnut seed oil, jojoba seed oil, meadowfoam seed oil, macadamia nut seed oil, rosa canina fruit oil, castor bean oil and cashew nut oil. These vegetable fats and oils generally contain two saturated fatty acids, C16:0Palmitic acid Palmitic acid and C18:0Stearic acid Stearic acid, and 1 Monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA), C18:1n-9 Oleic acid (Oleic acid), and 1 polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA), C18:2n-6 Linoleic acid (linolic acid). Since linoleic acid and another PUFA, Linolenic acid (Linolenic acid), are necessary for the formation of the epidermal lipid barrier and for healthy body functions, Linolenic acid, which is an essential omega-3 essential polyunsaturated fatty acid, is relatively lacking in current mainstream essential oil formulations.
Because saturated fatty acid is difficult to absorb, the skin feels greasy or sticky, pores are easy to block, acne is induced, the skin is not suitable for oily skin, and polyunsaturated fatty acid is easy to absorb, low in residue and fresh and cool in skin feel, has the anti-inflammatory and soothing effects and is suitable for various skin types and sensitive skin, the essential oil is selected from vegetable oil raw materials, and particularly needs to be further strengthened by linolenic acid type grease to balance the polyunsaturated fatty acid, so that the skin care and health care value is improved. According to investigation, only a few vegetable oils and fats in nature, such as purple perilla seed oil, Indian fruit seed oil, linseed oil and the like, contain higher contents of C18:3n-3 alpha-linolenic acid and C18:3n-6 gamma-linolenic acid.
Once rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, essential oils tend to deteriorate by oxidation. The higher the polyunsaturated fatty acid content, the higher the skin care value, but the greater the difficulty of the antioxidant technology. In order to prevent the oxidation of oil, chemical antioxidants or natural antioxidants are often added into the formula of the essential oil, but the addition is not an ideal scheme.
Vitamin E acetate (tocopheryl acetate), 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol (butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT)), and the like, which are common chemical antioxidants for essential oils. The vitamin E acetate can resist grease oxidation, and has the effects of moistening and preserving skin, protecting ultraviolet ray and the like. According to the safety evaluation report of the american society for cosmetics and perfumery (CTFA) cosmetic ingredient examination (CIR) panel, tocopheryl acetate has a potential risk of skin sensitization and carcinogenesis (Photo-carcinogenesis), and contains Methyl-hydroquinone (Methyl-hydroquinone) as a synthetic raw material. BHT has toxicity to liver, lung and kidney at high dose or in long-term use, has no established carcinogenicity or anticancer activity, and can cause skin irritation and sensitization. Based on potential health risks, the global environment working group EWG scored tocopherol acetate and BHT as 3 and 4 points, respectively.
In order to prevent the oxidation of the grease, the second method is to add natural antioxidants such as Vitamin A (VA), Vitamin E (VE) and wheat germ oil into the formula of the essential oil, and the natural antioxidants are rich in VE and dihydroxy-gamma-ferulic acid phytosterol ester, so that the antioxidant effect can be partially replaced, but the grease cannot be sufficiently prevented from being oxidized and deteriorated by using the natural antioxidants alone, and other technologies are still required to be combined for application.
For 2016, the cosmetics in foreign countries have come into new dosage forms of external essential oil soft capsules or Ampoules (Ampoules), and gradually receive industrial attention. The essential oil wrapped by the soft capsule is mature and feasible in preparation technology, can effectively isolate air, prevent oil from oxidative deterioration, improve the stability of the product and prolong the shelf life, becomes an antioxidant technology and a new formulation of the essential oil with a very promising prospect, and is suitable for a linolenic acid type essential oil product with higher antioxidant technical requirements.
At present, the beauty oil soft capsule is still used as an oral food preparation formulation in China, such as an astaxanthin tea seed oil capsule-201611041965.0; walnut hemp oil health food-201010236464.4; vitamin E compound capsule-200710068178. Secondly, the microcapsule is used as an intermediate raw material of food or cosmetics instead of a product formulation, such as a peony seed oil microcapsule, a preparation method and application thereof-201410195444.5; a coenzyme Q10 microcapsule, its preparation method and application-201110406600.4; a cosmetic-201410029596.8 containing mosquito repellent composition microcapsule is provided.
In recent years, soft capsule cosmetics begin to gradually appear in China, but no patent technology of external essential oil soft capsules exists. 201710336305.3 provides a skin caring capsule, which breaks the packaging form of conventional cosmetics and is packaged in disposable capsule. The oily or dry product can be packaged with gelatin, and the water-soluble product can be packaged with waterproof material (such as plastic). For ease of use, a twist-off seal may be left at one end of the capsule. 201810539888.4-provides a capsule essence and a method for preparing the same.
In a word, the essential oil gradually takes natural vegetable oil as the main product flow, and the industry needs a healthier and safer antioxidant technology and a new formulation product of linolenic acid type essential oil so as to solve the problems that the vegetable oil is easy to oxidize and deteriorate and has insufficient nutritional performance.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the invention provides an essential oil composition which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.001-99% of the seed oil of the Indian fruit, 0.001-99% of the seed oil of the purple perilla and 0.001-99% of the sesame seed oil.
Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1 to 50 percent of the seed oil of the Indian fruit, 0.1 to 50 percent of the perilla seed oil and 0.1 to 50 percent of the sesame seed oil.
Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-40% of the seed oil of the Indian fruit, 1-40% of the seed oil of the purple perilla and 1-40% of the sesame seed oil.
The invention further provides application of the composition in preparing external soft capsule cosmetics and internal soft capsule foods.
The invention further provides a skin-care and hair-care soft capsule cosmetic which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.001-99% of the adductor seed oil, 0.001-99% of the perilla seed oil, 0.001-99% of the sesame seed oil and the balance of cosmetic auxiliary materials.
Preferably, the cosmetic comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1 to 50 percent of the seed oil of the Indian fruit, 0.1 to 50 percent of the perilla seed oil, 0.1 to 50 percent of the sesame seed oil and the balance of cosmetic auxiliary materials.

The essential oil of the invention, including the crabapple seed oil, the perilla seed oil and the sesame seed oil, can be prepared by adopting pharmaceutical technology, such as supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, low-temperature cold pressing, ultrasonic/microwave extraction, organic solvent extraction and other methods, or traditional heating reflux, cold soaking, percolation, distillation and other methods, and can also be a vegetable oil product with standard and quantitative unsaturated fatty acid on the market, such as crabapple seed oil with 95 percent of total unsaturated fatty acid and the like.
The essential oil comprises the crabapple seed oil, the perilla seed oil and the sesame seed oil which are all cosmetic raw materials and food raw materials approved by China.

The high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids in the embelia americana oil makes it very easily oxidisable even in mild environments, and has a certain degree of self-oxidation resistance due to the presence of type 4 tocopherols including alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), beta-tocopherol, gamma-tocopherol (>100ppm) and-tocopherol (>60 ppm). The crabapple oil, with an EWG score of 1, has been marketed globally for 1637 products, including 866 skin care products and 534 hair products, in the beauty and personal care areas. In the field of food, the crabapple seed oil is a new resource food approved by China, and has health-care functions of reducing fat, resisting depression and the like.
Perilla (Perilla frutescens) SEED OIL, British name Perilla frutescens SEED OIL, is a light yellow vegetable OIL obtained by cold pressing Perilla frutescens SEEDs, has mild smell, is rich in essential fatty acids, mainly omega 3 alpha-linolenic acid (C18:3n-3), usually 50% -60%, and is slightly higher than the crabapple SEED OIL. Also a dry oil, has refreshing and non-greasy skin feeling, and has healing, anti-aging, soothing, moisturizing and skin caring properties. Perilla seed oil, with an EWG score of 1, has been marketed globally to date under item 577 in the beauty and personal care areas, including skin care products (473sku) and hair products (16 sku). In the food field, 36 dietary supplement products are sold on the market all over the world and are used for strengthening brain, protecting eyes, resisting oxidation, protecting heart blood vessels and the like.
SESAME (SESAMUM INDICUM) SEED OIL, known as SESAMUM INDICUM (SESAME) SEED OIL, is a colorless or yellow transparent vegetable OIL extracted from SESAME SEEDs and has a fragrant smell. The sesame seed oil mainly contains oleic acid and linoleic acid, and the linolenic acid content is low. Sesame seed oil has strong oxidation resistance, stability and long shelf life, and contains natural vitamins A and E and antioxidant unsaponifiable matters which are lacked in part of vegetable oil, such as Sesamin (Sesamin), Sesamol (Sesamol), Sesamolin (Sesamolin) and the like. Sesame seed oil, with an EWG score of 1, is a universal personal care oil. In the fields of beauty treatment and personal care, the natural essence, the skin conditioner and the hair conditioner are used, and 11,908 types of products containing sesame seed oil are sold on the market globally so far, including skin care products (8,301sku) and hair products (1,412 sku). Sesame oil is recommended for essential oil natural antioxidants due to its antioxidant activity. Good skin feeling, easy penetration and absorption, moistening, purifying/detoxifying and regenerating/repairing, and can restore moisture and skin elasticity, moisturize and resist aging. In the food field, 79 dietary supplement products are sold on the market globally and are used for regulating immunity, slimming, protecting cardiovascular system, resisting oxidation, protecting vision, strengthening brain, supplementing energy, assisting digestion and the like.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples. The following examples present representative gel preparations and associated test data. It must be noted that the following examples are intended to illustrate the invention and are not intended to limit it. The simple increase and decrease of the formula raw materials and the process improvement of the invention according to the essence of the invention belong to the protection scope of the invention.
Example 1 preparation and application of essential oil soft capsule cosmetic of the present invention
The formula of the essence oil is as follows:

The process flow comprises the following steps:
1) preparing essential oil: uniformly mixing lavender oil and the same amount of camellia seed oil, adding the same amount of camellia seed oil into the mixture, uniformly mixing the mixture again, finally adding the same amount of camellia seed oil into the mixture, uniformly mixing the mixture with the sesame seed oil and the sea buckthorn seed oil, putting the mixture, the rest camellia seed oil, the rest perilla seed oil, the rest plukenetia volubilis linneo oil (the nectarine seed oil) and the rest tocopherol (vitamin E) into a pot, stirring for 1 hour, emulsifying and homogenizing for 30 minutes, vacuumizing until no bubbles exist, detecting quality parameters, and discharging for later use after the mixture is qualified.
2) Preparing soft capsules: assembling a soft capsule pelleting press, adjusting process parameters and pressing the gelatin-glycerol soft capsule. The thickness of the rubber is controlled between 0.80mm and 0.90mm, and the viscosity of the rubber solution is controlled between 18000 and 22000 CPa. The content of the essence oil is 0.42-0.45 g/grain.
3) And (3) capsule shaping and drying: and (5) carrying out drying operation, and detecting the weight and the hardness of the product in the process.
4) Rejecting unqualified products: and selecting and discarding the abnormal pills, the adhesion pills, the bubble pills, the leakage pills and other unqualified products.
5) Packaging: aluminum-plastic or bottling and boxing.
And (3) stability investigation:
sample placement conditions: temperature 38 ± 1 ℃, relative humidity: 75 percent; after continuous 3-month inspection, the inspected items including sense, loading deviation, peroxide value, acid value, total number of bacterial colonies, coliform group, mould and yeast are qualified, and the result meets the requirement of product quality standard; the product has stable quality according to the detection result of the stability test.
Skin feel trial for consumers:
10 female consumers, 25-50 years old, participated in a single experience of skin feel for the product (see figure 1), with the following test results: the soft capsule is light yellow in appearance, transparent and oily, has crystal and moist texture, is fragrant in essence oil after a capsule handle is opened, is easy to smear and spread, is fresh, non-sticky, non-greasy, easy to absorb and low in residue, and finally has insignificant oily feeling, soft, moist and bright skin. The skin types are not irritant and sensitive.
Example 2 preparation and application of essence oil soft capsule cosmetic of the invention

Can be used for multiple times to improve hair breakage and split.

Claims (6)
1. A essence oil composition for cosmetics and foods, comprising: 0.001-99% of the seed oil of the Indian fruit, 0.001-99% of the seed oil of the purple perilla and 0.001-99% of the sesame seed oil.
2. The essential oil composition of claim 1, which comprises: 0.1 to 50 percent of the seed oil of the Indian fruit, 0.1 to 50 percent of the perilla seed oil and 0.1 to 50 percent of the sesame seed oil.
3. The essential oil composition of claim 1, which comprises: 1-40% of the seed oil of the Indian fruit, 1-40% of the seed oil of the purple perilla and 1-40% of the sesame seed oil.
4. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, which can be mixed with other cosmetic raw materials to make into soft capsule cosmetic for skin care of face, body, hands and feet.
5. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, which can be formulated into a soft capsule cosmetic for hair care products in combination with other cosmetic raw materials.
6. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, optionally in combination with other food materials, for the preparation of a soft gelatin capsule food for nutritional dietary supplementation.
