本发明属于避孕套制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种印花避孕套及其制备方法。
背景技术
现在市场上多为普通型避孕套,即光面型、螺纹型、浮点型等等。少部分在避孕套上印有花色、图案、字体等等,但现在的技术导致印有花色、图案、字体的避孕套带有颜色部位容易分层、破裂、褪色等。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种印花避孕套及其制备方法,该方法简单,且能获得印花避孕套。
本发明提供了一种印花避孕套的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将胶乳原液、酪素、氨水、扩散剂、硫磺、促进剂、氧化锌和防老剂混合,预硫化,离心,静置,得到胶乳原材料;
将模具浸入所述胶乳原材料,沾胶均匀后,烘干,再次浸入胶乳原材料中,再次烘干,杂质清理,喷绘,再浸入稳定剂中,烘干后浸入所述胶乳原材料中,烘干,卷边,脱模,得到印花避孕套;
所述喷绘采用的色素包括比例为(200~400)g:(5~10)mL:(7~20)g:(13~35)g的树脂、渗透剂、染料和铵盐;
所述树脂由酚醛树脂和四丁基碘化铵制得。
在本发明中,所述胶乳原液、酪素、氨水、扩散剂、硫磺、促进剂、氧化锌和防老剂的质量比为(96~97):(0.18~0.24):(0.13~0.18):(0.04~0.06):(1~1.1):(0.45~0.55):(0.6~0.7):(0.9~1.0)。在本发明具体实施例中,所述胶乳原液、酪素、氨水、扩散剂、硫磺、促进剂、氧化锌和防老剂的质量比为96.46:0.21:0.15:0.05:1.05:0.49:0.64:0.94。
在本发明中,所述染料包括比例为(1~5)g:(5~10)g:(1~5)g:(500~750)mL:(100~350)mL:(20~50)mL的罗丹明、黄叶精、维多利亚蓝、丁酮、乙醇和甲醚。
所述扩散剂选自亚甲基二萘磺酸钠;
所述促进剂选自乙基苯基二硫代氨基甲酸锌和/或2,6二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌;实施例中,所述乙基苯基二硫代氨基甲酸锌和/或2,6二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌的质量比为0.34:0.15。

具体实施方式
为了进一步说明本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明提供的一种印花避孕套及其制备方法进行详细地描述,但不能将它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
将3g的罗丹明、8g的黄叶精、5g的维多利亚蓝、600ml的丁酮、200ml的乙醇和30ml的甲醚混合,得到染料;
将100g型号T376J的酚醛树脂和30g的四丁基碘化铵反应制得树脂;
将20g树脂、10mL的渗透剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,9g染料和3g铵盐混合,得到色素;
将96.46%的胶乳原液、0.21%的酪素、0.15%的氨水、0.05%的扩散剂NF(亚甲基二萘磺酸钠)、1.05%的硫磺、0.34%的促进剂PX(乙基苯基二硫代氨基甲酸锌)、0.15%的促进剂ZDC(26二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌)、0.64%的氧化锌、0.94%的防老剂264(二叔丁基对甲酚)配比调制生产原材料,再将原材料进行预硫化处理(温度保持在55℃,5个小时匀速搅拌),接下来进行离心处理,去除里面的杂质,静置48小时后,将原材料倒入浸胶槽中。启动生产线,先在线上对模具进行冲洗清理、烘干;
第二步,将模具浸入有胶乳原材料的胶槽中,在浸渍的过程中乳胶温度控制在29℃,湿度控制在60%,模具直线匀速前进,同时,模具顺时针匀速旋转(旋转的速率是2秒/圈),模具上都均匀的沾上胶后(根据胶液的固体含量控制沾胶量),进行一遍烘干(湿度控制,65℃,烘至完全干燥);
第三步,将第一遍烘干后的胶模在浸入第二步中同样条件的胶槽中,再浸一遍胶,并烘干,烘干后对表面进行杂质清理(用柔软的毛刷匀速的刷),此时启动喷印设备,将图案或者文字喷涂在胶模上。喷涂的过程中保持生产环境恒温25℃,湿度10%,喷涂设备保持与胶模纵向垂直,并且能上下移动,移动的速度根据图案或者文字的大小设置在0.5-0.8m/s(喷绘面积越大,速度越快,反之则反),喷头距离胶模0.06m。喷绘完成后,将胶模浸入稳定剂椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺中,促进色素附着在胶模上,稳定其化学性能,接下来用恒温50℃的烤箱将胶模烘干;
第四步,按照第二步的步骤,将喷过图案的胶模在浸入原材料胶乳液体中浸胶一并烘干。
第五步,进行卷边。在与模具垂直的方向上用一个旋转的转筒与沾胶的模具接触,模具自身的旋转与转筒的旋转会产生一个角力,让模具上的胶能够卷起来。
第六步,用水将模具上的产品冲下来,并烘干;
第七步,进行质量检查,包括100%电子针孔检测(普通电检机),爆破体积和压力检测(实验方法:GB/T 7544-2019附录H,AQL 1.5),长度检测(实验方法:GB/T 7544-2019附录D,要求>=160mm),宽度检测(实验方法:GB/T 7544-2019附录E,52±2mm),针孔检测(实验方法:GB/T 7544-2019附录M,AQL 0.25)。
本发明产品,往套体内充气打压,当压力大于等于0.8kpa时字体、颜色仍看见,现有产品几乎看不到了。充气打压至1.0KPa后,进行放气,本发明产品喷涂部分不会出现分层,而现有产品会出现分层。
第八步,产品封装、检测,入库。

表1中的合格判定一栏中,200[7,8]的含义是:抽检200个,小于等于7个是合格的,大于等于8是不合格的;其它含义类似。
由以上实施例可知,本发明提供了一种印花避孕套的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将胶乳原液、酪素、氨水、扩散剂、硫磺、促进剂、氧化锌和防老剂混合,预硫化,离心,静置,得到胶乳原材料;将模具浸入所述胶乳原材料,沾胶均匀后,烘干,再次浸入胶乳原材料中,再次烘干,杂质清理,喷绘,再浸入稳定剂中,烘干后浸入所述胶乳原材料中,烘干,卷边,脱模,得到印花避孕套;所述喷绘采用的色素包括比例为(200~400)g:(5~10)mL:(7~20)g:(13~35)g的树脂、渗透剂、染料和铵盐;所述树脂由酚醛树脂和四丁基碘化铵制得。该方法中采用的色素不与胶乳反应,喷绘之后不分层,不褪色,获得性能稳定的印花避孕套;且制备的避孕套具有较高的爆破压力;无可见针孔;基本无破损、缺少或严重变形的卷边和胶膜严重粘结;密封性好。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种印花避孕套的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将胶乳原液、酪素、氨水、扩散剂、硫磺、促进剂、氧化锌和防老剂混合,预硫化,离心,静置,得到胶乳原材料;
将模具浸入所述胶乳原材料,沾胶均匀后,烘干,再次浸入胶乳原材料中,再次烘干,杂质清理,喷绘,再浸入稳定剂中,烘干后浸入所述胶乳原材料中,烘干,卷边,脱模,得到印花避孕套;
所述喷绘采用的色素包括比例为(200~400)g:(5~10)mL:(7~20)g:(13~35)g的树脂、渗透剂、染料和铵盐;
所述树脂由酚醛树脂和四丁基碘化铵制得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述胶乳原液、酪素、氨水、扩散剂、硫磺、促进剂、氧化锌和防老剂的质量比为(96~97):(0.18~0.24):(0.13~0.18):(0.04~0.06):(1~1.1):(0.45~0.55):(0.6~0.7):(0.9~1.0)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述染料包括比例为(1~5)g:(5~10)g:(1~5)g:(500~750)mL:(100~350)mL:(20~50)mL的罗丹明、黄叶精、维多利亚蓝、丁酮、乙醇和甲醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述扩散剂选自亚甲基二萘磺酸钠;
所述促进剂选自乙基苯基二硫代氨基甲酸锌和/或2,6二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌;
所述防老剂选自二叔丁基对甲酚。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述预硫化处理的温度为53~57℃,时间为4.5~5.5h。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述模具浸入所述胶乳原材料中的温度为28~30℃,湿度控制在50~70%;
沾胶时模具的转速为2秒/圈。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述喷绘的过程中温度恒温,温度为25℃,湿度为10%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述稳定剂选自椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺。
9.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述喷绘的速度为0.5~0.8m/s,喷头距胶模的距离为0.05~0.1m。
10.一种印花避孕套,由权利要求1~9任一项所述制备方法制得。
