Description

Acne removing composition
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of acne removal, and in particular relates to an acne removal composition product formula containing fullerene.
Background
Acne and pox are caused by a variety of causes, presumably including hypersecretion of the sebaceous glands; 2. the keratinocyte is dissimilated; 3, growth of propionibacterium acnes; 4. inflammatory reaction. The skin injury is divided into four stages of acne, pimple, nodule and cyst according to the severity. Acne is clinically classified into three degrees and 4 grades according to the nature and severity of skin lesions. Acne only grade 1 (mild); grade 2 (moderate), with some inflammatory papules in addition to the acne; grade 3 (moderate) has more inflammatory papules and/or pustules besides acne, grade 4 (severe) has harmful nodules and cysts besides acne and inflammatory papular pustules. The prior art is directed to treatment primarily for the reasons of formation.
1. The hormone secretion disorder regulates hormone secretion disorder in vivo, estradiol decreases or testosterone increases, resulting in an increase in testosterone/estradiol values in the skin and a relative increase in testosterone values, while specific reductases, in particular 5 α -reductase and 3 β, 17 β -hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase, are present in hair follicles and sebaceous gland cells, which convert testosterone in androgens into dihydrotestosterone which in turn binds to receptors in the sebaceous gland cells and stimulates the proliferation and secretion of sebaceous gland cells, and further, by promoting the synthesis of nucleoprotein in skin cells and the glycolytic pathway for the energy required for lipid synthesis, stimulating the acceleration of the sebaceous gland cell cycle and lipid synthesis, acne is mainly caused by abnormal sebum secretion due to abnormal secretion caused by abnormal secretion of androgens, one way of reducing the condition is to increase regulation of hormones, norgestimate estradiol is a low-dose oral contraceptive approved by the FDA (food and drug administration) for the treatment of acne, the side effects of oral contraceptives are evident as side effects, pain, estradiol decrease or testosterone increase, the anti-ketosis effect of androgen receptor-reductase, such as anti-headache-allergic anti-acne-5, anti-allergic agents, especially anti-allergic agents, such as anti-5-ketosis-reductase, anti-ketosis, anti-acne, anti-5, anti-ketosis, anti-acne, anti-5, anti-ketosis, anti-acne, anti-ketosis, anti-p, anti-p-.
2. For keratinization reduction
The keratinocyte of the basal layer and the follicular keratinocyte are abnormally differentiated, the abnormality can cause the linoleic acid in sebum to be reduced, the linoleic acid is essential fatty acid for the growth of follicular epithelial cells, the linoleic acid is lack of the linoleic acid, the keratinocyte can be densified, the epithelial cell layer of a sebaceous gland duct is continuously thickened, the pipe diameter is reduced, the patency is weakened, and finally the follicular epithelial duct is acutely occluded, and the follicular duct is uplifted to form acne, the keratolysis can thicken and improve the horny layer, remove mature acne, inhibit the micro acne and improve the penetrability of other combined anti-acne medicaments, for example, the retinoic acid has keratolysis effect, can prevent relapse and maintain the acne remission state, has moderate anti-inflammatory effect, can treat inflammatory skin loss, and the new keratinocyte removal medicament has the found side effect of excessive keratinization, or the dosage can cause some damage to the skin and other tissue effects.
3. Antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory
In addition, the biomembrane of the bacteria is composed of extracellular polysaccharide, and the polysaccharide calcium frame polymer can form a protective outer skeleton to play a role of physical barrier and influence and prevent the treatment effect of various effective antibacterial drugs in the microenvironment of the biomembrane. The physical means such as blue-red light irradiation and the like are applied, the propionibacterium acnes can be destroyed and the inflammatory reaction can be reduced through the photodynamics, and the light treatment method has better curative effect on the acnes and can avoid the potential radioactive hazard of the UV method.
4. Scar removing method
After acne is cured, scars formed by damaging skin when inflammation occurs are not eliminated, and the plant active raw materials commonly used for repairing acne skin damage and effectively preventing dark spots at present comprise SOD (super oxide dis mutase superoxide dismutase), liriopeside, alkannin, hypocrellin A, forskolin, luffa saponin, centella asiatica extract and the like.
The composition for treating acne disclosed in patent CN201410086670 comprises one or more of salicylic acid, pentanediol, zinc pyrrolidone carboxylate, sebacic glycol and allantoin, and the composition mainly exerts the effects of removing keratin and acne through salicylic acid, and is added with allantoin to promote cell production, accelerate wound healing and soften keratin. However, the salicylic acid used in the patent has a keratolytic effect like tretinoin, can not only prevent recurrence but also maintain an acne remission state, but also has excessive keratinization, or causes a certain degree of damage to the skin due to the size of the dose, and has an influence on other tissues, and the pain and itch feeling of a patient is not reduced, and pockmarks are not solved. CN201410386421 discloses a mild and effective acne-removing and oil-controlling composition, which comprises sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, propylene glycol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, urea sac, D-panthenol, tao tuoho pine extract, ethanol, white willow bark extract, purslane extract, and the like. The oil-controlling and acne-removing cream is mainly used for achieving the effects of controlling oil and removing acnes by improving the moisturizing effect of skin, regulating the oil-ester balance of the skin, inhibiting the excessive secretion of sebum and inhibiting the reproduction of propionibacterium acnes. The patent shows poor treatment effect on moderate and severe acne, especially poor recovery effect on scars. CN201510449840 discloses a skin repairing agent containing fullerene water-soluble derivatives, which comprises fullerene water-soluble derivatives, iodine, an iodine stabilizer, an iodine complexing agent, allantoin and the like, wherein the skin repairing agent containing fullerene water-soluble derivatives is matched with a skin repairing agent which takes the fullerene water-soluble derivatives as main components, a strong bactericide iodine complexing agent and an allantoin gel preparation containing moisturizing components for use, so that the skin repairing agent can effectively kill bacteria on a wound surface on the surface of damaged skin, promote the repair and regeneration of damaged cells, obviously improve symptoms such as pruritus and the like, and has no effect of repairing pockmarks left by aiming at pockmarks or acnes.
In conclusion, the side effects of anti-inflammatory components such as androgen drugs and antibiotics are large, the anti-inflammatory components are not suitable for long-term use, or the treatment of acne caused by one mechanism is limited in application and low in cure rate. The acne removing product in the prior art can only solve the problem of acne removal, the residual acne marks are a more delicate problem, and meanwhile, the pain and itch feeling during acne growing can also reduce the life quality of patients and cannot be improved. Therefore, a product which can be used for treating acne and pockmark in multiple angles and can improve pain of patients is urgently needed at present.

More preferably, the humectant is prepared by compounding glycerol, vaseline, isopropyl palmitate and polydimethylsiloxane according to the weight ratio of 5:3:2: 2.
The invention relates to a moisturizer, and the inventor finds that a large amount of small molecular moisturizers such as glycerin, propylene glycol, butylene glycol and the like are commonly used, the molecules of the small molecular moisturizers have hydroxyl groups, and after the moisturizer is used on skin, the moisture in a skin care product can be held and kept on the skin by relying on hydrogen bonds. Such a small molecule humectant has a small molecular weight and a high permeability, and easily enters into the interstitial space of keratinocytes, but when the amount of the small molecule humectant added exceeds 8%, irritation is caused, and particularly when ingredients such as fats and oils and emulsifiers are contained in cosmetics, a large amount of small molecule ingredients such as glycerin is required to be added for enhancing moisture retention, but irritation is increased. In order to avoid strong irritation, isopropyl palmitate is added into the moisturizing agent composition disclosed by the invention to play a role in moisturizing and nourishing the skin, so that the product has good absorbability to the skin, can effectively contact hair follicles in the cortex and penetrate into the deep part of the cortex, and brings active components in cosmetics into the skin to fully play the role of active ingredients. The Vaseline and the polydimethylsiloxane have smooth skin feeling. The humectant provided by the invention can better coordinate the moisturizing effect with the film-forming property of polyquaternium in the skin conditioner.

Further preferably, cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, behenyl alcohol, arachidyl alcohol glucoside, polyethylene glycol (100) stearate and glyceryl stearate are compounded according to the weight ratio of (0.1-1) to (1-5) to (0.5-2). Further preferably, cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, behenyl alcohol and arachidyl alcohol glucoside, polyethylene glycol (100) stearate and glyceryl stearate are compounded according to the weight ratio of 0.25:2: 1. The emulsifier is compounded to make the ointment fine and beautiful and the using effect is optimal. Wherein, the hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride has good stability and anti-flocculant.
As ingredients that can be blended, preservatives, fragrances, and the like may also be added to the composition of the present invention.
The preservatives are preferably added to the composition in an amount of 0.2 to 1%, preferably 0.5 to 0.8%. The preservative comprises a water-soluble preservative and an oily preservative. Preferably selecting more than one of methyl paraben, propyl paraben, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol and tert-butyl hydroquinone. In order to achieve a better antiseptic and bactericidal effect, the use of an antiseptic agent often seriously exceeds the safe use dosage, thereby bringing about potential safety hazards. Further preferably, the preservative is selected from methyl paraben: propyl p-hydroxybenzoate: the phenoxyl ethanol/methylisothiazolinone is compounded according to the weight ratio of (0.5-2) to (2-5).
